Sedih sungguh hotel yang terperangkap dengan wabak itu sebaik dibuka. Tidak perlu mengatakan keadaan perkakasan, baru, setiap bilik di dalam bilik kolam mempunyai kolam renang yang sangat bersih. Bilik-bilik bersaiz besar, penghawa dingin sangat selesa, terdapat tab mandi dan balkoni yang indah, dan semua kemudahan di dalamnya adalah berkualiti tinggi. Anda juga boleh mendayung papan, bermain golf, dan mempunyai kolam kanak-kanak yang sangat besar dan cantik serta kolam dewasa. Perlu disebut restoran Starlight Pool yang sangat cantik. Ia sangat romantik. .

Stay for 2 night in This hotel. Love the pool suite room so much- very spacious and modern, well-designed/decoration. Some dusty are were found at the corner of the bed but the bedsheets was clean.very helpful staffs from reception to restaurant. Having dinner for 2 night at the restaurant- taste quite good for Thai foods. Star pool was amazing. Had a great stay here. Hotel was amazing. Food was great and staff was super friendly. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Was nice peaceful and had many different activities to do also

Fantastic hotel, lots of activities to do, food is fine but could be better as we did not enjoy some of the dishes. Service is outstanding and faultless.

The management of this hotel needs to be improved a lot to be called 5 stars . Lack of training and kindness, can see most of employees are unhappy, simple requests are denied . Breakfast is limited and repeat every single day the same options. Around the breakfast area there is smell of sewerage . We asked for coconut water at pool bar , the Bartender just gave excuse saying sold out, it happened 4 days in a row and we knew there were coconut water in the main restaurants, they just lazy to pick it up. Front desk untrained and slowly . The room book at first day was a totally in disorder , bathroom clogged and shower head broken , this happened in low season, high season should be a big concern how things goes around . Although the bad remarks, the beach and kids area was great, also the monitors at kids playground . Swimming pool great too and beach restaurant nice food and drinks . The waitress not so friendly . The beach and sport activities are perfect . Take the local cars outside and reach nice beach in close distance as well, the locals at coconut beach is very friendly and welcoming, food is best !

Very nice hotel

The overall service is good, the staff are friendly, and willing to help. The feedback for the improvement is the room cleanliness. When we first entered the room, there are sands on our room floor, also the bath amenities was not checked and filled properly.
