방문일자: 2023.12.10~11 한국인 입니다.일본어를 할 줄 알았기 때문에 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 장점: 1. 가격 / 고급 온천료칸은 가격이 너무 부담스럽지만, 여기는 친구들이랑 같이 간다는 가정 하에 그나마 괜찮은 가격이라고 생각합니다 2. 방 / 깨끗하고 일본 특유의 아늑한 느낌의 다다미 방입니다. 산속이라 공기도 좋고 먼지도 많지 않아 좋았습니다. 3. 음식 / 저녁은 된장 나베 베이스의 냄비 요리가 나왔습니다. 재료도 신선하고 직접 넣어먹는 재미도 있습니다. 양도 충분하고 맛있습니다. 4. 온천 / 저녁과 아침 둘다 사용할 수 있습니다. 저녁과 아침은 온천 디자인 테마가 다릅니다. 바위 온천 테마와 나무 온천 테마로 나눠져 있습니다. 단점: 1. 위치 / 여기를 고민한다면 가장 먼저 생각해야 합니다. 교토역에서 탈 수 있는 17번도(소요시간 1시간 이상) 배차간격이 30분이고, 너무 산속이라 전파도 잘 안터집니다. 겨울에 가면 금방 어두워집니다. 대신 오하라 정류장 까지 도착해서 숙소에 전화하면 픽업하러 차를 몰고 와 주십니다. 2. 방 / 방에 화장실이 없습니다. 그나마 방에서 나오면 복도 끝에 화장실이 있어 멀지 않고, 공용 화장실 치고 굉장히 깨끗합니다. 냉장고 없습니다. 추가 정보 주변에 편의점과 방에 냉장고가 없으니 참고 프론트에 안내판에는 영어도 있습니다. 저녁식사 신청 가능 시간은 18시 30분 까지 입니다 아침식사 신청 가능 시간은 08시 30분 까지 입니다 숙소 이동할 때 오하라 정류장에서 내려서 숙소에 전화하면 픽업하러 와주십니다 퇴실 할 때도 08시부터 10시까지 30분 간격으로 셔틀 이용해서 오하라 정류장에 내려주십니다(이용시 프론트에 말할 것) 1박 기준 수건리필 안되니, 방에서 건조시키셔야 합니다(1박 이상은 모름) 저녁 식사 때 기본적으로 식사만 제공되고 술은 추가요금 듭니다 퇴실 할 때 온천세를 내야합니다 1인 350엔 건물이 산속이고 굉장히 조용한 분위기라 조금만 시끄럽게해도 복도에서 다 들립니다(파티 느낌으로 가시는 분은 비추)

