Hotel dengan Sarapan pagi di Lake Forest

I had family and friends stay at this hotel as we were having my daughter's Bat Mitzvah at the Irvine Improv at the Spectrum. This location was great for our group. We contracted with Madisyn in Sales and she was fantastic! When we were at the hotel, Eric at the front desk helped us all out daily. He seemed to be there day and night! He was made our stay enjoyable and he helped fix some little errors. He addressed us by name and made us feel at home. Eric was amazing! Thank you!

My 11 year old son and I enjoyed this hotel immensely. He said it should be a 5 star. The hot breakfast had many options and was high quality. The evening happy hour had great variety and was tasty. The pool is small but clean. Basketball court and outdoor area provide nice relaxation areas for families. Our favorite part was the ping pong table in the (free!) laundry area. We borrowed the paddles and played often! Super fun. Nice staff, too. Pillows were high quality and comfy. The bed was a bit hard but that’s my only semi- negative aspect of the review. Satellite tv was a little glitchy. We would def stay again. Great area close to many restaurants and stores for essentials.

I was Greeted as Diamond Member (take time to Join,better discounts Including AARP/AAA) ,purpose of trip Kia Corporations mailed me a Free Recall notice and i live a distance from the Irvine Kia Dealership,which happens to be several blocks away, from this economic Quality Inn with really comfortable rooms ,and the working staff possess exceptional customer service skills and the maintenance support staff and housecleaning people are genuinely Quality, and by the way Quality Inn does practice Covid-19 protocols', daily and friendly and just a Happy Group of Team Players at this Quality Inn Location. However i noticed upon my Journeys that some High Priced Modalities ,have not replenished the Germ Free Dispensers by the Elevators' and door exits ? perhaps they should pay attention now that I did Mention this Health and Germ Concern !????

I love staying at this hotel when I ever want to get away for a little bit. Todd has an outstanding energy ! Very approachable and helpful

1、位置很好。405直接A1下來，很快就到了。附近有加油站，有Plaza，還有Bestbuy。 2、酒店安靜。 3、房間布局合理，有洗碗機、微波爐、冰箱、電磁灶，適合做點小餐。 4、乾淨衛生

Place is nice rooms are nice amenities are nice except that it says wardrobe and microwave also included but not true there was no microwave and no wardrobe I don’t mind the no wardrobe but I would’ve liked a microwave. Front desk girl was nice but not a pleasant nice plus she was rushing us. Other than that everything else was okay I guess
