Had an amazing stay with them, Nice Room, nice location, amazing friendly staff specially the Housekeeping and Front Office Staff A lovely touch was the inclusion of Chef Special Chicken Makhni Kharai Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed at the hotel One Mall Road Lahore for a few nights in last week. my stays were sheer delight! Every staff member they ensured that guests had the experience of a lifetime. The rooms, restaurant and all public areas were exceptionally clean at all times. The menu & dishes were always delicious. I highly recommended.

The Hotel is very budgeted range as per the mall Road the room was good and auspicious the services were great the staff was very friendly and helpful. Its a very good friendly hotel so i would definitely recommend people coming on there business trips and family trip when ever come to Lahore

Room no 212 I have stayed in different hotels in Lahore with family but I really enjoyed staying in hotel One Mall Road Lahore the main Edge of this hotel It's Prime location near to Governments official office and Especially Anar Kal Bazar Over all experience is outstanding really enjoyed my family here The cleaning quality of the housekeeping team is very good and the corridor smells so good. Highly recommended this hotel to my family and friends

Stay was really comfortable I really enjoyed our stayed in Hotel One Mall road nice & clean rooms, breakfast too much delicious especially Chicken nehari. Staff were friendly and very welcoming overall its a good clean place to stay. Located on the busy Mall Rd of Lahore I would say its in an ideal location I would recommend this to my family members and friends.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel One Mall Property, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The reception was exceptionally warm and welcoming. All staff were also very attentive and responsive, addressing all my queries and concerns in a timely manner. The room was spacious and comfortable, with impressive WiFi speeds that exceeded my expectations. A lovely touch was the inclusion of Red Bull in the minibar! Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning in the future, InshaAllah.

A cosy hotel with excellent facilities and central location . Everything is provided in the hotel with a big smile . It was a great experience staying in the hotel one Mall Road with fast internet service and a well laid out daily breakfast . The room service restaurant serves delicious food . Rooms are clean and big in size my room no is 212. Thoroughly enjoyed our night stay. It was a great stay , I would love to stay again whenever I’m in Lahore A Big Thank You !

Recently we have visited Hotel One Mall Road property and it was a great experience every side has great ambience specially there breakfast area have it's own vibe there food quality was yummy and the quantity they provided was on point there manger was so courteous we would definitely come again.

Ambience was very good. Room service was so fast and good, cleanliness at its peak. Washrooms are well maintained. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Food was delicious and well cooked according to standards.