我相信這家旅館曾經是一個極好的旅館，所以才可以營業四十幾年，還有茶屋和味增庵。 很可惜，我入住二次，這一次的入住讓我不得不給負評。 這一次，我入住五天四夜，一般我絕對不住那麼久，2022年12月入住，我知道其中一位先生情緒化，他會大聲的對住客怒吼，我被他嚇到了，可是因為我喜歡大原的風光，我喜歡這裡的寧靜，於是這一次來京都，我特地撥了五天四夜，住在這裡。 這一次，我和其中一位，也是唯一一位親切的先生說，請你們加油，世界各國的旅人，來自五湖四海，做生意以和為貴，不要把客人當敵人，不要沒說幾句話就要叫警察。 我的評論反覆思考，斟酌，我在歷經了害怕後，決定增加上面那些話。 如果你要來這，你要把這裡當作是比青年旅館還簡陋的地方，這裡有許多階梯，陡峭而不平，不要帶大行李箱來。 這兒的有些人，情緒化，我可以理解他們長年工作過於辛苦，但我們身為付費的住客，縱然是亞裔外國人，我們語言不通，也應該得到尊重。 這裡不會噓寒問暖，他們訴求的是民宿，但比民宿還冷淡，至少，我去北海道的民宿、青年旅館，民宿老闆也沒這樣的說話態度，知道嗎，我這一次來，被其中一位先生很兇狠的問：What’s ur name! 那時間我以為我是罪犯，他是警察。而後來，他也和他的兄弟也因為我詢問一盤肉盤為什麼不給我，他說他要人問過我說我不要，我說，我沒有說不要，請你把那個人找出來，跟我說。然後，這位先生和他的兄弟就叫警察來了。 我想要了解狀況，但這家旅館的人完全把我空氣，這是開旅館做生意的應對？我已經全額付清房款了！ 警察來之後，我問警察，他們為何來？警察說，旅館說我危害社會治安。 我用翻譯軟體和警察說，我是一個外國人，女性，一個人，來大原山裡面來旅行，入住他們家的旅館，旅館的人是土生土長當地人，我住在他們的店裡，我才要感到恐慌吧！ 我跟警察說，我熱愛京都，這半年我來了三次，這家旅館我來了二次，二次，對於一個開業四十餘年的旅館而言，不算熟客，我有自知之明，但也沒有想到，身為消費者，想要和平理性的去詢問消費爭議，會被店家這樣侮辱。（日本也是有消費者保護法的，而且還有保障人權，如果有被歧視，是可以申訴。） 最後，一位年輕的警察用英文跟我說，放輕鬆，沒事，我們走囉！ 我快哭了，我跟他們用英文說抱歉，浪費你們的時間，抱歉。我英文不好，完全不會日文，我只會中文，很抱歉。 其實我很想跟他說，我不敢待在這旅館裡了，我跟你們走好不好。 旅館可能是想叫警察抓走我，可是最後警察並沒有帶走我，警察離開後，我主動找旅館的人聊聊，他們又迴避，為什麼不主動解決問題，你們是開店的人，如果旅客真的有需要幫忙的，難道這是這樣的態度？我入住那麼多大大小小的旅館，我從來沒有遇到這樣應對的旅館人員，從來沒有！ 終於，旅館裡那位唯一和善的先生理我了，這位和善的先生，我不知道他怎麼稱呼，但我記得他，他在我第一次入住，退房時剛好下大雪，他反覆問我真的不要接送嗎？那位和氣的先生。 我用翻譯軟體，跟他說了開頭的那些話。 —— 然而我徹夜未眠，我害怕，我恐懼，我想馬上離開下山去找別的旅館！但深夜，這裡是深山，如果我有意外了，這家旅館也會撇得一乾二淨！於是我忍耐到早上，我連我已經付費購買的早餐都不敢吃，我怕我出意外！趕緊離開！ 衛生不佳，食物也不算美味，風呂非常的陳舊，門都壞了，磁磚也泛黃，知道嗎，就算在台灣，這樣充滿頹陳感旅館——也很少見！我從來沒住過！ 而我會第二次入住的原因，是這兒戶外，的確非常有森林的氛圍，這點非常難得，我喜歡他們的溫泉，縱然我也懷疑他們的溫泉是否符合衛生標準。 我連住五天四夜，旅館沒有打掃，連給我的新毛巾都是丟在我房門口的地上，那是人來人往的公眾走廊！新毛巾就這麼赤裸的跟骯髒的地毯接觸！ 我不認為這家旅館會改進，他們的態度倨傲，並不思進取，在google，在FB的回覆，都是傲慢的態度，他們完全不缺生意，當然也不稀罕外國旅客—-縱然我入住共六天五夜，這兒的旅客八成是外國人，與對面的旅館相比，這家旅館的日本客人少到讓我驚奇。 我寫在這裡，是提醒各位旅客，三千院、寂光院值得一遊，大原很美，至於住宿，如果你對品質、衛生、應對都有一定的要求，還是回京都市區吧！至少他們有專業知識的人員在應對，比如二條城的皇冠假日，也比如京都車站旁邊。 當然，如果你不要那麼計較，別跟我一樣，少肉盤就少吧！他們說謊就說謊吧，不要跟他們說，免得他們叫警察來，還好，日本警察是很好的。 連續住宿沒有打掃就沒有吧，給客人的毛巾丟在地上不衛生就自己帶吧！連續住宿不僅不打掃，房間的茶葉也不會續，對了，這兒的備品很精簡，只有給牙刷牙膏。 這裡沒有洗衣空間，沒有洗衣機烘衣機，熱水瓶也常常沒水，或者是直接被拔插頭不讓客人使用，有微波爐跟冰箱。 女廁所也永遠充滿著尿騷味，我不明白這兒的衛生管理怎麼會這麼糟糕，我只好去三千院或大原公車站上廁所。 雖然旅館說他是民宿，他們有他們自己的管理風格，但，不要把他當成我們普通旅客以為的民宿，他不是我們曾經住過的熱情好客的民宿，他是斤斤計較刻薄待客。把他當作是歐洲某個最便宜最粗糙的青旅，不要用日本的平均線去當期待值，不要用京都市區的標準去期待，不要相信他們美麗的網頁文宣，把這家旅館當作吝嗇、陳腐、刻薄、粗魯、無禮的老人，這兒還是能來的。 畢竟，四十幾年也幾乎未整修的老旅館，他們門面真的滿漂亮的，而玄關，則是雜亂的脫鞋、風呂牆上還掛著昭和時代的說明看板，盥洗間還有廢而不用的置物箱，跟台灣便宜的泳池一樣，盥洗間沒有任何衛生用品—-化妝棉、衛生紙，都沒有。 房間有斑駁的木柱、超級小台的液晶電視、牆上還有蜘蛛正在結網，外面溪水潺潺，對於外國人來說，還蠻稀奇的。 對了，房間內的金庫要投幣才能使用，住了那麼多旅館，這也算是稀罕事。 他們的無線網路訊號也不好，請自己自備網路。 總之，一切自備，來入住，就是來感受寂光院的風景，感受一下平德子當年被流放到這裡當尼姑的氛圍，感受一下從御所到這兒的落差。 如今，我被他們嚇壞了，我活了四十幾年，奉公守法，遵守任何地方的法律規定，我沒有違規，我第一次被當作破壞秩序者，就在日本，就在這家旅館，他幫我開了我人生的第一章。 我相信對這家旅館的人來說，他們也非常討厭我，那個叫警察的先生，他理都不理我！他們當然不會對造成旅客的困擾和恐慌致歉，他們絕對是正確的！我沒有吃我已經付錢的早餐就離開，他們很高興。 雖然我給負評，然而這裡的老闆娘還很年輕，她與她的孩子們還會持續經營她的旅館和茶屋的。 我很難得再次寫得這麼詳細，這樣的住宿體驗太值得跟全世界的旅人分享了。

