Hotel dengan WiFi di Kutchan

I want to give top marks for customer recovery for Chalet Ivy. I booked five nights there for a Feb ski trip in october 2022. It was confirmed by Agoda, the booking agglomeration site. But 3 weeks before the trip, they claimed they couldn’t find the booking and had to cancel the booking. The fault seemed to lay with their 3rd party wholesaler for rooms. With sky high costs and low availability at this stage, I freaked out. But Vladi the reservations officer from Chalet Ivy manager managed to re-book me in albeit at a slightly higher price- offset by the compensation I received from Agoda. We even had an upgrade to a Mt Yotei view room. Great save. Also a shoutout to front reception staff like Rou Hong who was so helpful. All in a great experience staying at the Chalet Ivy

2023年2月、スキーシーズンのど真ん中で宿泊しました。 良かったところ ・外装は周囲のホテルに比べるとバブル期に建てられた温泉のようで一見ハズレかなと思いました。しかしながら内装は新しく、部屋の中(部屋も新しいのと古いのがあるようですが)もモダンな作りで快適でした。 ・大浴場は温泉で、露天風呂あります。スキーシーズンで人は多かったですが、浴場も大きいのでゆったりと入浴できました。 ・食事はバイキングでしたが割と本格的で、天ぷら、ステーキなどなど美味しかったです。期待以上でした。 悪かったところ ・スタッフ(特に受付)の対応が微妙です。チェックインの時間帯で多くの客で溢れているのに担当者は1-2名程度しかいませんでした。しかも英語/中国語の方も多いですが、片言のスタッフが多く、対応に時間がかかっていました。列に割り込んで入ってくる方もいましたがそこまで気をくばれていませんでした。また案内も必要なことしか言わず、風呂はどこか何時からかなど聞いても「書いてあります」だけしか言われませんでした。海外の格安ホテルならともかく日本のある程度のランクのホテルならもう少しホスピタリティをあげて欲しいと思いました。 ・スキー/スノボ関係ですが、リフト券や貸し出しは別の建物になります。このホテルだけではないでしょうが、少し離れているのですが、もう少し利便性を改善してくれたらと思いました。 ・あとこの時期は朝夕食つきで１泊２万5000円でした。しょうがないとは思いますが、日本人でも楽しめる場所になってほしいです。

4bedroomのペントハウスに3泊しました。施設や部屋の内装は良く、部屋からの眺めも最高でした。 ただ、ラグジュアリーホテルとは到底思えないようなホスピタリティの低さを随所に感じました。笑顔は全くなく、顧客目線に立って、より快適に過ごしてもらおうという気持ちも全く感じません。ただ運営側本意なルールを押し付け、業務をこなしているような感じです。1泊30万近く払って連泊している宿泊者に対してビジネスホテルのような感覚で対応しています。もはや現場だけの問題ではなく、上席者の指示や運営会社の経営方針自体に問題があるように感じました。施設は良いだけに、とても残念です。 まず到着時には車から荷物降ろすのを手伝う気配はなく目の前で傍観している態度に驚きました。荷物は車２台分全て自分達で降ろしました。チェックアウト時の手伝いも皆無。一番高いスィートなのにルームクリーニングは他の部屋同様に最低限で、使用した食器などは一切洗ってくれません。昨シーズンはskye nisekoのペントハウスに何度か宿泊しましたが、サービスのレベルや融通のきかせ方は綾よりはかなり良かったです。 他にもとにかく融通が効かなく、多々残念な対応がありましたが割愛します。ホテルが良く考え直して値段に見合って、心のこもったサービスに改善していただける事を願っています。

My husband and I are highly disappointed with Park Hyatt Niseko. We prepaid and booked a stay for March 2023. We subsequently had a conflict with our dates and contacted Hyatt app via the chat function in January 2023 to check if we can cancel or see alternative options. We were told by the agent that we could cancel and receive a full refund of over $2,000, so we went ahead and cancelled and kept screenshots of this conversation. We also called the hotel to confirm and were again told that we will be issued a refund. However, several months later we have not received the refund. We have worked with our credit card company to resolve this, but they were told by the hotel that no refund will be issued as the cancellation occurred within the 60 day window. Yet we have documented proof from Hyatt that told us in writing that we would be issued a full refund. Otherwise we would not have canceled and made alternative arrangements. We are very disappointed by your hotel, and consider this extremely dishonest, deceiving and not al all representative of a reputable and professional hotel brand.

Lobinya cantik, dan mangkuk nasi babi yang dipilih dari 4 menu Hokkaido sangat bagus! !! Di samping itu, kakitangan di tempat makan sangat ramah dan saya sangat gembira untuk bercakap dengan suara rendah untuk anak-anak. Persekitaran semula jadi yang dilihat dari tempat makan sangat baik, saya rasa saya ingin melawat lagi pada musim sejuk. Saya rasa banyak orang tinggal di hotel, tetapi saya rasa tidak sesak kerana ruang dalaman hotel sangat besar.

The hotel is beyond our expectations. Though the location is not as midtown as the name might suggest, it is only a short drive to downtown. Front-desk staff are helpful. The room is clean and aptly decorated. A water heater in a shower room is easy to work with. USB sockets are abundant. We are surprised to see a common kitchen available for hotel guests. I guessed many people would want to cook their own food during the snow-peak season. Not sure about the room price during Winter but the rate we got in Autumn is very reasonable. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Niseko.

