"We spent four wonderful nights here and left with nothing but great memories. The resort is brand new (still in soft opening), and it shows in the best way: everything felt fresh, spotless, and beautifully maintained. Rooms: Our Deluxe King room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Housekeeping was attentive throughout our stay. Location: Right on the beach, with the ferry terminal just steps away — incredibly convenient for a getaway from Singapore. The grounds are lush and beautifully landscaped, and the beach and pools are a real highlight. Dining: We ate across several of the resort's restaurants. Port 19 was excellent for a relaxed dinner with great grilled options, Yokatta served genuinely good Japanese food, and Soñada Beach Club was the perfect spot for a sunset dinner right by the water — the setting alone makes it worth it. Staff were very accommodating with a food intolerance, always happy to suggest suitable dishes. Spa: We had three treatments during our stay, and the therapists were skilled and professional every time. The spa itself is a calm, beautifully designed space — a great place to unwind after a day at the beach. Service: Being a new property, a few small things came up here and there, but every single time the staff resolved them impeccably and without any fuss. That kind of attentiveness says a lot about the team. Overall: We felt genuinely well looked after from check-in to check-out, and we'd happily come back. Highly recommended for couples looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape from Singapore."

Our stay at Bintan Pearl Beach Resort was truly excellent! 🌴 Before arriving, we were a bit unsure since the resort is located farther from both ferry terminals — but once we got there, we realized it was absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing weekend away from the crowds, this place is a hidden gem. The staff and driver were incredibly warm, helpful, and always ready to assist. We also joined their guided tours, which turned out to be much more affordable and personal compared to online options. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying, adding a great start to each morning. Overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay — highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquility and great hospitality in Bintan. 🌺"

"This is a beautiful resort on a beautiful beach but there are a couple of things that take away from it being perfect. We booked Bintan island on a bit of a whim and could’ve probably saved ourselves a small amount of upset by doing a tiny bit of research so I can’t really blame the resort for this but the property is very isolated. There is basically nowhere in the immediate vicinity to go for food , drinks or basically anything. Which would be appealing to us had we have packed better. The bigger issue, and the reason for taking off a star, is there is only one swimming pool. Now, this wouldn’t normally be an issue except later on the first day multiple families turned up and our peaceful getaway was turned into a waterpark for small children. Really changed the whole vibe. In saying this, the staff were wonderful and the food was unbelievably good. Even for SE Asian standards where food is pretty much always on point. It was one of those places where if in a similar location in Bali it would’ve been AUD$600 per night as opposed to $200, so good value for money."

Bahagian yang menghadap ke kolam mendapat matahari petang, akses terus ke pantai. Mereka juga agak kenyang untuk bufet sarapan pagi, tetapi bukannya membuat anda menunggu, mereka membuka bilik mesyuarat dan menyediakan barisan bufet kedua, penggunaan ruang dan perancangan yang sangat baik! Anda juga boleh berjalan kaki ke tempat restoran/aiskrim tempatan yang berdekatan, "plaza membeli-belah" agak mati tetapi tiba apabila anda ingin berjalan-jalan. "An unforgettable stay! We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. We arrived an hour early & were lucky enough to find our room already ready. We joined the 'chocolate hour' session (at 3 PM) & both my wife and son really enjoyed it. We also engaged in various activities at the hotel, such as playing table tennis & PS5, as well as cycling around the resort. We even went to the Sonada Beach Club for a swim (there are 3 swimming pools altogether). The beach in front of the club was stunning (for some reason, the sand texture was different from other beaches - it was incredibly fine). We booked a room facing the children's pool & the entertainment building - so we could relax on the balcony until late night watching other guests doing their activities :-). The breakfast was fantastic. We tried almost every dish available. Not to mention, all the hotel staff were incredibly friendly. Kudos to the hotel for creating such wonderful memories for our family. We hope to return someday!"
