Ulasan Days Inn by Wyndham Moab

What can I say? Moebs is wonderful I love love love Moab by saying, so every hotel. I stayed at in. Moab was great. Breakfast was great. The maintenance housekeeping front desk. Everything was perfect. You won’t be disappointed at all. I recommend staying here.

This was the absolute worst experience with a hotel I have ever had in my life and I travel pretty often. Lets start off upon check in at 9pm, check in starts at 3pm so me and my father were out all day to let them get our room ready and to be sure we were going to show up and not have to wait. We show up to check in and everything went smooth until we got to the room. All the towels were dirty/used and thrown on the floor of the tub. The trash cans were still over flowing with garbage and the beds were still torn apart like someone just got out of them. I tried to call the office about the situation and the phone in the room wasn't even working.

美國旅遊第一次碰到如此差勁的酒店：我們一羣人晚上11:00左右check in，步入酒店就感覺設施陳舊，房間內空氣也不好，與之前入住過的days inn酒店不太一樣；帶娃入住房間後洗澡，發現噴灑壞了衹能斷續的出水，想着太晚了就沒找前台先把澡洗了；然後就發現房間的吹風機壞了！！半夜12點多了，娃和我們都要睡覺必須要吹乾頭髮，我就給前台打電話禮貌的希望給我們拿一個手持的吹風機先用。前台（印度裔前台）説好的，他確認一下。然後我們在房間等了十來分鐘還沒來，我再打電話，前台就説不好意思，沒有！我就説你這房間吹風機壞了我小孩要睡覺請幫忙想想辦法，他很生硬的説沒辦法，今天就衹有我在這裏沒有吹風機。我説那我下來前台當面協商。我跑下樓去前台，這個印度前台非常不禮貌，態度也強勢，原本我還很禮貌的跟他協商，結果不管怎麼協商，都很直接，沒辦法，沒有吹風機，態度也很惡劣，説你們check in太晚了，一副我們打擾了他睡覺的樣子！這就離譜了，我説那行，要是沒有手持的備用吹風機，請給我換個有吹風機的房間；-我們房間都滿了，沒房間；-那這個半夜我們也沒辦法睡覺，這是酒店的設備問題你們需要協助解決。然後印度前台來了句：你們可以去別的酒店啊。我説那給我們退酒店費，我們換去其他酒店；-不行，錢不可能退的；你自己找預訂的公司。在美國旅行這麼多次，第一次碰到這麼無理且差勁的酒店。在我們協商的時候，後面來了一個客人排隊一直在聽我們爭論；談到這裏我退到旁邊準備找攜程時，我聽到了後面的客人原來是來訂房間的！！！然後那個印度前台説還有房間，需要XX美金；我當時就很憤怒了，我回到前台問你剛不是説沒有其他房間換給我們了麼，為什麼還有房間可以入住？？那個詢問的客人這會估計也明白這個酒店有問題，然後趕緊説我考慮一下就走掉了；這個時候這個印度前台才不情願的帶我們去看另一個房間，給我們換了一個新房間用到了吹風機。就非常非常離譜的遭遇，很不專業的酒店服務和酒店設施，希望後面訂房的朋友能避雷。這個酒店附近有其他很多品牌的連鎖店，可以考慮其他酒店。

非常不錯，價格優惠，泳池不錯，果斷又訂一天。在拱門公園不到十分鐘車程。早餐不錯，飲料和水果在前台。因沒預約拱門，早上四點起床去的。

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. To start, as soon as I got there - an unsmiling and unapologetic clerk told me that I couldn’t check in yet because his “system was down”. He said I would have to wait at least half an hour. I drove two days in a row just to get there. When I probed further, it turns out he couldn’t remember his password. He also said he couldn’t find his phone. So, I waited over half an hour for his manager to show up and help him. Then I got into my room. The day after, my room keys stopped working. When I told them, I was told by a different person that I would have to wait 20 minutes for the manager to show up. He tried to reprogram my keys while we waited, but he wasn’t able to. The manager wasn’t able to, either. They ended up moving me to another room, which was nicer, quieter, and bigger. But I had to move all of my things that I had just unpacked! Also, every night I could smell Indian food. My door didn’t close all the way, so it was strong. The sink drain and tub drain were both clogged, so that was gross, too. The hotel itself was in bad shape, and the colors inside the room badly needed to be updated and made more modern. The orange juice tasted horrible, like it hadn’t been cleaned or changed in a while. The only juice at breakfast that tasted good was the apple juice. This hotel falls well below basic standards.

Hallways smelled awful. Shower kept running/leaking from faucet. If you just need a place to sleep, this is it. You can hear cars going by on Main st

Greeted upon arrival & check in was a breeze. Nice room but it didn’t appear carpet was vacuumed. Everything else was great!

I can't find a single staff member to check me in. I paid for nothing because no one is here to check me into my room after searching for 15 minutes!

The man at the desk gave us a room key to TWO rooms that were clearly already booked!! There was a carryon luggage on the one bed of the first room, and the second had beard trimmers and jeans over a chair in the other. We cancelled our stay and found another motel in the same city. We have been charged on our VISA, but this needs to be credited back to us. I have the confirmation number of the cancellation. Never again!

There seems to be no sound insulation between rooms. I could hear the conversations on either side. The windows don’t block out the sound of conversations or even closing car doors in the parking lot.

Nothing worked. No one at front desk. Advertised free breakfast...prepackaged cold muffins and coffee maker broken. Wad of hair on toliet (gross), TV remote didn't work, volume on TV went out, bathroom light flickered, no ice (ice maker broken). Terrible expirence...we will never go to any Days Inn again and we will make the same reccomendation to our friends.

Bedroom area was good. Nice bed, new carpet. Bathtub, hallways, eating areas were dirty. Shabby, needs better upkeep.
