Hotel berhampiran Crystal Lagoon, Pulau Bintan

The hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish. Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner. However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top. In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

Our stay at Said Beach House was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff truly went above and beyond for us – not just doing the bare minimum, but consistently making the extra effort to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their warmth, attentiveness, genuine hospitality and thoughtfulness really made the experience so much more special, and it's honestly what stood out to us the most. The food was also great and always prepared on time... everything was seamless and well-organised throughout our stay! The villa itself was very cozy, well-kept and exceptionally clean. It was a comfortable space to come back to after a long day of activities. Just a small tip: do remember to keep the doors closed to prevent insects or mosquitoes from entering. Speaking of that, Sadi Beach House is definitely a place where you will feel very connected to nature. You may occasionally come across insects or lizards (or even stray cats!), but it really ads to the overall experience rather than taking away from it – it's all part of the charm. The location was perfect for us. While amenities like minimarts may be a little further out, it meant that the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful, especially at night. It's the ideal place if you're looking to unwind and take a break from the noise and pace of city life. Overall, we had such a lovely stay and a huge part of that was thanks to the amazing staff who made everything feel so effortless and welcoming! I would absolutely recommend Sadi Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

We recently stayed here and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The staff mentioned we had just missed the end-of-May crowd, so the resort was incredibly calm and peaceful. It felt so serene, and we were even among the only ones in the pool all day. The pool was a great size and very relaxing, with plenty of sun chairs available. What We Loved: - Our room was extremely clean with no faults at all. We were upgraded to an Ocean View room, and the views were just beautiful. - The breakfast buffet had a great and delicious selection. Having 5 different dining options on site was excellent because the food never felt repetitive. We highly recommend trying the Lamb Shank at the Recreational Village! - We took some classes which were fun to attend. There was no booking required, which was great because it kept our schedule completely flexible. - The free shuttle service from the BBT Ferry Terminal was very convenient. - The service staff were all so friendly and attentive to our needs. A huge thank you to Kinasih in particular, who served us both poolside and at the Recreational Village. He is such a friendly guy and provided top-notch service. Some Minor Improvements: - Upon arrival, our luggage was accidentally left behind at the ferry terminal, though it was sorted out. - It was a bit hard to find information about the resort at first, such as the in-room dining menu, directions to the Recreation Village, and details for Chocolate Hour. Most of this was on the TV portal, but our TV was not set up to show it when we first turned it on, so we didn’t know about it until the next day. - An introduction to the facilities placed in the rooms or explained by the check-in staff would have been very useful. - We much prefer having physical menus rather than QR codes everywhere, and having physical signs for Chocolate Hour would be a good touch. Overall though, this is a wonderful resort with great food and excellent staff. We had a very relaxing holiday and would love to come back!

Excellent. In Indigo restaurant we was well served Mr. Eitstein and Ms. Dhina from the Indigo. The only downside in Indigo was the lack of cotton swabs and cotton pads in the room. However, that doesn't affect my experience; I would consider staying here again. The Holiday Inn restaurant next door has vegetarian options, and Mr. Ruwanda from the Holiday Inn restaurant provided attentive and meticulous service. Thumbs up! Will be there soon .

I have celebrated my 19th wedding anniversary at this hotel. Overall I had a good and enjoyable experience staying here. Villa are spacious, clean and dinning experience also good with generous portion at The Dining room. With a good room decorated and complimentary cake for my anniversary we are really appreciating all the good gesture and preparation. The only down side is the hotel location are very far away from the ferry terminal which required 1 hour and 30mins journey and room lighting not sufficient and make the room too dimmed. And there were no minimart or convenient store in the hotel. Suggest to open a minimart to supply more snacks and gift shop selling the hotel souvenirs included the essentials oil shampoo.

Perkhidmatan daripada kakitangan adalah luar biasa dan kami sangat menikmati penginapan kami di sana. Persekitaran sunyi dengan banyak privasi. Pada malam ke-2 kami di sana, kakitangan mengambil usaha untuk menghiasi anjung bilik kami dengan lilin dan barangan kerana mereka fikir ia adalah ulang tahun kami, sangat menghargai isyarat manis dari resort!

We have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

Jika anda tidak cerewet tentang hotel ”tamparan tepat di bandar”, maka ini adalah hotel yang sesuai untuk anda dan keluarga anda! Hotel ini berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Dataran Melayu, Pensil Tugu, bangunan Gong-gong, Jalan Hang Tuah, jambatan pantai yang baru dibina, dan pelabuhan feri utama. Kejiranan ini juga sangat mesra dan dipenuhi dengan banyak kedai makan tempatan dan kedai runcit yang tidak mahal! Walaupun anda mahukan restoran makanan laut Cina yang sangat lazat, Sei Enam hanya terletak dalam jarak yang dekat! Bilik-bilik hotel adalah sangat asas dan ringkas dan hotel ini tidak dilengkapi dengan lif, jadi jika anda menginap di tingkat 4, anda perlu berjalan ke atas! Di dalam bilik terdapat peralatan ringkas seperti TV, kabel, telefon, cawan minuman, air botol, selipar, almari, laci, pancuran mandian air panas dan sejuk, berus gigi dengan ubat gigi, syampu, sabun bar kecil, penghawa dingin, bantal padat, dan juga peralatan yang bagus. menguatkan untuk anda memeluk untuk tidur! Malangnya tiada bil air mahupun perasa kopi dan teh di dalam bilik. Air minuman panas dan sejuk berada di ruang makan tingkat 1. Pakej hotel yang saya ambil datang dengan sarapan pagi yang ringkas. Hidangan tempatan dan pedas dan ia sering ditaburkan dengan kacang tanah. Sarapan datang dalam bungkusan dibungkus (bawa pulang) dengan semua sos pratas, dan/atau nasi dalam pembungkus kertas dan plastik. Kutleri dan pinggan tersedia untuk digunakan. Aliran percuma kopi dan teh dengan gula (tiada susu atau krimer). Untuk harga kira-kira S$26/hari, saya fikir ia adalah penginapan yang indah di hotel ini! Walaupun ia tanpa banyak kemudahan (kerana saya lebih suka pergi berjalan-jalan di sekitar bandar dan pergi menaiki bot), saya sangat mengesyorkan hotel 2 bintang ini untuk penginapan yang ringkas dan berpatutan di Tanjung Pinang! Location is out in no-where. Nothing is nearby. Nothing to do. It is quite isolated from everything. U choose only if u want extreme isolation from rest of the world. U need to eat at the resort only because there is no other alternatives nearby. But the food was good and quite reasonable. For facilities, there is nothing worth mentioning. However, the villa is lavish double storied, but we only used the above storey. The asthetics is good but the upkeep is not up to the expectation. Had washbasins clogged and closet water hose leakage but was quickly resolved when I brought it to their notice. So service overall was very good.
