Hotel La Jacetania dengan Kolam Renang

We stopped here for one night en route to Valencia. Very good experience: good, comfortable room, excellent dinner (two great value fixed price menus with water and generous wine included). Friendly, efficient service in the bar and restaurant. Rooms at a fair rate, but the price of food and drinks made this an inexpensive stay. Un petit bémol: I understand that Spanish hotels don't believe the summer begins until July, but, with the temperature at 27, sitting on the terrace with a view of a green swimming pool was not pleasant.

No puedo estar más satisfecha con la estancia. Viajo sola, buscaba descanso y tranquilidad y sin duda lo he encontrado (y la realidad ha superado las expectativas). He pasado 4 noches y he disfrutado de la piscina (con poca gente, y la que había fue muy respetuosa con el descanso de los demás), el spa (destacar que me pusieron facilidades para darme el mejor servicio, incluido un masaje) y el bar/restaurante (con una atención inmejorable por parte de uno de los camareros, que me atendía siempre con mucha amabilidad). El hotel está muy bien ubicado para hacer rutas y visitar pueblos de los alrededores. La habitación muy amplia, limpia, con buenas vistas. Cuando encuentras lo que buscas hay que repetir, y sin duda lo haré.

Most beautiful building and setting BUT...... We stayed 1 night. The check in staff were fantastic with a special mention to Isreal who was friendly, helpful and professional. I think the nearly 50 Euros to use the small swimming pool for the two of us was fairly outrageous given how much we had already paid for the room. Our room was clean and comfortable. We ordered some pillows from the pillow menu. They arrived 2 hours later with the maid completely ignoring our do not disturb sign and banging on the door continuously until we answered! We then went to dinner. Our waitress did not seem happy, when we refused the bread she would not accept it and kept pushing it onto the table. We ordered a bottle of cava. She slammed the bottle down on the table in front of me and started to use her knife to try and remove the foil. She then removed the cage and the foil in one movement and pointed the bottle straight at me. Given she was right by my side and I had no choice but to watch her every move I swiftly pushed my chair backwards and duck. At this point the cork flew off and hit the back wall spraying me with at least a 3rd of the bottle. She was very apologetic and staff came out with a bucket and mop. Did they get us another bottle or an extra glass full to compensate - NO. Did they charge us for the bottle in full - YES. Someone did offer to dry clean my clothes and they did put some kind of fish starter on our table that we didn't order. We refused it as we had already ordered plenty of food. They again plonked a dessert we had not ordered on our table and said it was to make up for the drink. I told them I didn't want it but they left it anyway so my husband ate it. The whole thing was quite incredible. A 5 star hotel that thinks this behaviour is acceptable and not prepared to give any compensation for nearly losing an eye, getting soaked and spilling a 3rd of my bottle! I certainly would not recommend paying the high price given the service.

Balcony room was excellent although had to get the maid to set the A/C as I couldn't fathom it!. Comfortable bed, pool (if it was warm enough). Short walk to lots of bars and restaurants. Safe and secure parking for my motorbike. Evening meal was absolutely excellent!

A little way out of town but walkable. Good though limited parking under the hotel but plenty in the surrounding streets. We'd asked for and got a third floor room with a super view of Mt Oreol, the restaurant also has great views. The third Eurostars hotel of out trip and all were very good. Booking direct is the best idea as when you give them a review you get a discount voucher for your next stay, plus it seems you also get free parking.

Excellent room for the money. Very clean, spacious and comfortable beds. Friendly, professional receptionist with a welcoming smile. Opted to pay the additional 14€ for 2 continental buffet breakfasts. Well worth the money. A simple selection of cheeses, cold meats, hard boiled eggs, various fruits, yogurt, pastries, bread. Hot drinks etc. Outdoor swimming pool looked fab from the balcony. (After a full day travelling didn’t use it!) Car park tricky if in a low slung car, ours caught on the ramps going down and up the underground car park. Allocated parking spot. Free WiFi got first night and subsequent 12€ charge for additional nights.

Stayed here as a stop over both ways in the Pyrenees. It’s a good location easy to get to from the main road whilst the main town area is accessible up a few flights of stairs and it has secure parking. Booked via email for the first night, reasonable rate and good communication. Whilst there booked a return visit and got a better rate and parking included 2nd time. Rooms are clean and appear quite newly renovated but do lack any real character. Couldn’t get the air con working on the first visit but in a different room on the return visit it worked well. Shower was great on both visits small selection of toiletries in bathroom. Decent wifi and an elevator from secure basement garage to all floors. Due to late arrival ate in the hotel resturant first night, decent food, friendly server and nice local amber beer on tap. Breakfast was reasonable and unlimited. Reception was good on both visits, their English much better than my Spanish. Got a good recommendation for a resturant on the 2nd stop, which did not disappoint, reviewed separately. Reasonably priced for twin room, parking, dinner and breakfast. Even better value when booked with reception for return visit. Would stop here again.
