Gion Ajiko
TtravelwithamelieGion, a calm and relaxing place to visit. I went there alone in November and arrived just almost evening. I felt so peaceful walking on the street, especially after spending days in Tokyo and Osaka. The streets themselves are already beautiful with tidy neon signs and wood signs. I regret I didnt arrive earlier so I would have more time exploring the place. To get here, you need to take train from Osaka to Gion and it takes like one hour.
Shijo Kawaramachi
MMiasmileRemember 2019.11 Kansai Late Autumn Festival~ I chose to stay at the Selestine Hotel because it is very close to the most lively and prosperous Shijo Heyuan in Kyoto. You don’t have to worry about shopping and eating every day. You only need to walk for ten minutes to find the four Heyuan. There are major department stores, Fujii Daimaru Department Store, Takashimaya and so on. There are also many brand counters with independent facades, which are really good for shopping. There are naturally many choices for food, ramen, roast meat, sushi, and you can choose. It is also an important transportation hub, and buses and subways to many attractions must be taken nearby.
Arashiyama
MMoonloverArashiyama is famous for Bamoboo grove. The entrance is free and the whole area is changing throughout the season. Absolutely beautiful
Kamo River
徐徐团Kamogawa is a scenic spot in Kyoto, Japan, and a 31-kilometer-long river representing Kyoto. The river is very clear and flows through the center of Kyoto. From the end of Ping An, the river beach became a place of punishment, but in modern times it became the center of drama. During the Kuanwen period (1661-73), there was a Kabuki theater. It was not far from the Huajian path. We walked along the Huajian path and walked four roads (all kinds of merchants along the way). We came to the four bridges near, here is a good scenery, although in the downtown, but a rare quiet.
Sannenzaka & Ninenzaka
UuztzuzThe famous two-year-old scenic spot in the Dongshan District of Kyoto, Japan. The two-year-old scenic spot was built in the early 9th century and has a long history of more than 1,000 years. The antique two-year-old scenic spot attracted tourists from all over the world to watch the tour. There are many historical and cultural monuments and old shops here. Walking here, you can experience the unique ancient charm and historical atmosphere of Japan.

Kyoto Tower
IitszxKyoto Tower provides a decent view of the city area, but while it is lacking in height, it does provide various views that are unique to the tower only. Free telescopes are provided to get a closer look to the different unique structures around the city, from the statue of Guanyin to the various shrines. All of them are clearly visible with the help of the telescopes. For the price, it was a decent stop. Stayed here for around 45mins-1hr.
Kinkaku-ji
HHotelstayerNice looking temple in Kyoto but it is a bit touristy. It costs 500 yen to enter the site. It is not very big. You can take pictures from different angles.
