Ulasan Days Inn by Wyndham Cleveland Lakewood

It was a little difficult to find. Its located in a very nice neighborhood, very clean and pleasant looking. The hotel itself looks older. Painted over lots of times. I reserved a smoking room with a queen bed because i only needed an overnight stay. Its a small room, with tv, ac unit, and a bathroom and shower stall. The room said it included breakfast, which was an absolute bonus as that meant one less thing to stop for. I was notified the following morning that breakfast was not being offered vecause 'of covid' and they hadn't offered breakfast in 2 years. In the breakfast room there were numerous rolls of what looked like old carpet. I was not made aware of this when checking in. The sheets were stained, as were bits of the carpet in the room. There was also no garbage can in the room - which is more of a convenience thing I suppose, and no refrigerator or microwave (I was not expecting these amenities, but I was hopeful). The room included some towels and toiletries along with a hairdryer which I did not use. I think this is canon for "you get what you pay for".

The front desk manager tried to swindle me out of a deposit which is not required.

Had to get toilet paper and towels from the front desk. Room was okay, but no fridge or microwave and dingy carpet needs replaced. Hallways are somewhat dark and ordinary and smelled like ****.

Well the receptionist at the hotel if she was nice but the rest of the hotel look like it needed to be updated it was missing items out the rooms the chairs wiring coming out the walls just wasn't a place to stay at all

Not very clean over charged weird locastion

房間老舊，沒有服務，基本是自助式，需要毛巾到前台要。早餐簡陋到聊勝於無。房間的地毯味道很大。好處是地理位置在市內，公交很方便到市中心。距離伊利湖邊大概兩百米。便宜。不適宜親子和商務

Staff were nice and courteous but the place I general was very very dirty. We had to ask towels to be replaced because they weren't clean and toilet paper was soaked in water. Floor mop with dirty water Sat outside of our room the entire stay. Not recommended.

Please do not get drawn in by the cheaper pricing. We were definitely catfished from the pictures provided online to what you actually get. Room very unkept. Wall looked to be peeling away and carpet looked as if wasnt swepted in months. All sheets and blankets stained beyond what should be condisder usable. Bathroom was just as bad, left over soap left behind, sink full of filth and hair. We checked in, opened the door to the room and was back to the front desk for a refund. I asked for a room that was in the pictures online and we were told they dont have those rooms. This hotel looks like a rent by the hour, have a random hook up or dirty deal kind of place. Save your money go somewhere else. Still waiting for status of refund might be out $100 but still would not of stayed. Hope this saves others from making our mistakes. Also didnt get pictures for proof because we basically ran out but dont take the chance.

The property is in need of a major update. Beds were comfortable, which is important, but everything else was below what would be expected for Days Inn. About $11 Uber ride to good restaurants and breweries.

The bed was compfy. Room was not the cleanest. There was only one small place to put trash, looked more like a dirty ice bucket. No toilet paper holder, no clock. Light breakfast was footloops some kind of other cereal coffee and a few differeent lind of breads. Front dest employees were very nice.

The conditions inside that hotel are terrible, the locks at the entrances to the rooms do not work, there are no towels and toilet paper in the rooms, the TVs only work with one channel, and the smell of cigarette smoke inside the hotel and the rooms are impressive, they moved us to another room and we found exactly the same, in the end we had to change hotels, definitely not to recommend

Run down hotel. Room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Found a dirty sock on the floor. The only towel in the room was wet stained and hanging on the back of the bathroom door. I had to go to the front desk to get towels. Blacklight showed the shower, the toilet, and the sink were filthy. Pictures attached. The entire hotel smelled of mildew. I could not stay, had to leave and find another hotel at midnight. This is not just a bad review, I intend to pursue compensation for this experience.
