I was pleasantly surprised by our stay at this hotel. When my husband told me that there was neither a pool or gym available I was not particularly pleased, but I was very wrong with my first impression. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. It overlooks Lake Hamilton and has an area for soaking up the sun if that is your inclination. There are also kayaks and a paddle boat available. It is a peaceful beautiful location. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious with a different menu for breakfast each day. We had the Quesidillas one evening and Korean tacos another night. They were the best food I’ve had from room service in any hotel. The rooms are lovely. If we are ever in the area again I would definitely book a room here.

Great relaxing place to unwind. Staff very friendly. Well kept grounds, dock with all the toys, canoe, paddle boat, kayaks. Patio with fire pit and plenty of room. Garden and lounge chairs Lakeside. Patio with rocking chairs and view of the lake and garden. Definitely going back!

We had an excellent stay at this spotlessly clean Inn. Wonderful and helpful staff made the stay even more pleasant. We loved the boat ride and the over-the-top charcuterie offering. Breakfast was delicious and we chose to have it in the main dining room and on the patio. We enjoyed having coffee brought to our room. We also made the choice to dine-in one evening with flatbreads, salad and wine. We followed with board games in the sitting room - a delightful evening. If you decide to venture out, I can highly recommend Luna Bella which is about 2 minutes away but reservations appeared to be necessary. Also, we enjoyed Garvan Woodland Gardens for some easy and shaded walking. After staying here, I understand why they have so many recognitions. It has made our list of top hotels we have stayed in around the world!

Was here for a quick visit. Accommodations & outside grounds were beautiful. Our expectations were all met. Rooms were very clean. They think of all the details. Food was excellent for breakfast. Tiffany provided great customer service as did other staff that we interacted with. Would stay again if in the area.

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary in June 2024. We’d never traveled without our children so we figured year 10 was the time to do it. I was hesitant on Hot Springs, however he insisted that Lookout Point was THE place he wanted to take me. We just wanted to be able to sit and not hear kids yelling/running down the hall. We wanted a cute little place that was fairly new, quiet, peaceful, quaint, relaxing and we got way more than that. I never imagined Hot Springs would bring us tranquility like it did. Lookout Point is by far the best little boutique inn I’ve ever been to. And to my surprise, the bed was very comfy, the pillows were incredibly fluffy but the staff. The staff is like that of an all inclusive trip to a Sandals in the Caribbean. I’m not joking. Anything that I needed was in my hand within 3 minutes, always greeted with a smile and our daily breakfast brought to our door was fabulous each and everyday! It’s off the beaten path away from the hustle and bustle of the things but only about a 10 minute drive to anything you want to do. We absolutely LOVED Lookout Point and we will be returning when we want a little peace and quiet from inside our 4 walls.

The Lookout Point Lakeside is an excellent place for a most satisfying vacation stay in Hot Springs AR. From the elegant, curated room themes to the exquisite 2 course breakfasts each am, you will be surrounded by a most responsive and friendly staff. They seem like family, and you will enjoy your stay to the fullest!! My wife and I were extremely pleased with everything this resort offers.

This is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed at. First class in every aspect of each and every thing needed to have an amazing stay. This was our second time in 5 months. We came here the week of Valentines Day, and 4 months later we were married there!

Sam and Nancy couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. The location and Inn were beautiful. Our rooms were lovely. Request coffee to be sent to your room each morning, and make sure you take a swim each day in the lake - it’s like silk! Hot Springs is charming and Arkansas hospitality makes you feel at home. We will return!

We wanted a very special place to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Lookout Pointe met all our hopes and more: stunning location with view, beautiful rooms, restful surroundings inside and out and superb food. The gracious staff, with their attention to every detail, made us feel so comfortable and everything was so clean that we were truly free to relax. We even enjoyed a leisurely boat ride on the lake. Thank you Sam and Nancy for making our trip so memorable.