We had an amazing 5 night stay at Miru Niseko in March 2023. Our group was 3 adults & 2 small children, and we had interconnecting apartment rooms. The rooms were so comfortable, clean, spacious and well designed. Amazing snowy views from all windows and very peaceful. We loved the Blackwood grill for breakfast everyday - the adults tried all kinds of different Japanese and western breakfasts and the picky children were accommodated for very well. On our last night we had the course dinner and were blown away - do not miss this and book in advance! It was such a special dining experience. The in-house Onsen is gorgeous - there are indoor and outdoor pools to experience. Perfect after a day on the slopes. The Miru Niseko is only 4 minutes drive from Hirafu town and there is a convenient shuttle bus running morning, lunch, and the evening so you can get in and out without needing a private car. All the staff were so welcoming and wonderful, and went the extra mile to help us and recommend restaurants and activities. 10/10 we will be back - the chalets look amazing and we will try those next time! Thank you for our unforgettable stay!

Stayed at 2nd fl studio, facing mountain. A bit too low so view was slightly blocked by some structure but still good. Room size was good for 2, with 2 opened suitcases lying on the floor. Dining table was small, Japanese standard size. With 2 cups of coffee, very little space for 2 plates. Kitchenette equipped, washer & dryer w/detergent, iron, clothes rack all in. Shower was so comfortable, good water temp & pressure, has seat to relax as you shower. Basic shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bathroom amenities. Each room has own ski lockers at B1, really a ski-in/out location. This is the BEST feature. From outside the locker room, you can access the family hill, skied down to the lift and ski down this hill. Its a night ski area too, so beginners can spend the whole day here. Its a bit narrow comparatively & so it felt crowded at times, but most times it was ok. 2nd and last day were magical at this hill. Powder snow, at night we were about the only 5-6 people at the slope. Night ski closes at 7pm. There is another 1 hotel at this hill, also ski-in/out, but Maples is hands-down, the better location as its door is just at this hill, no need to walk at all, other than just to put on your skis. There are 2 restaurants on site, we only visited the Italian. Most of the good eating places were so packed and needed to queue. We were thankful for this Italian restaurant which served really good pizzas and beef cheek. Able to walk in without queueing, place is about 80% full most times. After 3 dinners, they recognized us and actually saved us seats. Concierge was friendly and super helpful. Another great feature was the van to & from Maples to where we needed to go. Book the transport early (at least 1 day) to get to and back from gondola - trust us, you WILL really need it. Tried lugging ski gears from the nearest bus-stop, and walking upslope in ski boots after a day of skiing, it was so tiring. Very nearby: convenience store, a popular ramen shop, Arabica coffee truck (not open daily), snack food trucks

Do not recommend anyone to stay here - we were overcharged erroneously. Also the hotel is quite bad, more like a hostel but with hotel price. Also gave the below review to hotel (in person and over email) but they don’t even bother responding to me - they obviously don’t care about customer service or guests’ stay. Objectively, the hotel looks quite decent when we booked it on hotels.com but it was quite a terrible stay. Cons: - Do not book any ski services through the link the hotel provides. Hotel tried to charge us for ski lift passes which we didn’t know were booked. We made an enquiry for the lift passes but there was no payment page so we had assumed it’s not confirmed and separately booked it with the vendor. We received no emails which clearly said we had successfully booked and the at payment was due at the hotel. The emails on this service that the hotel sent were bundled up with other services which we had indeed paid for and bought. The hotel made the entire service very confusing and had led us to believe nothing was due and in the end they did not ask for our permission and charged me from the credit card used for security deposit for the room - something completely unrelated. - We were given a room that was already occupied at check in and was horrified to find out when we opened the door that it was already occupied. Check in process took 30 minutes total as a result, which is excessively long and slow and as a result we had missed the hotel shuttle bus to the city centre when we had told the staff we must make the bus in order to make our dinner booking - - We were given misleading information a few weeks prior to our arrival (by James, the manager, over email) on how it would be very easy to call a taxi when we arrived at Hirafu welcome centre if we missed the hotel shuttle bus. The manager, James, clearly told me this over email with the knowledge I’m arriving on Christmas Eve. When we arrived at the welcome centre, we were told all taxis are booked out for the Christmas period. This was something the hotel could have easily known / solved by suggesting we pre book a taxi in advance. - Despite the hotel knowing it’s a peak season (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day), the hotel’s shuttle bus schedule is extremely impractical and it runs for only once an hour in the evening. It’s impossible to order a taxi during this period and to walk because it’s so cold but most people’s dinner reservations are either at 6 or 630 or 8/830. The shuttle bus times means it’s impractical to finish skiing and catch the shuttle bus and to come back to hotel, shower, change and catch next shuttle bus without leaving the ski resort 3 hours prior even though it’s only 5 minutes away by drive. I find it speechless why the hotel would only have one bus operating when it has 3 shuttle buses at its disposal. - - The night receptionist girl (she must be on a working holiday) and the staff generally (including the reservations manager, Ja
