A very nice hotel. It was a filming location for 'If You Are the One' back in the day, and the food here is excellent. It's a shame that the Four Sisters Izakaya is closed though.

All is so so so good, I can park my car at the hotel which is so great ! All the services and staff are so good, sure must come again ! ! So much enjoy fire works at the hotel room !

Extremely satisfied! The Japanese hot spring dinner and breakfast were both excellent, making for a truly perfect New Year's Eve.

The Japanese-style resort hotel boasts a lakeside ceiling and spacious rooms with private onsen (hot spring bath) and balconies. The rooftop open-air hot spring with views of Lake Akan is absolutely stunning. The dining is exquisite and delicious, using high-quality ingredients, reflecting the chef's dedication. Each room has its own private dining area with personalized service, making it very comfortable. The daily management is excellent; the environment is quiet, and the staff are attentive to individual needs and make special arrangements. In short, it's an excellent choice for a vacation. I was fortunate enough to stay at Tsuruga, near Lake Onuma, which is also a very beautiful hotel.

The room faced Lake Akan, offering a fantastic view. During check-in, the staff provided pudding and tea. They also inquired about the departure bus time, as well as the dinner and breakfast times. They then gave a detailed explanation of the lobby and room facilities, very attentively. Dinner was a kaiseki meal, quite sumptuous. Breakfast was also served in a private room, which was quieter. The service was excellent. The only downside was that the room's light switches were a bit old and slow to respond.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a fantastic environment. The mini-bar in the room's refrigerator is stocked with various drinks and ice cream, and there are also drinks and snacks available in the lobby. Besides the yukatas provided in the rooms, you can also choose a floral one. The onsen (hot spring bath) is also amazing. The breakfast and dinner dishes are also quite commendable.

I didn't get to book the Lake Seat I had been dreaming of, which was a bit of a pity, but everything else was almost perfect. After all, luxury can't be measured by cost-effectiveness. I tried to stay in the hotel as much as possible, but time was still too tight. I will come again if I have the chance. Thank you for the wonderful memories this night brought us.

Very, very satisfied. The hotel is attentive in every aspect. There are few rooms so it is very quiet. The public hot spring is also private. The food is very good. Free milk coffee is available everywhere. There is also a bus to Sapporo Airport, which is very considerate.

My Life Hotel. I go there for vacation every year. The hotel is very unique and warm. The food is delicious, and the hot spring milk is super delicious! It is a special enjoyment to lie down in the hotel every day, eat, drink, look at the scenery and soak in the hot spring.

The hotel next door offers great value for money. It's part of the same group, and this one is old-fashioned and quite luxurious. One night is enough to experience it.

This room is on the second floor; the view is better from the higher floor.

Whether it is the scenery, food, or service attitude, it is impeccable. We don't know how to wear yukata, but they helped us put it on. The only drawback is that it is too far away. Even if there are dedicated buses back and forth, it takes 4 and a half hours one way. Those who want to check in have to be mentally prepared. On the day of our return trip, the flight from Kushiro to Sapporo was cancelled, and it took more than 6 hours to get back to Sapporo. Even so, it was still worth the trip
