Hotel dengan WiFi di Lami

We recently stayed at Novotel and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. We booked 5 rooms for our family vacation for three nights. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout our stay, which made it very uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the towels provided were old and worn out, lacking the softness and freshness one would expect from a hotel. Once housekeeping staff takes the towels, new towels our given hours later. Everything in the room is very outdated and dirty (bed frame, iron, picture frames on the wall, lights stands)… very disappointing. We had higher expectations for Novotel and was quite let down by these shortcomings. I hope the management addresses these issues for the sake of future guests. Please don’t just focus on maintaining cleanliness in the main lobby when it’s also very important to keep all rooms clean and presentable so the stay is comfortable.
