Hotel Perniagaan Terbaik di Kutchan

I want to give top marks for customer recovery for Chalet Ivy. I booked five nights there for a Feb ski trip in october 2022. It was confirmed by Agoda, the booking agglomeration site. But 3 weeks before the trip, they claimed they couldn’t find the booking and had to cancel the booking. The fault seemed to lay with their 3rd party wholesaler for rooms. With sky high costs and low availability at this stage, I freaked out. But Vladi the reservations officer from Chalet Ivy manager managed to re-book me in albeit at a slightly higher price- offset by the compensation I received from Agoda. We even had an upgrade to a Mt Yotei view room. Great save. Also a shoutout to front reception staff like Rou Hong who was so helpful. All in a great experience staying at the Chalet Ivy

2023年2月、スキーシーズンのど真ん中で宿泊しました。 良かったところ ・外装は周囲のホテルに比べるとバブル期に建てられた温泉のようで一見ハズレかなと思いました。しかしながら内装は新しく、部屋の中(部屋も新しいのと古いのがあるようですが)もモダンな作りで快適でした。 ・大浴場は温泉で、露天風呂あります。スキーシーズンで人は多かったですが、浴場も大きいのでゆったりと入浴できました。 ・食事はバイキングでしたが割と本格的で、天ぷら、ステーキなどなど美味しかったです。期待以上でした。 悪かったところ ・スタッフ(特に受付)の対応が微妙です。チェックインの時間帯で多くの客で溢れているのに担当者は1-2名程度しかいませんでした。しかも英語/中国語の方も多いですが、片言のスタッフが多く、対応に時間がかかっていました。列に割り込んで入ってくる方もいましたがそこまで気をくばれていませんでした。また案内も必要なことしか言わず、風呂はどこか何時からかなど聞いても「書いてあります」だけしか言われませんでした。海外の格安ホテルならともかく日本のある程度のランクのホテルならもう少しホスピタリティをあげて欲しいと思いました。 ・スキー/スノボ関係ですが、リフト券や貸し出しは別の建物になります。このホテルだけではないでしょうが、少し離れているのですが、もう少し利便性を改善してくれたらと思いました。 ・あとこの時期は朝夕食つきで１泊２万5000円でした。しょうがないとは思いますが、日本人でも楽しめる場所になってほしいです。

Lobinya cantik, dan mangkuk nasi babi yang dipilih dari 4 menu Hokkaido sangat bagus! !! Di samping itu, kakitangan di tempat makan sangat ramah dan saya sangat gembira untuk bercakap dengan suara rendah untuk anak-anak. Persekitaran semula jadi yang dilihat dari tempat makan sangat baik, saya rasa saya ingin melawat lagi pada musim sejuk. Saya rasa banyak orang tinggal di hotel, tetapi saya rasa tidak sesak kerana ruang dalaman hotel sangat besar.

Our family stayed at Ki Niseko for 3 nights in early January 2024...one of our best experiences. Located next to Hirafu Mountain Center and Holiday Pair Lift 1, it's convenient for us to pick up ski gears at a counter inside the hotel and directly ski in & out. This area is less crowded than those around Ace Family Lift at the west of Grand Hirafu...thus, an ideal place for beginners. Our Nitori Room is spatial, cozy, clean, and fully equipped with various facilities & furniture, including stoves, oven, dishwasher, laundry machine, utensils, dining table, etc. Our room was supposed to have Mt. Yotei view. Unfortunately, there was heavy snow & cloudy during our first 3 days. If you visit Niseko during heavy snow season, booking the volcano view room is at your own risk. Majority of the hotel staff are international. They are professional, friendly, and helpful. The hotel offered our family complimentary private onsen and transfer to Hirafu Welcome Center's bus stop. Breakfast is delicious and with sufficient variety of foods, though the menu was nearly the same everyday during our stay. All in all, we would recommend Ki Niseko and hope to come back again.

Hinzan was amazing for our ski vacation in Niseko! The location is super central, but they also have a shuttle that can take you to the lifts and around Hirafu so you don't have to walk with your gear. There were ski lockers and a room in the lobby with boot warmers. The in-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. While the front desk times were limited, they were very flexible about arranging for staff to stay late/come early for check in and check out. All the staff were amazing, going out of their way to make sure we had a good stay! Would definitely stay here again!
