Pertama sekali, lokasinya bagus Selepas keluar dari stesen JR, pergi ke kiri dan anda akan melihatnya di persimpangan pertama di sebelahnya adalah pusat maklumat bas, tempat anda akan berkumpul untuk perjalanan keesokan harinya. Hotel ini telah menggantikan kad pintu atau kunci tradisional dengan kata laluan 6 digit Apabila pergi ke mata air panas, anda boleh meminta kata laluan di meja depan. 新阿寒明顯是很老的酒店，自助餐尚可吧，亮點是樓上有個公共的很大的室外露天泳池，男女混合的，需要泳衣，酒店有準備，可以穿他們的，在浴室裏面有，也可以穿自己的。露天温泉還是相當不錯，洗澡基本靠在酒店的泡湯裏完成，衞生間很小，冬季，阿寒湖全部結冰，可能天氣關係，看出去基本看不到什麼風景，玩雪地摩託車，雪地雪橇車比較好玩。酒店有個非常大的問題，因為晚餐裏，有自助的烤盤，很多人會烤肉，而餐廳是在1樓完全開放的，弄的整棟大樓裏充滿着烤肉的味道，這點是非常糟糕的。

The dormy inn is a bit small and older than the other dormy inns i have stayed before. However, we were surprised to learn that this dormy inn offers iced coffee, oolong teas, and pops during 3-9pm, where normal dormy inns would just offer regular hot coffee and americanos. We were so lucky to be able to watch and experience the sunset on the top floor resting area (where the onsen is also location on). The sunset was stunning (tho the ANA Crowne Plaza blocked some of the view) and it was one of the most beautiful sunset i've ever experienced.

Breakfast is average, dinner is awesome. Staff english communication not really good but still able to help us solve the issue. River view is best and wild deer spotted.

清潔で職員さん達は、ほとんどの方が親切でした。 そのうちの、１人２人は、なんだかなーと言う人もいましたが、仕方無いんでしょうね。 レストランは、薄味で健康に気をつけている、 朝食でした。また、中華のお料理も、美味しく頂きました。 温泉も、良かったし、何よりフロントの職員さん達が、本当に良くして頂きました。 お土産を選ぶのも、助けて頂きました。 また、行きたいと思います。

Well located in the town centre and just in front of lake. The boat dock is downstair and visible from your room. Opposite the hotel there are two convenient stores and several restaurants within easy walking distance. Car park is free. You will have a high chance to see dears near public car parking area, especially in the morning when less people get in and out. Breakfast was okay without any surprise.

The hotel staffs greeted us almost immediately after I turn into the parking lot just outside the hotel. Took a while to get used to the musky smell when first entering the room but it’s all good. Room was spacious and opt for the Japanese style. Love the lake view and enjoy the trail walk nearby. Breakfast was good with the beef choice
