We were kept in a room with a faulty air conditioner, I called to complain about it, and they sent maintenance but it was still in the same condition even worse 😏.

Citiheight hotel is a cozy place, the location, the services and the decency of the hotel make it the best so far. It is very close to the airport which is another reason that I recommend it. I will definitely use Citiheight hotel in my next visit.

Great customer service. Loved our stay which had the best breakfast which had a variety of options. Only issue was the dirty water in the swimming pool that caused a harsh skin reaction. But overall, would highly recommend.

The room is very spacious, clean and hygienic. The waiters are very polite and responsible. It is recommended for business trips. If you come here for business trips, you can try staying at Citiheight Hotel. The restaurant environment is elegant and the ingredients are fresh and hygienic!

According to the bing search engine, you can also play billiards and ping-pong at the hotel. I read elsewhere that there is also a sauna. Well, none of those! It says SPA on the street. I believe that a hotel does not become a "spa" just because it has a dirty pool with dirty surroundings and sunbeds! Fitness: there are a few opportunities to work out, but with the unusable equipment, it doesn't seem like a very promising place. The wifi didn't work in our room! It's true that they offered to move to a room where it's good, but if they knew it wasn't good in this room, why didn't they tell me right away?! The ceiling of our room shows signs of soaking. The TV broadcasts were unwatchable. There was no toilet brush in the bathroom. There were ants running in the room!!! Breakfast was provided for only one person in the room booked with breakfast for two. The second guest could only have breakfast for an extra fee. The only positive: the attitude of the staff was acceptable. All in all, I wouldn't go there again.
