The room is very clean and location is very good. This is my second time here. I will be back again

About a week before the trip, I called the hotel to ask about an extra bed and was told that I could request and pay for it at reception upon check-in. However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that no additional beds were available due to a wedding event at the hotel. All they said was that I should have called again a day before my stay. This made no sense, and they offered no solution—not even an apology. I didn’t even hear a simple ‘sorry’ from them.

Clean and comfortable room Breakfast buffet is good. Convenient shop and restaurants around.

Like the gym and location, parking lot ( although small space). Security for parking and guess is perceived good.
