This beautiful Hotel is very central in Kunshan. We enjoyed very much the beautiful view from our room over the whole city. The staff is very friendly and we had the chance to store our bikes after a long bike ride through amazing Kundshan area.

The hotel service and amenities was well met with what is expected of a 5 star hotels. The extra provided with the Lamborghini Suite room is all fulfilled. Complimentary welcome drinks, lounge access and free mini bar.
The only issue is that due to the hotel bedroom is facing the mall, noises (songs and traffics) is very noticable at nights. Early night sleep is not possible unless you are wearing earplug.
There are many areas around the hotel to visit or fulfill you meal requirement. The location is also quite convenient. The recently finish MRT line is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. You can take this line and 30 minutes ride to connect to the Shanghai MRT Line 11.

服務：服務特別好，颱風來臨城區停電，但酒店服務周到，所訂晚歺準時開飯。酒店菜品特別好吃，尤其片皮鴨受小孩喜歡，印象深刻！西歺廳服務員童玲女士特別貼心，多次電話問詢服務要求，所訂歺品。兩次用歺童玲女士對孩子多方照顧，耐心有加，此為酒店管理有方，員工服務品質的體現。
設施：酒店有泳池，此次入住，就為泳池而來。但颱風停電事故能如願，有些遺憾！

第二次入住，位置可以，靠近市中心，酒店房間環境很乾凈整潔，整體服務態度很好，我帶着孩子，前台服務員都貼心提醒有需要的幫忙可以直接打前台電話。大廳還有一小的小童遊玩區，這點很贊，也有免費的洗衣房。早餐碰到一個很好的服務員，見我帶着孩子，貼心的讓廚房下了一碗麪條，並特意提醒我麪條口感煮得軟爛，適合小朋友吃。離店時在前台又碰到了那位餐廳服務員，原來是前台龔經理，特意表示了感謝。此次入住讓我感覺到賓至如歸感覺。

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

JJairoOur experience at this hotel could not have been better—it was truly beyond our expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a historic house with sophisticated decor that exudes charm and elegance. The staff went above and beyond to please us, attending to every detail with care.
Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a delicious afternoon tea, featuring a homemade tiramisu that was absolutely delightful. The staff is well-prepared to receive foreign guests; Miss Yang, in particular, speaks excellent English and is very kind.
Overall, we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and exceptional stay in Zhouzhuang.

PPengguna Tetamu先説説好滴方面：首次體驗桔子酒店，儘管房間面積不大，但衞生間很大，電視機超大，小度語音控制很方便，入住和退房很快捷，大堂布置很符合當下人們追求放鬆、小聚的特點。入住時還送了小孩子一包小零食。布草質量很好。早餐品種豐富，還有特色麪檔，很贊！另外有洗衣機和烘乾機，這真的很解放雙手。地理位置也很棒，就在萬象城對面，吃飯購物很方便。
再説説需要改進的：窗户無法完全閉合，因此對於高樓層來説風噪總會影響環境體驗。最嚴重的就是蟲控！不知道為啥我們這間22樓客房的衞生間很多螞蟻，難道是因為餐廳也在這樓嗎？希望品牌方好好注意衞生質量，不要自砸招牌呀！

之前在網上比較了多家周莊附近的民宿，最後選定了沐瀾晚晴（後來在沐瀾餐廳吃飯，跟店員閑聊，發現實際上住的是沐瀾梵麗，晚晴是隔壁的新一些的民宿，兩家挨着，攜程是同個入口，都是9間房，梵麗是老闆自家的房子）
當時選這家主要的原因很妙，因為圖片沒有看到空調和熱水器，推測是用中央空調和集中熱水系統，結合房屋面積，推測規格比較高。嘿嘿，實際上印證了猜測。
停車是在免費的富貴園停車場，但是下午到就停不下了，店家指引到東莊停車場，一次20，店家幫我出了。（不要跟着當地老太太走，有可能停的超遠）
入住和退房有高爾夫球小車車來回接送，非常方便。
酒店在沈廳檢票口附近，避免了住在景區裏拖箱子的痛苦，又多了一個選擇（店家代買門票90，給身份訊息到檢票口選客棧到付即可，門票三天任意進出。如果對下午逛景點不感興趣，可以不買門票，晚上9點進去看看夜景，早上7點前入園溜達，無需買門票）
逛沈廳意外發現，民宿的房間名對應的是周莊八景，我們是“急水揚帆”，老闆有心了。
民宿的小院有魚塘什麼的，晚晴那邊的新院落有點唐風，還有個大月亮可以試試“對影成三人”。
貓貓名叫臭寶。
民宿沒有早飯，但是隔壁就有餐廳可以吃早飯。
送的襪底酥是在景點裏的沐瀾餐廳，環境也是不錯的，喜歡二樓。

