Swiss International The Vistana services are second to none. The Staff are the most friendly in all my hotel stay here in Nigeria. They are courteous and willing to help. The meals are tasteful. Moreso, the ambience and room comfort was so out of this world. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to my friends, family and regular travellers. Ideal location for getaway plans.

PPragmatic personMy experience at the hotel was great! The food was good….healthy and tasty. The service was satisfactory from each and every service personnel and staff. When I make a complain, they attend to it immediately and see that the problem is solved. The facility looks new external and internally. My time at the hotel was well spent and I had a good night sleep. The bed was comfortable and clean.
I look forward to booking this hotel again.

LLondonDandyDTook awhile to get checked in. The Porter took us up to a room that sank of cigarette smoke and ****. They had sprayed profuse amounts of air freshener in an attempt to mask the smell. It didn't work and both smells would either make you nauseous or give one a headache. I asked for another room...i wasn't happy when there wasn't one in my range available (admittedly it was vals weekend) as they tried to arm twist me to paying for an upgrade. I refused and asked for a refund. The pleasant manager calmed me down and asked me to hold on. I went to have a pleasant meal in their restaurant. Luckily they made up another room for us. It didn't smell as bad. But in a rush...they forgot our bottled water and extra towel. Twas a nuisance. Later we went to the pool for drinks...i was dissapointed with the cocktails and a horrible fried ice cream cake. Lastly next to us were a bunch of poorly unkempt boys...one was smoking a joint...explains lot of public places smelt of ****...it was a case of either I wasn't meant to stay here or those guys shouldn't be there smoking ****..the hotel TV system is a bit of a pain to operate...and fabric seats in the room was not good...you could see stains not unlike semen...very off putting....but the rooms were a really good size, Good acs and decent price for Victoria island.....i would stay there again...hopefully they would have stopped people from smoking **** there..

My experience here at Marriott Lagos is second to none. All the staff here are highly committed, hard-working and amazing warm and very civilised In particular, I appreciate the following staff: NENE at the 5th floor lounge, Blessing at the reception, Adeola at the front office, lobby host. They are among the best that the hotel industry in Nigeria and anywhere in the world can afford. They put in the totality of all the skils that they have to let the guests feel that they are home away from home. They are professional, civilised and wonderful.

PPengguna TetamuDefinitely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in Lagos. This hotel is NOT 5 stars or luxury at all. First of all, check in takes an absolute decade! I spent about 40 minutes just trying to check in and the rooms person attending to me wasn’t even pleasant or warm. He was just acting like he was tired and started asking me for my phone number and email. I told him to use those provided for my office and he was being difficult about it so I lost my patience and yelled before he dropped the matter. Another lady then came over to assist. After the long and annoying checking in, I finally got to my room on the 4th floor and was surprised by the amenities. VERY BASIC, nothing luxurious for the price one pays to stay here. Room was small, bed was small (definitely not king size), bathroom is basic and outdated. Everything is very old and my biggest complaint, the room is only equipped with ONE PLUG! So if you need an extension cord, they tell you to pay a deposit of 5,000 Naira to put one in your room otherwise you only get one plug. I have never in my life experienced such farce. How can a hotel chain not have plugs for customers staying to charge their phones and laptops????? This is definitely the LAST TIME I’m staying here. I have nothing nice to say about the hotel. Only thing I enjoyed was the pool but you’re better off staying somewhere else and just coming in to use the pool. I recommend Lagos Continental or Eko Hotel if you’re looking for a comfortable and luxurious hotel experience. This is definitely not it.

PPengguna Tetamu Brilliant Experience!!!had a fantastic stay at the Lagos Intercontinental with my family, I stayed in a corner suite on the top floor which was just fantastic with ocean view. The room was large, with a great sitting area and large bath/shower room, with separate guest WC. The air conditioning was perfect and kept the room cool at all times. The hotel provided a high standard buffet breakfast, a fantastic bar area by the outdoor pool for relaxation. There is 24hrs security all around the hotel so I had no worries with safety. Also, Brilliant house keeping staff were all deligent.... Fatai, Chidi and rest-made my suite cleaner throughout my stay with full customer satisfaction. I would say right from check-in counter, to room service, breakfast and ordering food /drinks were excellent I will specially like to say a big thank you to front desk managers from the 2 Mr Adebayos Femi, Amarah and Mr John whom were all professional and did made my 2 weeks stay a memorable. I was well looked after and took care of all my complaints and making sure i was comfortable throughout. Thank you guys, you all are absolute gem, so helpful and friendly. I shall certainly return soon with my family for more heavenly experience. Cheers all.

PPengguna TetamuI was visiting Lagos on a business trip. Wanted something quiet and a little out of the way, yet with close proximity to Ikoyi and VI. I was recommended this hotel and found it very good and suited to all my needs. Highly recommend the staff for their friendliness and attention to my every request. The rooms are clean and spacious. And extremely convenient location. So give them 5 star !

KKandy SolomonTempat tidur baru adalah syurga. Pancuran sangat hebat dan bilik untuk dua bilik mempunyai peti keselamatan, peti sejuk mini dengan air percuma, cerek dengan teh / kopi. Atm di lobi akan mengambil debit visa USA untuk naira tempatan, mengeluarkan 10,000 pada satu masa. Biliknya agak ketat. Seandainya kami tinggal di sini dan bukannya di pangsapuri tempat tidur mereka seperti papan. Kakitangan sangat hormat dan profesional. POS tidak mengambil kad kredit, atau atm, walaupun pelanggan melakukan pembayaran.
Tidak sabar untuk tinggal di sana lagi, lain kali di lagos.

AAnthony Wepee Sarpong I had a great time at Ibis Hotel in Lagos. But my greatest disappointment was, my phone was stolen by one of the Ibis’ security guards. I resting at the pool side and I unfortunately slept off. When I got up, I couldn’t find my phone.
Not knowing that a security guard on duty has stolen my iPhone 11.
But we later retrieved the phone from him.
