Все хорошо, Хилтон старается. Было пару косяков в работе Спа (несезон, мелкая работа по благоустройству), но менеджер радушно компенсировал нам все моменты, предоставив бесплатно номер категорией выше и тайский массаж. Спасибо, Хилтон.

We picked the Derici because of the fabulous location, good TripAdvisor reviews and excellent value. it didn't disappoint. Although we arrived in the middle of the night, there was someone to help us with our luggage and show us the room amenities. Everything was clean and the fridge and air conditioning were very much appreciated. We had a spacious side sea view room which was perfect for us. The roof-top pool was fabulous. The staff were very helpful but Ciara gets a special shout-out for going the extra mile. I can see her being the hotel Manager one day. We only ate breakfast but there was plenty of variety for all tastes. If returning to Kusadasi, we would absolutely stay here again.

Where to begin - 10 amazing days made special by Charisma and her crew, (especially young Humeyra) who although some of their English wasn’t great, couldn’t do enough to try and please us. The Aegean view all around us crashing and sparkling, our room with glass walls on two sides so we felt like we were at sea. The food: traditional hand made flat bread being rolled out every morning on the terrace, fresh honeycomb and creamy home made yogurt with breakfast, then fresh hand made pasta hanging waiting to be cooked for dinner… live mellow guitar music and romantic singing at night in the warm air on the terrace with the red sun hanging low in the sky. Fabulous 30m pool always warm, always nearly empty for great length swimming, local mountain bikes to hire for long rides to Ephesus and the National park nearby. Massage and wonderful hydrofacials at the spa - not expensive and very professional and easily available (thanks Dilek!) Only things I can think of to balance this would be: let’s get some English tv channels? Let’s get some better quality mocktails and zero alcohol for the non drinkers amongst us please? We will of course be coming back!

First things first: huge THANK YOU to lovely staff, who let us stay 2 hours longer than official checkout time. We had transfer in the evening so they offered us to leave our baggage in a locked storage. Great service by the maid as well. The price of stay was reasonable, breakfast great. Lovely view of sandy beach and Marina. Strategically placed in city centre. Stores, pharmacy, beach, bars & restaurants, market... all in a few minutes walk radius. Hotel itself seems to have seen better days some 10 to 20 years ago, but it just added to its charm. We enjoyed every second of our stay. Will come back in spring. And that's a promise! We stayed at this hotel in April for 8 days as it was my Cousin birthday to which we organised a family holiday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially one lady called Feliz. She helped me with my food and drink as I have a mobility disability, she couldn't do enough for me, which really made my holiday. We plan on going back there again soon.

Про место положение ничего не могу сказать, нас не интересовало море, вид с балкона на него шикарный, а как на пляж добираются и что там, не знаю. Приехали рано в 10, заселили браслеты одели, номер прекрасный,даже для третьего члена семьи своя маленькая спальня отдельная, лифты ковры, чистота, все есть кроме халатов. Питание нонстоп, не знаю чего нет, все вкусно, говядина, индейка, все полное, всегда добавляют, фрукты овощи, гарниры. Мороженное днём с фруктами, у бассейна всевозможные пиццы, пиде, овощи, сладости , бары везде, все с улыбкой, приходите ещё, никаких очередей, столики убирают сразу, гостям тут рады, отношение очень приятное, остались очень довольны. Аквозона с горками для детей и комплекс водный для малышей отличный! Персонал всегда присутствует, за детьми очень внимательно следят.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. My first time coming to turkey was in June 2023, I enjoyed it so much we had to book another trip a week after we left because we missed the staff and animation team so much. One of the best experiences I’ve ever had, I made friends for life, always staying in contact when we went back to Ireland. The animation team and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Always having activities to do during the day and night. Would definitely return time and time again.

Hotel was in 2 parts old and new. All adequate but nothing special. Drinks offering very poor unless you want to spend additional money, not really the point on an all inclusive. Staffs level of English was non existent and animation staff not really interested unless you were regulars or from an EU country I. E. Bulgaria or Holland. Food OK but not as much variety of the week, again more for the tastes of the Bulgarians. Probably wouldn't book it again and the beach needs a tidy. The tui photos are also very old.
