Hotel 2 Bintang di Lanzarote

Nice little self catering budget hotel. 20 mins walk from the busy area of Costa Teguise. Rooms are basic and bare! We were the for 3 nights, room wasn’t cleaned or towels replaced, but to be fair, we kept it tidy and basically used the room to sleep in. The day we arrived though, they’d certainly bleached cleaned the room! Our nostrils certainly detected that for a couple of days. Kitchen area very basic with usual equipment at hand. Around the pool was fine and kept tidy. Bar was reasonably priced for drinks Reception as above, reasonable. The guy helpful at check in. It was all ok

Just back in from a 10 night stay in the Oasis Apartments. We love the place and this is our 6th visit. It never disappoints. The receptionists and cleaning staff are so friendly and accommodating. The apartments and communal areas are immaculate. I find it hard to believe that it only has 2 stars as it feels much more superior than that. As we were staying for longer than the normal week we usually stay, we paid the extra to stay in the superior apartments with air-conditioning. It was well well worth it. The room was so comfortable, cool and was cleaned almost daily. Charlie in the Pool Bar is great fun, lovely, clean food and reasonably priced. Less than a five minute walk to the ***** and all the action, yet far enough away from it, to be very quite and peaceful. There is always room around the pool, with lots of beds. It feels really safe. I think its a great sign of a place that there are lots of regulars, so you always know someone from previous visits. A number of guests stay for up to 6 weeks at a time and longer. Yet another holiday that did not disappoint. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff at the Oasis. Nice and clean and great location. Street it is on felt a little dark and we were wary walking down it at night. Only downside was noise levels , everything seemed to echo so we could hear doors slamming, people walking and talking all night, shower from room upstairs etc Would recommend especially for price and value.

HIPOTEL Natura Palace was the best hotel we have ever stayed in. On arriving at hotel we were greeted by a man with a trolley who immediately picked up our cases and took them inside and eventually to our room.We had emailed hotel a few weeks previously to ask for Almond milk with no sugar for my wife. At reception they informed us that this had been done. Room was large, cleaned every day with tea and coffee replenished every day. Restaurant was large and finding a table was easy for breakfast and dinner. Food was excellent. Two large swimming pools with easy access to sunloungers and umbrellas whenever we went there, be it morning or afternoon. Staff were very pleasant and helpful always with a smile. There was a small supermarket across the road for basic items. Buses ran every half hour toPlaya Blanca. We had a very restful ,pleasant holiday at HIPOTEL Natura Palace

Fabulous time was had by all 16 of us. Loads of activities for young and old, you can be very active or just chill. Food was amazing, lots of choice and fresh every day, cakes, pastries and bread were delicious. Pools were clean and apart from x3 big pools, there was an Olympic size pool, a shallow pool and a splash park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, rooms cleaned everyday, everywhere in the hotel was clean mind. Entertainment team were really good fun and evening entertainment was varied. All inclusive option really good value. Drinks were proper drinks and not watered down( like you get in some resorts) and the bar snacks available throughout the day were very good. Cake was arranged for my husband’s 60th birthday at no extra cost. Very good location, very good bus and taxi services at very reasonable prices, not far from town where good choice of bars and restaurants if needed. The staff work really hard and you get the feeling that they really enjoy their jobs which made our stay a very welcoming and relaxing one. This resort has got it very right. Thank you all so much, none of us wanted to go home 😀

The reception staff and staff in the Royal level restaurant were perfect. We celebrated 2 birthdays during our stay and they went out of their way to make it memorable . The only improvements to make would be to have a separate Royal level bar in the evenings with premium drinks, as we have had this in other venues owned by the Barcelo group.. We were also disappointed with the final day when we were not leaving til late afternoon, we could not keep the room on and the showers that we were offered were in the main toilets with no privacy. Overall we had a great 2 weeks and would return to this hotel.