PPengguna TetamuOne of our favorite places. Really a great stay. The lady who runs the place is super nice. Room had cool exotic decorations and furniture. The balcony was nice although not much to see but done roof tops.
Location is great. You have to pay 100 rmb to enter the city before you walk a few blocks to hotel. Right next to double bridge which is famous because of an old painting but otherwise no big desk. Indeed there were other double bridges and more picturesque bridges.
Only drawback was no breakfast at all. So you need to wander around and find a restaurant. We madd the mistake of ordering coffee from a coffee shop. Despite 35rmb - more expensive than in US it was just an automatic machine - not barista made, and couldn’t even taste much coffee. This has nothing to do with the hotel but it was a ripoff.
Another good thing about the hotel was they have another business of historical clothes rental with makeup and photography. It turned out great.

It was the little touches that made us feel special...example it was really hot and they brought us a complimentary Ice Lemon Tea which was so refreshing. And another day we were waiting for a taxi and they brought us each a bottle of water. Just so kind. And the rooms were so clean and well decorated. And loved the sheets, pillows and bed. Was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Overall a wonderful hotel and customer service experience.

MMateja BokanAgain, it's a cute little hotel, exactly likey last review said. No changes in that regard. However, this time we were given a room with a hallway view (an outside window looking into the wall of the building about a meter away from the hotel's). I went to complain to the reception, but the receptionist had difficulty understanding what my complaint was (as the room did have a window). After asking for a room with an actual window out into the street, she said that that room needs an upgrade (despite our previous room from 3 days ago not needing it). And after a few back and forth she decided ”to give me the upgrade for free”. The new room was exactly the same as the previous one, except that the window opened into the street, so I'm having difficulty understanding why this was a 10min process... The room was modern yet again, very clean, the cleaning staff was beyond polite, however, I must note that this room had a vending machine for sex-related items, which may not be the most ideal thing if you're coming for a family stay (so maybe ask beforehand at the reception if there's that in your room). The breakfast has a large selection, and is good (the only note is that the drink choices should be better and not so artificial).

PPengguna Tetamu國慶期間帶着兩個娃一起住了費爾蒙的酒店。在攜程上預訂了之後就有客服人員電話諮詢我的需求，👍。酒店還是比較老牌的酒店設施，但是卻很戳中我，和上海和平飯店一樣，既有老錢風的感覺又加入一些新元素，例如國慶期間的各類特色親子主題項目，參觀養蜂場、親子騎行、皮划艇滑行、手工創作等等，還有崑山非遺文化展示做的很漂亮，也很精緻，正巧讓女兒打卡完成學校視頻作業。酒店房間挺大的，我一個大人帶着2個娃入住的非常舒適寬敞。住宿第一天去夕露園的接駁車安排的不合理，和酒店反映之後，立即進行了調整。非常喜歡這種高效的管理風格，特別是Zoey經理，面對客人的反饋很重視，讓客人很滿意。8樓的行政酒廊服務也很不錯，能讓同層的客人不用下大堂就能辦check out，還挺貼心的。希望酒店能多開拓些康樂項目，以後還會帶着父母來玩。

No much to expect except for those standard items example - service, cleanliness or comfortability therefore to my surprise, the rooms were cosy and clean (guessed it’s because they were newly renovated or not long ago) but, but except for some minor hiccups example - air conditioning controls (remote and wall mounted) + room WiFi needs pre-logging on before connectable (used my phone hotspot to fix problem)! Everything was fine until the next day slightly before checking out, they cut off my room electricity abruptly half an hour before checkout time! Imagine if you’re still using the bathroom!
