Really really love my experience here!! I knew Ayana was good and I even saw some videos online yett I was still sooooo impressed when I arrived there. We did some water activity which were really fun. The service was good and this has become a special place for us! If there is one thing that can be improved is the breakfast, we felt like it was just so so in comparison to all the other things that we experienced there. Thanks Ayana!!

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s ambiance was lovely, starting with a breezy, open-air lobby that immediately set a relaxing tone. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, although it didn’t have a view. The highlight was definitely the rooftop breakfast—great selection with an incredible view to match! There was a small gym, though it could use a bit more equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.

Hotel ini sangat estetik. Bilik ini hanya bagus untuk dua orang. Tetapi tekanan air tidak begitu baik. Bilik saya 201 di hujung. Saya perlu mandi di tandas kongsi sebab tekanan air di situ ok berbanding bilik saya. Mereka juga menyediakan penyumbat telinga untuk kami kerana pada hujung minggu terdapat live band di atas bumbung. Gimnya bagus dan kolam renangnya cantik. Cuma hotel ini berada di atas bukit ini.

The best part of staying at this place was that it does have a private beach that you can snorkel from and relax and watch the sunsetting. However, the resort is about a 15 minute drive to the centre of town. You can get a car from the resort most of the time without too much of a wait for the cost of $10 AUD each way. However, we did have to find our own way back from the town centre after 10pm and paid local drivers more. You will need to go into the town centre every day because unfortunately the resort restaurant is awful. The service and food were very disappointing and well below average. We had breakfast included with our stay and only ate breakfast there once. There are many great restaurants and bars in surrounding hotels and town centre and I would recommend using those. Our room was quite nice, although the bathroom was mouldy and grimy in places. The staff were friendly.

10天峇里島旅行中最滿意的一家酒店，絕對的物超所值！非常喜歡酒店原生態和傳統文化保護的概念，整個酒店衹有20幾個獨立的小別墅組成，酒店工作人員的數量是客人的兩倍之多。幾個點我們覺得相比較其他luxury酒店做的非常好：1. 全程管家服務，我們的管家Diaz非常棒，幫我們訂第二天早起出遊的早餐盒準備了四個之多，水果酸奶本尼迪克蛋一應俱全，還準備好毛巾一早在lobby送我們；並且在所有的緊急服務都相應的非常好，住下發現第二天要用的現金不夠，問小哥能不能幫忙找車，他不僅安排了酒店的shuttle bus帶我們去鎮上還跟司機兩個人陪着我們取好錢買好防曬霜把我們帶回來，獨自出行的三個女孩子真的覺得很安心。最後離開前小哥整理了房間裏丟下的東西還拍給我看，知道里面有一個充電線是有用的之後還自己騎摩託給我送來了機場。2. 酒店的風景非常美，在這裏看到了印尼之旅最美的落日，步行可達沙灘並且酒店每天下午茶都會安排在不一樣的地方，第一天在棧橋旁邊，第二天在私家沙灘，酒店開船給送去的，五個工作人員陪着我們三個喝茶看日落還給拍了非常棒的照片，然後開車給接回來。3.完全不用擔心酒店沒事做，槳板，透明底獨木船，浮潛，透明健身房面朝大海，自行車都是免費的，還有早晨的瑜伽課而且酒店的浮潛點就在一個巨大的珊瑚花園上面，還可以喂小魚，我們浮潛的時候一直有管家在岸上看着，沒有浪，很安全。除了貴沒有缺點，還會再來～

Very cute hotel far away from the hussel and bussel of everything. While the distance might inconvenience some, that was exactly what we were looking for. As mentioned in the other comments, the hotel isn’t the easiest to get to as you have to go down a little goat path if you come in from the top of the mountain. Definitely recommend getting the shuttle offered by the hotel to pick you up from the airport as our taxi driver had a hard time finding it haha. Super friendly staff, ready to help no matter the issue, even carried our (and in my case very heavy) suitcases down the path. Food is average but prepared with care. Electricity and (hot) water is limited and internet is only available in the main area from 6-9pm but they extended that time for us as we were the only people there at that time. Cute little beach in front of the hotel though there is a lot of trash (not the hotel’s fault- visible across all the islands) Just 1 tip: BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY! 🤭

The place was great and affordable for a family getaway. The pool in our room was adequate sized and clean. Be ready for lots of mosquitoes. But the hotel was kind enough to provide us with aerosol sprays. Shower area was great but there were some stains on the WC lid cover. The food could be improved alot. It was subpar. Otherwise staff were very helpful and even prepared a breakfast pack for us before we went on our excursion to komodo island. Food 2/5.

Magnifique vue des chambres et de la piscine. Nourriture un peu plus cher que l’Indonesie en general mais tres bonne. Chambre propre. Salle de bain nouvellement rénovée (petite odeur d’humidité). Je recommande!

這個房型是麪海的，但是確實舊了，洗手間半露天的很多蚊子。後來我們協商了搬到了另一邊麪海的新建的豪華海景房（sylvia komodo resort）就很好了，不知道在攜程是哪個房型，酒店是說的dulux ocean這個房型。這個五星打分是給新房間的，舊的那種木質的給四星吧，蚊子太多太多。 西爾維婭的 餐廳出品很好，海邊日落也很好看，海水質量很好，可以划獨木舟，浮潛，家人看到大龍蝦，但還是要注意安全，海麪沒有救生員看的。科莫多fish market的海鮮也很新鮮好吃，除了去科莫多的機票貴，一日游貴，沒什麼缺點。 印尼總體就是交通貴，確實這個酒店我們單程打車四個人以上要50rmb，但我覺得加進房價也還ok。每人是25K IDR。

A great stay within budget but a little further away from the Main Street. Great place to chill by the pool and enjoy a view. The food was better than expected, service could improve especially in terms of arranging transport at night. Otherwise no complaints! Loved it, will visit again!
