Ulasan Wyndham Garden Lanzhou West Railway Station

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

Room was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. Needed to be close to the train station and it was within walking distance … breakfast was simple .

The hotel is new and the location is very good. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The reception is very kind and hospitable . 张瑞 has been very polite and helped for checkin and checkout. Thanks a lot.

The hotel is nice and new, and very close to the hight speed train station. Other than that the area is very boring, this is not the centre. also in the room you could only put on central heating and not cooling, making the air very warm and hard to breath. I slept very bad because it was so warm in the room even after turning off the heating. there were also mosquitos in the room when i came in. other than that, the design in the room was very good.

The room are gorgeousss!!! Also super convenient if you arrive by train. The Staff also helped me book my bus for the next day which so super helpful. WiFi is very instable tho, I had to stay on my phone data.

團購的800的高級大床房兩晚，已經和前台打電話確定，去酒店被告知付款後得再次打電話預約，確認不算是預約嘛，我也是醉了，前台説家庭房可以續住，到酒店又説不能續住！！！最後400的高級大床房不讓住，讓我640住的高級雙床房！！而且240的差價不給退，酒店説攜程不給退！！他們沒辦法！！攜程説與酒店兩次溝通，酒店不給退！！！以後訂他家酒店，還是擦亮眼睛！！！

蘭州西客站對面的温德姆花園酒店客房空間寬敞、佈局合理，落地窗的設計，保證充足的陽光，温暖又舒適。 房間舒適人更熱情，接送站的潘師傅全程安排接站、送站，對我們一家老小照顧周到。 前台王霞副理，温柔美麗，我們到酒店前排好房間，預約接送站，提前安排好餐券，體貼入微！ 酒店裝修與配色保持温德姆花園酒店綠色健康的理念外，融入了敦煌壁畫的色彩元素，配色大膽，突顯特色的同時又不失高級感。 早餐廳位於酒店29層，餐廳有爽口涼菜、精美熱菜，時令水果、現烤麪包、精緻西點、傳統中點、本地特色小吃、地道牛肉麪等多種美食。

房間很乾凈，裝修很年輕，很安靜，尤其是前台小哥哥和小姐姐很熱情，提前給我們辦理入住後，我不小心遺落水杯也幫我找到保管，退房的時候，王霞小姐姐很熱情主動幫我們預約送站的服務，總體來説本次蘭州之行，遇到的蘭州人民都很熱心，以後出行都會首選温德姆酒店

第二次入住這裏了，離西客站很近，出行也比較方便，環境也舒適，最值得點讚的是服務，工作人員真的很貼心，特別是王霞小美女，熱情周到，如果下次還選擇住這裏，大概就會是為了這熱情的服務吧，讓人賓至如歸的感覺。但提一點小意見，作為中高檔酒店，房間衞生細節還需要提升哦，房間門背面還有燒水壺上很明顯的一層灰塵，還有一些容易被忽視的地方，本來可以不説的，但想着提出來能改進，這樣才會越來越好。

設施：親子房很適合帶小朋友出行 環境：地理位置很方便，就在西客站對面。酒店接送也很方便。出門火星街吃的很豐富 服務：尤其要誇讚酒店的服務人員，每位都很熱情！主動問候賓至如歸！ 特別要感謝王霞經理，解決問題能力超強。總是為我們着想～讓我們蘭州之行很是開心。下次還選西客站温德姆酒店～

酒店新開，邵佩欣服務好，尤其是工作人員，小韻小鄭和王霞點名提出表揚。大床房設備很舒適，早餐的選擇很豐富，酒店離高鐵站特別近，出行很方便，蘭州最近天氣不錯，打開窗簾，陽光燦爛的。

酒店位置就在蘭州西站附近，但因為蘭州西站前面有工程，所以走路過來就要多一點時間，但酒店就能看見蘭州西站，位置是很好的；酒店附近15分鐘步程，有一個叫中天健的廣場，有很多餐廳，小店，酒店。 酒店很高級的感覺，不是那種民宿，大堂很大，房間也大，乾淨，衞生，有浴缸，有一次性泡澡袋，很好。 早餐很多選擇，整體屬中上，強烈推薦。

期待一年的蘭馬終於到來了，提前一個月就在網上看酒店，選來選去最後綜合考慮還是定了距離高鐵站最近的温德姆。位置優越交通便利，地鐵站出門幾分鐘就走到了，酒店還提供免費接送高鐵站服務！酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情，尤其是前台服務員，張燕小美女❤️🧍♀️特熱情！早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。馬拉松比賽當天還給住宿的馬拉松客人準備了紅牛，很貼心❤️！下次去蘭州住酒店必選温德姆。蘭馬讓我再一次感受到了蘭州人民的熱情與包容！2025蘭馬期待與你再見🎉🎉🎉
