Lovely bed & breakfast. The bed and room were wonderful and the staff friendly and efficient. The cook served a delicious meal that was truly filling. The Inn was also pet friendly. I recommend this place to anyone except those with disabilities as there is no elevator and a 3 story staircase.

Good room with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good too. Location excellent and I'd certainly stay here again. The only improvement I’d suggest is if it was made clear that rooms are only made up if requested. Not something I've ever encountered before and seems to be one of those unnecessary hangovers from Covid restrictions, now long gone.

My partner and I went here while our kids were at camp. Over the course of our week we got to know Olin and Alvin and you can tell how much they care about guests having a great experience. Breakfast was excellent and accommodated dietary needs without compromising taste. Massages were fantastic- wish we could have had them every day. We also loved also hanging out in the yard- playing games and having a glass of wine. We only wished there were lights on the patio so we could hang out a bit after sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and very comfortable. The bed and pillows were awesome and a great night sleep was perfect. Our breakfast was excellent and the staff were charming! They were very supportive of dietary challenges. I look forward to be returning again in the near future.

I stayed here after ferry from SJI to Anacortes. La Conner is a clean, quaint, town, surrounded by farmland. The Blue Heron Inn was charming, clean and comfortable. Freshly made hot breakfast was delicious! Staff were friendly and cheerful. I will definitely plan to stay again.

We had the best two days of our lives together here at the heron inn. It was our perfect escape. We live very busy loud and hectic lives and this have us the perfect quiet getaway. Alvin and the heron team put in their best efforts for your perfect stay. I highly recommend to all my friends and family. We cannot wait to be back again and again. We thank you for everything!

We enjoy our stay here very much! The bed was wonderful and Olin made us a great breakfast the next morning. We were sorry we didn't have more time to spend there but we had to leave early. I would have no problems recommending this inn to our family and friends.

For us this was ideal, very cozy and pleasant and not over-the-top fancy, in LaConner where we could finally spend some time looking at the sights and visiting friends, and not far from Anacortes where we had to catch a 9:40 am ferry. I loved the old rooming-house feel with the narrow-ish stairwells and corridors, natural woodwork and tiled bath. Olin was particularly helpful with our reservation, and he also got up early for us to prepare a little fresh eggs-and-muffin and coffee breakfast to go. What a guy! Our cute 3rd-floor room also had a view of the farmers working their green field in the morning, not a common sight for city folks like us.

Lovely weekend with friends at Heron Inn & Day Spa in quaint and beautiful LaConner. The Inn is so welcoming, friendly and has super comfortable accommodations. Very convenient to interesting shops and good quality restaurants. Parking is free in LaConner. One highlight was the Day Spa and I had an hour of bliss with my massage therapist, Alexa. I have back issues and she did a deep tissue/muscle massage and was very informative on suggestions for my back going forward. I felt great afterward and so relaxed, plus my skin smelled so softly fragrant. Next time, I will book 90 minutes with Alexa. We also enjoyed chatting with other guests during our breakfast which was included with our stay. Bonus--area is very quiet during sleeping hours!! We would definitely recommend this trip.
