Love this hotel so much.The Riyaz lavanya Langkawi is located at Pantai tengah,near to the beach and from airport is about 15 minutes drives.the staffs are very friendly,polite and check in this fast too.The room junior suite is so beautiful,big and comfortable.They do provide cakes and flower/towels decorates for celebrates my birthday .Thank you so much.Hotel view from the roof top is so amazing during sunset.Breakfast is ok but can be improve,adding more variety.Parking is free and easy.Will come to stay if come again to Langkawi.

The hotel is very new and located in pantai tengah, just 5mins away from pantai cenang, there are a lot restaurant in walking distance from the hotel, staffs are friendly, hotel provides free breakfast and a mini lunch set, however, the breakfast variety is a bit less, but generally is satisfy.

This is my Sister trip , when I walk in to this hotel , no welcome greet by front liner . Front liner is very not friendly.In the room , there is Aircon leaking sound for whole night, bathrode is dirty with hair , didn’t wash or change. Bathtub also dirty. In the evening , we went to swim. The staff is standing there to look and didn’t offer for the pool towel until we go counter request . Next day breakfast time , no front liner bring us to table , front liner was busy with coffee machine, table set with dirty fork spoon. After the guest leave , waitress didn’t replace all the plate although the last guest didn’t use it. When 11am , already call to room to ask us checkout at 12pm. Never had a hotel experience is so bad one. But what is good? Location good , pool view is good. guard is good and friendly. Other than this , I will rate 1/10 sorry

2024年新酒店，定的兩天的小套房，浴室空間獨立的非常大，浴室和洗漱間很滿意
機場租車自駕直接開過來的，地下停車場住客免費的
早餐吧還行
比較意外的是前台免費贈送了午餐，但是白天一直在外面玩沒吃上
整體來説，就空調聲音大了點其他全是優點吧
300馬幣的按金，退房返，10馬幣的税前台交，其他都包含在攜程裏了

The bed and pillows were so comfy! The staffs were so friendly and attentive. I love the Rooftop pool and the food at the pool bar too. Will definitely come again with my gal friends.

Highly recommended as location is good, 10-15mins drive from airport, 5mins drive to Pantai Cenang & Cenang Mall.
Nice view from balcony (especially sea view).
Service staffs were all smiles & friendly, from front office, bell man, f & b staffs and even their f & b manager Mr Ravindra was excellent! He will ensure all the food are replenished and tables cleared, even he himself will clear the table! No need to worry about safety while staying there as the security not only rove on the ground and even on the room floor they will ensure the security of the guests staying at The Riyaz. The rooftop swimming pool was nice. Overall i would rate their services the best👍👍👍
We can even see sunset from our room balcony 😍
