Hotel yang hebat dan kakitangan yang mengagumkan, ia adalah keseronokan untuk tinggal di sini.

Semuanya baik tetapi 1. Bilik terlalu kecil. Suite hanya untuk pasangan & tidak boleh katil tambahan kerana ruang. 2. Salah satu bilik (no. 3), pintu gelongsor tidak boleh ditutup dengan baik. Cangkuk hampir tercabut dari bingkai. 3. Tidak sesuai untuk warga emas kecuali bilik di aras tanah yang boleh masuk dari lorong belakang.

Location is great. We didnt book with breakfast but we ordered room service and the food is nice and affordable. Room with basic amenities but spacious for us. Staffs are friendly and fast resposive. Scenery is also nice

The room is clean and good for a nights rest. The restaurant overlooking the sea was heavenly. Food is good. Location is fantastic with lots of shops nearby. There is also a supermarket opp to stock up before we got on a boat. The only weird thing is the toilet lock is from the outside. No lift only stairs. They assisted us with our luggages.

Great stay with great location, near to the jetty and bunch of restaurants and cafes around. The staff always helpful and kind. The breakfast also nice and the views from the hotel was stunning overlooking the sea.

We were staying apparently they are having renovation. So loud a whole day with constructions and water had time that didn’t work for hours when I stuck in the toilet.

There are a few mosquitoes in the room when we checked in. Unpleasant smell in the room. Location is great with a lot of eateries along the street.

The location of ECO Tree O'tel is very good because is in the middle of LBJ town centre. I booked for two nights. The room was very clean but very small, our ankle bruised as we keep hitting the bed legs when walking to bathroom & balcony. Functionality issues, the aircon was not cold at all (despite leaving it on the whole day), the windows & balcony sliding door can't close properly, tv remote broken & programme on local TV. I stayed in Rm 17 at level 2, one level below the restaurant. every night till about 1000pm (i think), you will be disturbed by the awful sound stools & chairs being dragged. Wifi to the room very weak, keep disconnecting. The service staffs were very nice, polite and helpful but a lady in civilian (believed to be senior staff, cos the rest were in uniform) wasn't. When making enquiry in her presence during checking-in (in english), the lady heard & replied to the service staff in BI (instead of replying to me), saying something like it's standard to pay for extension & the 3 hours extension is 150K rupiah. The tone & body language was awful (maybe I am sensitive). I felt awful & offended.
