The hotel has a fantastic location with an amazing view at its restaurant. The room was clean and spacious. Shower worked well. The complimentary coffee and tea were 24hrs available. I did not have any problems with mosquitoes probably due to the hard working cute geckos. The staff were warm, smiling faces everywhere. But unfortunately they were young to handle the noise situation. Due to action filled tours and activities quality sleep was importan, however this was not considered by the staff as they carried on with their laughter and the repair works being conducted at odd hours like 7am. I would definitely recommend the hotel but as a friendly advice to the management, your sound insulation is poor so you have to train youe staff accordingly. Thank you for the wonderful time.

The hotel is located in one of the most convenient location along labuan bajoo. The restaurant also served authentic Indonesian cuisine and superb desserts. Nice room but try to avoid the lower floor as it can be very noisy due to the surrounding construction works.

We stayed for one night. Location is at city centre with food and supermarkets nearby. Not huge but TV was not working when we were there. Room is acceptable for the price. Free water and coffee for guest which is a nice addition.

The hotel location is really in the middle of busy street in Labuan Bajo, which will make you easy to find anything you want. My room was nice, but the AC was leaking when I stayed there, water all over the floor near to the bathroom. But because I only stay one night after the Sailing tril it was okay and I still can have good sleep 🤣🤣

Location is in the middle of town which makes it convenient but also noisy at times. Bed and room is comfortable. Restaurant above the hotel is also great with nice sea view. However, the water dispenser was not working my room floor and the toilet stinks of sewage in the evening.

The place is very strategic and amazing overall

Location is great. We didnt book with breakfast but we ordered room service and the food is nice and affordable. Room with basic amenities but spacious for us. Staffs are friendly and fast resposive. Scenery is also nice

The hotel's location is super central, the rooms are clean and confy. they also have gorgeous sea views from the restaurant really recommend this hotel!!!!!

Was small and very tight in room and that’s basically all you got was a room Stayed 2 nights before heading abroad for Komodo Islands

Everything is good but 1. The room is too small. Suite only for a couple & can't extra bed because of the space. 2. One of the room (no. 3), the sliding door can't close properly. The hook almost pull out from frame. 3. Not suitable for elderly except the rooms at level ground that can enter from backlane.