Just stayed 2 nights in a club twin and a club king room. First the positives - 1. The rooms - for a oldish hotel and a round one at that, the room was outstanding - it was spacious and i don't mean spacious by Japanese standards but really by any international one. The rooms looked pristine - i don't know if they did some renovations during covid but it did not look in the least worn. The bathtub was great and the room looked out to some nice greenery and trees. The sheets was really nicely made - taut and smooth just as it should be and the bed comfy. Adequate outlets. 2. The lounge is a nice respite with it's nice vantage looking out to a nice pond and garden. The staff were very friendly and explained about the macha tea. Dinner choice was reasonable with about 5 choices of food and plenty on alcohol to choose from. 3. Just opposite hotel is the conference centre (which is why i stayed at Prince) and the subway. 4. The area surrounding is green and peaceful and lush. One of my colleagues even saw a deer at night near the hotel. Now the not so good. 1. It's not near any shopping or restaurants (unless you count the cafe in the conference centre). There is a McDonalds about 8 minutes walk away (if you walk a bit briskly) and a Daiso about 15-20 minutes walk. Some other small restaurants within 10 minutes walk. 2. The hotel restaurants - they are not exactly family friendly in their fare. Set meals more for formal dining. Given the paucity of very nearby restaurants, the hotel could consider increasing the repertoire of simple kid friendly food. Strange how none of the restaurants offer this but some choices available from room service i.e. spaghetti. My daughter ended up with room service and me trekking to Mcdonalds to supplement her meal choice. I had trouble with Uber Eats or that's an option too. 2. Breakfast is a bit forgettable - i had the buffet one day - not quite befitting a Marriott Autograph hotel standard. I tried the western set another day - it was really quite nice but staff a bit inflexible. My daughter liked the bread so i asked for more only for the ultraman no sign to be invoked and the reply that they were out of stock (i guess that's their diplomatic way of saying you only get your one basket of bread and that's it. So I'm giving the hotel a 4/5. Nonetheless, there are enough positives to make me want to come back in future

Seryo is an excellent ryokan that exceeded our expectations. It's situated in Ohara town, located about an hour north of Kyoto, which is an agricultural area known for its fine Kyoto vegetables, its rural beauty, as well as the renowned Sanzen-in and Jakko-in temples (as well as the picturesque Kurama & Kibune towns nearby.) We stayed 2 nights at Seryo.... our main purpose for being in the area was to do the hike from Kurama to Kibune (highly recommended!) While Seryo is not a stone's throw from Kurama or Kibune, it's not far, either - about 15 minutes by car. And, it's right next to Sanzen-in, and overlooks a beautiful valley and the mountains beyond, so the location is actually a plus in many respects. While it's a small, family-run establishment, it also charges luxury ryokan prices. In just about all respects, it delivers a level of comfort, luxury and service that matches the price. First, the room - we stayed at the best room at Seryo, the ”Sakura no Ma Japanese Suite with open-air bath.” I believe it to be the only room on premises that has its own private onsen hot springs bath, and it's pure bliss. if it's available, I'd recommend that you snag it quickly. The room itself was reasonably spacious (although not gargantuan by other luxury ryokan standards, and we would've gladly paid more if they offered an even higher category room), well appointed and came with all of the necessities - toiletries, yukata, free WiFi and even free minibar. It was a nice room to spend our down time in Ohara. And when we felt like taking a walk, not only was there Sanzen-in next door, but also Jikko-in, Hosen-in and and Shorin-in just a few minutes walking distance away - all worth visiting, and all with its own unique charm. The food was good. Not super gourmet like some of the top ryokans in Hakone or Kaga Onsen town, but they did a good job focusing their offerings relying on local ingredients - Ohara is renowned for its amazing produce, and many of Kyoto's finer restaurants (including Michelin 3-star Kitcho) procure many of their vegetables from Ohara. Of particular note was the local Jidori chicken - it was amazing. It was steamed (which is unusual, and doesn't strike me as the best way to cook chicken), but was done amazingly well. It was definitely a memorable dish. Breakfast, on the other hand, was a comparatively spartan affair - not much variety, and quantities were low. If you're hungry, be prepared to scarf down a healthy portion of rice. Service is typical ryokan-like. Courteous, helpful, and a bit inflexible in some areas, namely in terms of meal times. At Seryo, it's strictly 6PM for dinner and 8AM for breakfast. That said, they did make an exception, which gives us hope for Japan :) When we told them we might leave early and skip breakfast (to get a head start on our hike the next day), they said ”how about 7:30 then?” For a small ryokan with rigid schedules (for understandable reasons, mind you), it was a surprisingly graciou

