位置好，離滇池）也就是海埂大壩、海埂公園很近，走路就到，離民族村側門100多米，離正門400米吧。房間門口的小院子發呆很好。滇池就是喂海鷗，沒別的，民族村是一些少數民族的民俗介紹和表演。 水龍頭連接處有點壞了，漏水，好在水量大，沒太大影響，纏一點防水膠布應該就能解決。

別緻的小樓，古色古香的韻味，乾淨整潔的房間舒適安靜，一天遊玩的疲勞在安睡一晚後清晨在清脆婉轉的鳥鳴聲中慢慢醒來，完全置身於大自然的感覺，如果累了不想出去玩，是可以在房間外個人獨立的小院一家人打牌，喝茶慢度時光，每個人都服務周到細緻，酒店離周邊景點都很近，步行10分鐘都可以到，而且酒店的工作人員會友情提示你路線圖跟遊玩景點的性價比。本來衹住一晚的，結果在昆明的幾天都沒更換旅館。

在去哪兒網上搜的，一看見這家的裝修風格就喜歡上了，顏色很漂亮，風格很小資，設備設施很講究，也很新，雖然開業不久，但房內聞不到什麼裝修味道，床上用品很新又舒適，洗漱用品都用的上檔次，還配了免費一次性洗臉巾，衞生做的很到位，很乾凈。房間還給我們免費升級。前台式服務人員很熱情很周到，晚上9點左右還送了甜品到房間，早餐豆漿很香現磨的，醬香米線很好吃。交通方便，出門就是海埂大壩，看海鷗太方便了。太讚了，下次再來！
