Hotel Labuan dengan Tempat Letak Kereta

The hotel is old, so be prepared for very dated rooms. It is clean to some extent. Staff are extremely friendly and very hospitable. As for the breakfast, options were limited and repetitive so if you’re not too particular about it, then you should be fine. The non-buffet dishes from the restaurant itself is actually pretty decent. You’d normally expect high crazy prices for just a plate of char kuey teow at other hotels but the prices for the dishes here were very reasonable. One other thing I noted when walking to my room was, what I initially assumed, the smell of sewage wafting in the air, but it’s actually the kelapa sawit planted around the hotel and they emit very foul stenches. Thankfully, the smell doesn't seep into the room. Now the bad part that sort of ruined my time at the resort. They don’t maintain the beach, like at all. It’s clear that they do not clean up the trash on the beach nor do they comb it. Be prepared to get attacked by sand flies everywhere you go. There are so many of them that they can even be found by the pool area and the restaurant. I would’ve loved to enjoy more time just lazing under the sun, you know, the main purpose of going on a beach holiday but I couldn’t because I was essentially the feeding source for an army of sand flies. The pool doesn’t have a lot of shaded areas too so just ensure that you are covered with SPF from head to toe if you are prone to burning. As stated, it was a decent stay. I just wished they’d maintain the beach because the water in Labuan is nice, calm and clear.

I Have book this hotel for my colleque who has a business trip to Labuan, This is my 1st time booking for this hotel but my friend like it so much. Clean & Comfortable. Recomended

Check in is perfunctory, quite disinterested and doesn't have the welcoming experience. Rooms are showing some age, still somewhat clean. Mattress not as firm for a good night's sleep. To get the laundry list and bag seemed a real chore. It was not replenished when the room was cleaned when it should. Even after requesting in person at reception, had to call them again. Breakfast buffet is below par, basic Asian and some cereals. Their is no egss station. Once served poached eggs were practically uncooked, and the replacement took over half an hour. Under staffing. I must give credit to the three waitresses working non stop, clearing and cleaning the tables in between serving the

Ayana Homestay is situated in Labuan and offers a garden. Stay for 2 nights here. Room was okay, the AC was good enough to spend the whole nights. The front office staff @ Misha was kind and cheerful. One can find a Mamak shop nearby and prices are affordable. It's a good place to stay here and I will not hesitate to come again if I have a chance to visit Labuan.

Kakitangan boleh bertindak balas dengan cara yang membuatkan anda berasa bahawa mereka telah menerima latihan profesional, dan sesetengah daripada mereka mahir berbahasa Inggeris, jadi anda boleh menerima sokongan yang sopan. Terdapat bilik yang menghadap ke menara dan bilik yang menghadap ke laut. Saya mempunyai bilik yang menghadap ke menara, tetapi saya dapat meminta bilik terlebih dahulu. Kami mengesyorkan tepi laut. Bilik itu sendiri adalah kira-kira saiz dua bilik hotel perniagaan Jepun, jadi saya tidak merasakan sebarang kesulitan. Ia mungkin tidak sesuai untuk mereka yang datang ke Labuan untuk beriadah, tetapi ia adalah hotel yang selesa selepas perniagaan.

Bilik besar, sesuai untuk perjalanan keluarga. Servis mereka bagus. Brakfast yang disediakan mempunyai pelbagai pilihan iaitu dimsum, bubur, roti, kek, dan juga mee dan sebagainya.

Allowed early check in, we checked in at 12.30pm, got our room instantly... check in was fast, required Rm100 deposit which is quite standard procedure nowadays..Room was clean and big, would be nice if there is a hair dryer provided..near to Labuan ferry terminal...
