Hotel berhampiran City Park, Kunshan

Great hotel with amazing decor, honestly felt like a 5 star and super value for money for the price it is at. Check in was fast and they had available rooms hence we will able to get to our rooms before the usual check in time. Location was great as it was very near the city center, and there were lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance Would be one of my top choices of hotel options if I come back again

Well lit spacious rooms. Large walk-in shower with all the toiletries needed. The hotel is located near the railway station which is not close to downtown but ideal if you want to catch an early train somewhere. Reception staff are well competent, and were able to check me in in no time with all the paperwork required these days. There are so many back-lit switches throughout the room that those alone fill the room with light at night.

Wasn’t my first choice since my original booking at another hotel wouldn’t accept foreigners but I was pleasantly surprised by this facility. Located in front of a park, there are tons of shops and restaurants around. The hotel lobby is also an anime shop. The fitness facilities on the third floor looked great, and there were also washing machines. The room was small but really clean and comfortable. The windows were large. I requested a non-smoking room but of course there was an ashtray beside the bed.

Ia sangat baik untuk hidup bersama. Tiket taman kanak-kanak yang dihantar sudah terlambat untuk bermain. Hotel ini cukup untuk dua hari. Daftar masuk semalam bertemu dengan aktiviti Mid-Autumn Festival. [Nakal] Nasib baik, apabila saya tiba di hotel, saya bertemu dengan Nancy, seorang pengurus yang profesional dan bersemangat! hebat . Lima 🌟 pujian! Perkhidmatan disediakan dan responsif. Terdapat banyak perkara dengan Baobao. Saya meminta bantuan Nancy jika saya menghadapi sebarang kesulitan. Mereka semua membantu saya menyelesaikannya dengan cepat. Saya berasa dalam mood yang baik sekaligus. [Nakal] Terdapat sebuah bilik di hotel pada sekitar jam 13:00. Biliknya sangat bagus. Katilnya cukup besar untuk tiga orang. Perkhidmatan ini sangat pantas, air dan tuala mandi dan pedal semuanya sangat pantas. Bayi itu sangat menyukai kolam renang. Dia tinggal dan bermain dua kali dalam satu malam. [Nakal] Terdapat interaksi ibu bapa-anak Festival Pertengahan Musim Luruh di tingkat tiga. Terdapat taman permainan kecil di tingkat dua. Anda boleh bermain dengan syiling permainan. Sarapan pagi pun sedap. Saya sangat suka wonton kecil. Terdapat juga gelongsor untuk ibu bapa dan kanak-kanak di restoran di tingkat dua. Sarapan pagi tidak takut bunyi kanak-kanak. Ia sangat mendamaikan. Haha. Tingkat lima ialah kolam renang. Saya menyikatnya dua kali. Airnya bersih. Air terapung berbau harum. Air di kolam cetek itu sangat hangat. Kanak-kanak berenang dua kali dan tidak ada masalah dengan kulit. Ini bermakna kualiti air adalah baik.

房間乾淨，服務也好，環境不錯，早歺也可以。環境對面是個公園，逛逛不錯，但半夜還有人練歌，22幾樓都能聽見，不是酒店問題。地下停車庫，和商業街共用，酒店出停車場的地方兩道大鐵門，有高起，外面還有落差，酒店設了提醒，老婆還是不小心扭傷骨折了。離崑山第一人民醫院咫尺之遙😂

A very comfortable hotel to stay, big room with nice view, quite enough to have a good sleep.

房間很滿意，夏天帶娃出行選皇冠假日親子房就對了，超大浴缸🛁、帳篷🏕️、粉筆書寫板、小童洗漱套裝都很滿意；服務保持了五星級級水準，前台引領帶看很耐心，客服中心晚間服務提供送浴巾服務也是又快又禮貌，看了名牌是朱正元服務員感謝，出遊途中帶娃的父母遇到耐心又專業的服務員會很感謝；早餐很滿意，品類豐富，如有餐品沒有了向服務生提出也是很快速添加，感謝。下次還會來住

Terdapat hentian pintu yang menonjol di lantai bilik mandi, yang mudah dilewati. Saya tersandung pada hari daftar masuk. Ia sangat menyakitkan. Setelah melapor ke meja depan, tidak ada tindak balas. Kemudian saya menghantar pembersih udara ke bilik dan saya tidak tahu maksudnya. Akhirnya, saya membeli ubat penahan sakit. Keesokan paginya, saya menerima panggilan dari hotel yang mengatakan bahawa kereta kami diparkir di tempat yang salah. Kami sangat bekerjasama untuk menggerakkan kereta pada kali pertama. Setelah pengawal keselamatan hotel bertanya nombor bilik isteri saya dan membuat beberapa panggilan telefon berturut-turut. Caranya sangat biadab dan amatir sangat tidak masuk akal. Semasa mendaftar keluar, seorang kakitangan di meja depan bertanya kepada kami mengenai keadaan kami dan mencadangkan sama ada untuk membantu kami menghubungi hospital. we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel. On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional. The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room. It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual. The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

The hotel itself was nice and modern, but the room was a bit smelly, someone smoked there before. Also for this kind of hotel I would expect English speaking personnel at the reception desk. But all in all fine.
