Hotel dengan WiFi di La Chapelle-Saint-Mesmin

The situation is convenient but Campaniles used to be a more up market version of a travel lodge but now they are getting less si. We have always been able to take the dog into the restaurant but here we were told we had to sit outside. This wasn’t mentioned when we booked with a dog. Because of this we only had one course and no drinks as we did not wish to sit outside to eat. Very disappointing

Deuxième passage dans cet hôtel situé dans une zone artisanale près de l'autoroute, parking fermé, réceptionniste souriante et disponible, chambre ”supérieure” avec grand lit confortable, jolie décoration murale, petite salle de bains avec douche à l'italienne, petit déjeuner buffet simple mais bon, proche de restaurants, rapport qualité/prix correct. Nous avons passé une nuit reposante.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. Two years ago during Covid it was excellent largely due to the Receptionist Melody. Two years later and the staff were ignorant and extremely unhelpful. The front door was locked when we came back (at 9.50) after having a meal. We couldn’t open the front and nobody came to help. Luckily another guest came and he had to phone his friend inside the hotel to let him in. While this was happening the night manager looked at us and simply walked away. The hotel was filthy and in a very poor state. The carpets were filthy and our room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in two years. We paid for a gluten free breakfast that never materialised. They should demolish the place and re-build it. I would give it no stars if I could.
