整體體驗還行，個別設施壞、舊如圖，另外，提點建議，在退房當天，還沒退房時從早上開始房卡就已經不能開門了，但既然客人沒有退房，這樣就會很大影響住房體驗，還要找保潔阿姨開門，雖然很多酒店都是這樣的情況，但如果能夠實現退房之前房卡都有效的話還是比較加分的

10/17 當天提前半小時入住, 櫃台服務員在辦理入住時都先給在等候的我們一杯水喝.
後來入住後, 有問題請求櫃台協助, 櫃台服務員都會幫忙把答案找出來, 並主動煮咖啡給我們喝.
櫃台服務員服務態度優秀.
但入住8814房後, 想要燒開水泡茶打開電熱壺發現壺底有殘留一些水滴應該是前一位房客使用過退房後沒有進行清潔晾乾所以就沒用來燒開水.
另外晚上六點到12點之間, 有住客在走廊走動大聲喧嘩吵鬧, 住客素質堪憂.
另外一間8816, 晚上都聽到樓上傳下來很大的躁音.

Rooms are not cold even though the weather outside is bitter, and the bed is honestly softer and more comfortable than in most four star places. Location has everything you could wish for within a stone's throw. Our home from home in Kunshan.

The hotel is in a pleasant and retired area, about 15 minutes walk from the closest metro station, of the new Suzhou - Huaqiao line. The rooms are clean and silent. There weren't many people during the weekend there. They didn't have the kitchen open so they brought breakfast from a restaurant nearby. The food was enough. The service was good overall.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before.
Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.

Location
It is outside the scenic area (read paid entry). However it is just 100m from one of the entrances making it easy to enter. Use baidu maps to locate it as it is not correctly pinpointed elsewhere. They do offer a pickup service I think if you call to inform them. Not sure from where though.
Rooms
3 storey building with different themed rooms. Beautiful design throughout and modern - such juxtaposition against the surroundings. The main difference with the Mulan lodgings in the scenic area is that there is underfloor heating which makes it a lot more comfortable in winter. The family room I booked had a very nice Kohler bathtub which we took advantage of
Food
There is no breakfast options by the hotel but there are many food options around and just outside the hotel. Mulan runs a beautifully designed restaurant inside the scenic area which again stands out from the other more traditionally designed restaurants. Prices are a little more but the ambience and service are excellent.
Service
The reception staff was oddly not fond of making eye contact or any sort of small talk. He does answer directed questions but is nothing close to friendly or warm. He also did not offer any information on checking us in and we had to ask for information re wifi access and entry to scenic area etc the cleaning ladies are very pleasant though.
Conclusions
Overall, it is a beautiful place to stay in with good location and rooms. There are not much by the way of amenities or service but I would stay here again should I come by Zhouzhuang.

Literally, the most enjoyable stay during my trip to Suzhou and Shanghai. From interior design to decoration, amenities and facilities as well as the owner, one word to describe our stay- fantastic! The owner was very helpful and easy going. She helped us find a good and humourous driver to Shanghai at a reasonable price. And resolved my problem with the WeChat payment issue. Come and stay at this place when you plan a visit to Zhou Zhuang.

DDamian GrayWe spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend. If we came again we would come in warmer weather when the water sports were open and the outdoor pool was open to really get the most out of the stay.

PPengguna TetamuOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

MMateja BokanAgain, it's a cute little hotel, exactly likey last review said. No changes in that regard. However, this time we were given a room with a hallway view (an outside window looking into the wall of the building about a meter away from the hotel's). I went to complain to the reception, but the receptionist had difficulty understanding what my complaint was (as the room did have a window). After asking for a room with an actual window out into the street, she said that that room needs an upgrade (despite our previous room from 3 days ago not needing it). And after a few back and forth she decided ”to give me the upgrade for free”. The new room was exactly the same as the previous one, except that the window opened into the street, so I'm having difficulty understanding why this was a 10min process... The room was modern yet again, very clean, the cleaning staff was beyond polite, however, I must note that this room had a vending machine for sex-related items, which may not be the most ideal thing if you're coming for a family stay (so maybe ask beforehand at the reception if there's that in your room). The breakfast has a large selection, and is good (the only note is that the drink choices should be better and not so artificial).

[Nakal] Nasib baik, apabila saya tiba di hotel, saya bertemu dengan Nancy, seorang pengurus yang profesional dan bersemangat! hebat . Lima 🌟 pujian! Perkhidmatan disediakan dan responsif. Terdapat banyak perkara dengan Baobao. Saya meminta bantuan Nancy jika saya menghadapi sebarang kesulitan. Mereka semua membantu saya menyelesaikannya dengan cepat. Saya berasa dalam mood yang baik sekaligus.
[Nakal] Terdapat sebuah bilik di hotel pada sekitar jam 13:00. Biliknya sangat bagus. Katilnya cukup besar untuk tiga orang. Perkhidmatan ini sangat pantas, air dan tuala mandi dan pedal semuanya sangat pantas. Bayi itu sangat menyukai kolam renang. Dia tinggal dan bermain dua kali dalam satu malam.
[Nakal] Terdapat interaksi ibu bapa-anak Festival Pertengahan Musim Luruh di tingkat tiga. Terdapat taman permainan kecil di tingkat dua. Anda boleh bermain dengan syiling permainan. Sarapan pagi pun sedap. Saya sangat suka wonton kecil. Terdapat juga gelongsor untuk ibu bapa dan kanak-kanak di restoran di tingkat dua. Sarapan pagi tidak takut bunyi kanak-kanak. Tingkat lima ialah kolam renang. Saya menyikatnya dua kali. Airnya bersih. Air terapung berbau harum. Air di kolam cetek itu sangat hangat. Kanak-kanak berenang dua kali dan tidak ada masalah dengan kulit. Ini bermakna kualiti air adalah baik.
