Hotel is definitely worth it. The view is great, staff is friendly and helpful, food is tasty)

Room is clean and staff is very friendly as well but overall it doesn’t feel like a 5-star hotel

location was excellent, right next to the marina. also plenty of nearby amenities and shops to browse. my only complain would be for the hotel to please provide bath robes for your guest ;) excellent view of sunset from our room. i didn't really capture photos of the room

Awesome location and stunning views. Unfortunately the service is not at the level of a 5-star establishment and not in line with the pricing. It took several attempts to get our minibar fridge fixed. 30 minutes wait for a bucket of ice. Air conditioning set to central control several times so we could not operate it any more from our room. Airport pickup not on time.

Room is quite nice but water pressure in the shower is kind of weak. Good breakfast =)

The most beautiful hotel in Labuan bajo. Able to catch the sunset from my room balcony, woke up and feeling like I’m at Santorini 🥰

Lovely staff and great hospitality, they offered welcome drinks and wet towels. Space is ample but we had some difficulty locating the elevators without staff assistance. During breakfast we were asked for our general feedback of the hotel as well - they probably take any suggestions quite seriously. Large selection of food accompanied with the harbour view. The lobby is an open space concept which was beautiful. Room was sufficiently clean and thankfully still looked new. Only gripe is the nearby mosque will start prayers around dawn and it lasts for 10 minutes or so - it’s loud enough to jolt you awake. Gets really busy and crowded on weekends. Overall a comfortable stay for the price point.

I had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s ambiance was lovely, starting with a breezy, open-air lobby that immediately set a relaxing tone. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, although it didn’t have a view. The highlight was definitely the rooftop breakfast—great selection with an incredible view to match! There was a small gym, though it could use a bit more equipment. Overall, a fantastic experience in a beautiful setting.

I can't believe this hotel earned a five star. The towels in the bathroom were really dirty. I felt bad because they gave me to use a dirty towel and that's why I wrote this review. Also, the room cleaning call center staff has a limited English language, so I get a different item from the item I ask every time. The location of this hotel is very good. But I can't do anything about the noise from mosk from 4am in the morning. The swimming pool here is... dirty and I didn't want to go in. This hotel is a hotel that needs to be checked systematically. I doubt how this place got a five star.

Location of the hotel is convenient to visit around the tourism area and dine out at the night food market and the view from hotel is stunning. But there is no beach to swim, you can only use the swimming pool

Absolutely gorgeous hotel with gorgeous view. They just need to add more staff. They’re critically understaffed, so everything takes forever.

The hotel was great, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We were surprised with a nice anniversary greeting and a treat on Valentines Day. My only complaint was the 1st room we had had no view, only a wall. We upgraded to a Seaview, and it was wonderful, although it was over our budget.

The hotel has a stunning location and rooms were incredibly clean. Breakfast also had a good variety and was delicious, set against a beautiful landscape. However, a few things: SERVICE is a hit or miss — front desk staff were amazing & friendly & helpful. Restaurant staff had limited English: e.g. I asked for water and they could not understand, plus had to remind them of my coffee order 3x during off peak period when there were only 5 diners. HOUSEKEEPING was a fail! We asked to change linens since they smelled bad - the first housekeeping team did NOT change it despite the specific note and the linen card on the bed, plus they also did not clear the room service tray on the table and left 2 discarded pillow cases on the floor!!!! The linens smelled so bad - like they had not been changed after several people slept in them!!! Despite not changing the bed linens, they still took the money tip we left. 2nd housekeeping team was better since we were in the room to monitor. LOCATION: very central, walkable to the night market and lots of F&B and the small mall + it’s beside the port where all day trips and liveaboards leave. The harbour is right in front of the hotel- made for beautiful views, but VERY NOISY NIGHTS and EARLY MORNINGS (5AM when the first boats leave for day trips and night when the ferries arrive with a NOISY BULLHORN). There were also music events every night during the weekend. Hotel provided early plugs but the hotel is NOT structurally soundproofed — apart from harbour noise, can hear our neighbours in the other room, people in the hallways, people down on the streets. Definitely not a restful peaceful sleep.
