The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again

27歲生日，選酒店選了好久，想要有大大的落地窗、想要樓層夠高、想要看到城市霓虹燈閃爍的夜景，蘇州的一家酒店我提前就訂好，但因為下午做美甲空等了太久，我不想再在路上浪費時間，不如乾脆就選崑山本地。我設定了幾個篩選項，結合評論裏的圖，很快就確定下來——已經晚上八點了，不能再耽擱。
“真不錯啊”，我從進入酒店的第一秒就開始拍照。拍了room tour 發給朋友，對方直説“高級”、“這不得爭分奪秒享受？”
於是我通宵沒睡。想去12樓看空中花園，但沒找到，又拿着換下來的衣服去負一樓的洗衣房，洗衣機我研究了半天才操作明白（這種事情酒店可以提供服務，是我想親自去體驗帶自助洗衣的酒店）。然後在旁邊的健身房鍛鍊等待衣服洗好，我在跑步機上看《行屍走肉》，但一個跑步機沒固定好，晃動，一個無法運行，於是我不停換器材，最終都嘗試了個遍，新鮮。
半夜一點多了，我才帶着洗好的衣服悠悠回房。智能音箱放着我的歌單，我第一次住酒店沒有開電視，以前我受不了空盪安靜的酒店房間，總要有一點熱鬧的背景音，歌不行，小屏幕不行，要投屏鬧騰的綜藝，才會覺得安慰。
我一夜未睡，忙着寫很長很長的文字。結束後天就快亮，我想着趕上日出了，在窗邊等待，六點多時，拍到了一些彩雲。
我的歌單在房間回蕩了一夜，小度真好用。七點多時突然放了一首《save the last dance for me》，我被戳中了，不停倒帶，站在窗邊錄了好幾個背景音充斥着這首歌的視頻。我真想知道以後會幸福嗎，會有多幸福。我不常發問，因為痛苦永遠相伴，也不許願，知道它其實沒有任何作用，但會想象，會期待。在一個冬天的早晨，當我從14樓望下去，看着人來車往的城市街道，衷心地祝福我自己，認真地憧憬未來。
所以這條好評無關於免費升級房型、贈送兩份早餐、免費延遲退房、臨走前贈送伴手禮，除開這些，我同樣心滿意足。

A very nice and beautiful hotel. The room is spacious, clean and very comfortable for a affordable price. The service was great with staff who can speak English. Sad that they don’t have the pool opened yet. The breakfast was a bit disappointed for my taste. They could do much better. Overall nice place to stay.

Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again.
No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB).
Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

孩子考完試來了場説走就走的旅行，攜程上搜崑山酒店這家評分最高，所以抱着試試看的想法體驗了一晚，真沒讓家人失望。酒店是新開的，從大堂進來到電梯到房間都很乾凈，而且很安靜不嘈雜。前台態度很nice，還給升了房型和樓層到最邊上的房間有三扇窗户還看到第二天的日出🌄蠻驚喜的。房間內滿滿智能高科技，不用動手，小度幾乎控制了燈光窗簾。更絕的是孩子點了外賣，居然是機器人🤖先打電話告知外賣要到了然後機器人送到房間門口的，孩子興奮了大半天。健身房是24小時開放的，我們第二天一早起床先去鍛鍊下再去早餐的，自助餐還不錯，比不上五星豐富但也基本都有了。退房也很方便，服務人員態度都很好。這裏離陽澄湖近，以後還會考慮來的。

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel.
On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional.
The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room.
It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual.
The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

The view was a quiet kind of magic like watching daily life unfold in Zhouzhuang’s water town felt like stepping into another world. The town moves at its own pace, different from anything I’m used to, and it reminded me how refreshing it can be to slow down and truly observe
If you’re looking for a place with a cozy atmosphere, wonderful hosts, and the chance to soak in the charm of Zhouzhuang, Guyunfeng Hotel is a great choice. It’s not just a place to stay; it’s a small retreat where you can reconnect with the beauty of simple moments
P.S. you will have to pay a ticket for 100RMB and good for 3 days. If you stay more than 3 days, you will have to pay ticket for every 3 days or so. You can buy a ticket from vending machines and have your face scanned at the security checkpoints, or buy it manually, take picture on ticket with date then show it to security guards.

PPengguna Tetamu房間很乾凈，老闆一家都很熱情，民宿就在著名的雙橋邊上，臨河，時不時有小船經過，別有一番滋味。老闆女兒自己還有一個漢服館，對於我正想要拍古裝的人來説，簡直一步到位。很愉快的一次旅行。

PPengguna TetamuClean room centrally located inside zhou zhuang. So it allows u to explore the place at night.
A bit of a walk through the uneven pavement and up and down a bridge, with our heavy luggage and mum’s difficulty to walk is not the best. However, to stay within zhou zhuang, that’s the only option. Ask for 2nd floor rooms will be even better. Our room is back facing the alley where the housekeepers walk in and out chatting .
Owner is also very nice and friendly.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

PPengguna Tanpa Nama小而全的酒店：小小的房間做了衞浴乾濕分離，有小度幫忙開關電視、關燈拉窗簾。小小的健身房，力量有氧都可以滿足。要特別表揚一下小小的餐廳，蛋餅和甜湯是絕配，一口氣喝了兩碗甜湯四張蛋餅，滿足的早午餐。餐廳的叔叔阿姨沒有過多浮誇寒暄，但兢兢業業，有求必應，對於我這種i人覺得很舒適。

PPengguna TetamuThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing.
The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

PPengguna Tetamu酒店環境很好，屬於中檔型的酒店，辦理入住在二樓，剛進二樓以為是個多功能廳，在辦理入住時聽前台小姑娘介紹，原來下午可以在二樓喝咖啡[咖啡]辦公，小姑娘用自助機辦理的入住，速度很快，也挺方便的，回到房間後，感覺房間挺乾淨整潔的，工作人員都是很用心的，晚上有深夜粥到，前台還特意打電話告訴我，挺好的！突然感覺到又回到家的感覺，離店的時候，問前台，車子怎麼出去，前台衹問了一句，車聽哪裡了，我是停在了他們專用車位，告訴我，我的車牌已經錄入系統了，可以隨意進出的，有點不好的就是硬件設施有點欠缺，但是他們的服務態度都很好！值得推薦的酒店
