⭐ 1/5 We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, expecting luxury, but it turned into a disaster. Our superior room was full of mosquitos, entering through a poorly sealed door. The hotel offered a downgrade to a cheaper room without an outdoor bathroom and refused to refund the difference. Mosquito nets were only in rooms costing €200 more per night. They reluctantly sprayed the room after we insisted. The balcony door was another issue—it was so old that we got trapped outside. When maintenance arrived after over an hour, I mentioned the door wasn’t tight and let insects in. The response? “Doors never close properly anywhere; it’s normal for insects to come inside.” Absolutely ridiculous. The worst part? I woke up in the middle of the night to a huge cockroach crawling on my face. It disappeared through a gap in the wall, and I couldn’t sleep afterward. Although the food was decent, the overall experience was unacceptable. Management didn’t offer any apology or compensation. This place is far from a true 5-star resort. Save your money and book somewhere else!

We loved everything about our stay! We had the 2 bedroom Villa and would recomend to get bikes straight away. We loved the whole experience. The Diving school was nice, we loved to Pool bar and the Pool and also the direkt Beach access in Front of our little Bungalow. Would book it again. Kids loved it too. We were not impressed by the Food in the Main Restaurant and just ate there once, there Are better choices in La Digue close by. But a quick Snack at the Pool bar was good und good quality. The people were friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much! Thanks a Lot

Whilst this was the only non-5 star hotel of our trip, we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the shower was hot with good pressure. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel, but breakfast was good but simple. I especially enjoyed the crepes! The location is great, and the staff arranged bike hire for us. The staff weren't overly friendly, but were completely adequate and there were no issues during our stay. We had a lot of rain during our trip and spent most of one day in the room, so we were grateful to have the sea view room. I travelled with a friend, and the sea view room can be made into a twin room. It's just about walkable with luggage from the jetty, but we took the hotel transportation back to the jetty at the end, which cost 150 SCR.

Wir hatten im November 2022 hier 4 Nächte verbracht und waren super zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind modern und hübsch eingerichtet und sauber und geräumig. Wlan hat super funktioniert. Die Küche hat auch alles was man braucht: Besteck, Teller, Gläser, Töpfe usw. Toaster, Mikrowelle und eine Herdplatte sind auch vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach funktionierten einwandfrei. Unterhalb den Zimmern ist die Rezeption und ein Supermarkt (auch Sonntags geöffnet). Was sehr praktisch ist. Am Wochenende war es ruhig. In der Nähe gibt es alles was man braucht, Fahrradverleih, Restaurants, Souvenirshop. Die tägliche Reinigung und Handtücherwechsel hat auch immer super funktioniert. TV, Safe, Wäschetrockner und großer Balkon mit Tischen und Stühlen gibt es auch. Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen und würden auf jeden Fall immer wieder kommen. Gerne wieder.

Организуют трансфер по запросу. Все быстро и четко. Уборка каждый день. Есть в ванной шампунь, бальзам для волос и гель для душа. Сейф, чай, кофе, стаканы и кружки. Мини холодильник и фен. Огромный шкаф купе и очень удобная кровать. Персонал приветливый и хорошо выполняет свою работу. Плюс конечно отеля, что он находится в отдалении от шумного Ла Паса и пристани.
