The hotel is great , the staff and environment was very friendly and welcoming . The butler (溪地小清) always made sure that we have everything that we needed and that the communication between us was fluently and made the trip go smoothly. The food was good and very delicious the portions is very generous. The places around the hotel is also good and a great experience for foreigners very welcoming and a great place for children. There is tons of activities and food places to see. The only improvement is to maybe add a mini fridge in the rooms to keep the drinks cool. Other than that the place is a great experience and scenery relaxing would recommend foreigners to try it out. I would definitely go back again

很不錯的民宿。上海開車過去很近，非常適合開車過去帶娃過週末的，對寵物也很友好。目前酒店在周莊古鎮內價格很優惠、親民的。停車免費的，提前跟老闆説，會告訴免費停車場位置。到達停車場後聯繫管家會有電瓶車來接行李，其實走過去也很近。客棧裏面各種設施都很新，很喜歡這種簡約現代的裝修風格，每間房間的大小裝修風格都不一樣，裝修比較簡單，主要是看中了房間裏有兩張床，很適合家庭親子，床墊和被子非常舒服，一覺睡到了大天亮。第二天一早在古鎮裏散個步，感受一下小橋流水人家的水鄉生活，假期在這度假真的很愉快。

A very cosy and comfortable one night stay at this place inside of Zhou Zhuang, an ancient town/place of attraction. Literally, the most enjoyable stay during my trip to Suzhou and Shanghai. From interior design to decoration, amenities and facilities as well as the owner, one word to describe our stay- fantastic! The owner was very helpful and easy going. She helped us find a good and humourous driver to Shanghai at a reasonable price. And resolved my problem with the WeChat payment issue. Come and stay at this place when you plan a visit to Zhou Zhuang.

Great little place to stay. I booked the room with a balcony view. Enjoyed sitting on the chairs in the morning and evening. Mosquito netting around the bed is perfect for a good night sleep. Overall I would love to come back here again.
No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB).
Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.

Service is okay, but our room not cleaned on the 2nd day. Decoration of the room is nice.
Water in the showerroom sometimes too hot and suddenly can be too cold, I don't know why.
My room in the 2nd floor (no lift access), so maybe the price is cheaper than the 1st floor room.

we were disappointed see that the gym and apart facilities were out of service. This is one of the reasons we chose to stay at the hotel.
On arrival we were greeted well by the lady but a man made our check in very uncomfortable, by him whispering and looking at us then laughing. Not very professional.
The hotel was very clean and we were happy with our room.
It was nice to have tea and coffee at the room but had no sugar which is unusual.
The price is reasonable but not so much without the spa facilities.

PPengguna Tetamu麥倫書院體驗非常棒！這座歷史文保建築書院位於景區的核心位置，到達景區內各個景點遊玩十分方便。整個書院在保留沈體蘭故居歷史原貌的基礎之上，被身為設計師的老闆精心設計佈置，整個書院的內裝典雅、舒適、整潔，一步一景，美輪美奐，穿行在這棟建築裏，令人流連忘返，彷彿置身於民國的江南水鄉。無論是在書院裏看書、畫畫、聽音樂、喝茶、喝咖啡、聊天都十分愜意，特別是拍攝照片和視頻，非常出片！非常適合家庭親子出遊、休閑放鬆、朋友聚會、甚至是商務接待。在這裏住下來，能享受到久違的慢生活，靜靜的感受周莊的歷史文化和風情。
書院一層有手沖咖啡吧。客人全天提供免費手沖咖啡，咖啡的味道非常純正。住在這棟建築裏，得到了店主及店內工作人員無微不至的照顧，衹要在一層停留，就會有飲品和實物送來，讓人感到賓至如歸。早餐和下午茶時間，在咖啡吧與店主和店內小哥哥聊天非常開心，他們熱情、友善、用心做事的態度令人印象深刻。
我們原本衹預訂了兩晚，因為體驗太好修改後麪行程續住了一晚。一次非常棒的體驗，美好的回憶，我們還會再來！

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

PPengguna Tetamu先説説好滴方面：首次體驗桔子酒店，儘管房間面積不大，但衞生間很大，電視機超大，小度語音控制很方便，入住和退房很快捷，大堂布置很符合當下人們追求放鬆、小聚的特點。入住時還送了小孩子一包小零食。布草質量很好。早餐品種豐富，還有特色麪檔，很贊！另外有洗衣機和烘乾機，這真的很解放雙手。地理位置也很棒，就在萬象城對面，吃飯購物很方便。
再説説需要改進的：窗户無法完全閉合，因此對於高樓層來説風噪總會影響環境體驗。最嚴重的就是蟲控！不知道為啥我們這間22樓客房的衞生間很多螞蟻，難道是因為餐廳也在這樓嗎？希望品牌方好好注意衞生質量，不要自砸招牌呀！

PPengguna TetamuThis place was absolutely amazing, the host was the best we’ve come across, from meeting us and carrying all our bags, to finding us in the rain whilst we were shopping to offer umbrellas due to the downpour . The room was immaculate, we were able to store our drinks etc in the large commercial fridge, and yes it was cold!! Bottled water was free anytime. The location is brilliant , you can walk around the town and drop back and use the home stay facilities anytime, this was so nice as the facilities were so clean. Our room was spacious overlooking the canals, so even if you felt like a break, a drink and nibbles in your room whilst watching the events below was relaxing.
The restaurant next door was the nicest we’d come across. I would recommend 2 nights stay, and definitely don’t look any further trying to find a better spot , book here. The Host spoke English and was easy to contact by email or mobile and WeChat. This is a family home stay business and it was evident during our stay. I’d give this place 10 stars

PPengguna TetamuOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

DDamian GrayWe spent 3 nights at the Fairmont on Yangcheng Lake recently the second week of Chinese New Year. The hotel and accomodation was excellent. We were kindly upgraded to the Fairmont Gold floor and were fantastically looked after by the team there. The rooms were large, with good facilities and quality finishing (loved the shower especially). The hotel has massive gardens and outdoor activities to do (we did some Archery) and is linked to a farm as well. It also has an indoor pool and gym area too. With the weather so cold the outdoor activities were limited (no Kayaking etc). It would have been good if they had a table tennis / pool table / darts area for indoor activities. With the location there are no supermarkets or restaurants near by so you are restricted to the hotel. The breakfast buffet was expansive and great quality. The room service options were varied and good quality and they did have a Chinese restaurant open each night. The buffet restaurant is only open at night on the weekend.