Exceptionally beautiful hotel with a lovely Japanese-style garden and wonderfully attentive staff. It is your hotel if you are looking for a place to rest and recharge out of Kyoto city! It is only 10-15mins walk from Hieizan cable car station and Yase-Hieizan-guchi Station and 1min walk to Rurikō-in Temple (highly recommended if you are visiting Kyoto in Autumn). The staff were welcoming and friendly. Drinks (with variety choice) are offered at no extra cost, except white/red and whiskey, in the lounge, inside your room and restaurant. The room was gorgeous- softly lit with siding bamboo window screens and warm neutral tones. Bathroom stocked with luxury toiletries and loads of fluffy towels gave a very spa like impression. Big tv, fridge stocked with beer and juice, lovely tea and coffee, snacks. It feels very much a home from home. The bed was super comfortable and big. Dinner was great but needs more choices - only offering a HK$800 chef table set meal seems to be too limited. They could do detox menus to appeal to a wider audience. Or just some hearty comforting ramen with local vegetables. I doubt you can easily find a place to eat near the hotel. Breakfast with a panorama view of the hotel own garden and small river was great. I will be back!

Il Ryokan si trova nella periferia a Nord di Kyoto, praticamente quasi nella foresta. Dalla stazione di Kyoto con un taxi si arriva in circa 20 minuti (scelta che consiglio perchè con i mezzi a mio avviso potrebbe essere difficile raggiungerlo) La struttura è curatissima, dal giardinetto zen, agli onsen, alla sala ristorante. La nostra camera era enorme, bellissima. Con vista sulle montagne. Si può bere il tè in camera e indossare i kimono tradizionali che sono a disposizione nell'armadio. La cena tipica giapponese è stata una fantastica sorpresa. Le portate sono davvero tante, interessanti e sopratutto deliziose. Un'esperienza meravigliosa! Tra l'altro rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto. La mattina c'è anche uno shuttle gratuito alle 9.00 e alle 10.00 che porta in città. Consigliatissimo

京都之旅最正確的選擇就是入住了一直心心念唸的安縵京都，安縵酒店隱匿在靜謐的森林之中，綠茵環繞，禪意清幽。這次入住楢房，房間很新，一層的大落地窗採光非常好，陽光洋洋灑灑的透過窗照進房間感覺匆忙的旅行一下就慢下來了。最難忘的是入住期間每一位工作人員的笑臉和熱情周到的服務！這次提前預約了兩天的晚餐和下午茶，都在the living pavilion，餐廳所有工作人員服務都是特別有禮貌，服務無可挑剔，菜品都非常精緻美味，下次來要品嚐鷹庵，非常棒的入住體驗，下次秋天來！

Simple, but thought through, clean and quiet - but above all with the kindest and most helpful of hosts! This place can be recommended also to people of my (parental generation) age! We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will come back soon. Also, the area of Kyoto is rich in beautiful sites and much more quiet than the other side. Thanks!

Leaving this beautiful 5 star Hotel now and I am sorry to go! This Hotel is literally the definition of five star and what one thinks of when they want a luxurious vacation. As the taxi dropped us off five days ago for our family vacation in Kyoto we were so excited as the location and lobby were absolutely tranquil and serene. The service is unmatched, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and want for nothing. During our stay, we had a very early tour which started before the kitchen opened, but the chef came in early to make us bento boxes so we can take on our long journey. The food was absolutely wonderful. One of the mat ways the staff pays attention to detail. the bedrooms are amazing there is not one bad view on this beautiful property. The concierge staff helped with taxi bookings, sushi, and restaurant reservations as well as a spa reservation at the hotel. My daughter and I treated ourselves to a massage which was absolutely amazing and what you come to expect from a luxury spa. I highly recommend this hotel and the Hilton should be happy to have their name on this hotel. Thank you Yurie, Eiji, Kayo,Eru, Eiko, and Shinna you made our family trip amazing and special!
