The hotel service was excellent, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh and tasty options.

This was my first trip to Korea, and, needless to say, my first stay at The Golden Seoul hotel. I was very impressed with all the hotel staff: from the cleaning staff, the front desk, to the restaurant. I speak no Hangul, but I do speak English and Japanese. Some of front-desk staff also spoke both English and Japanese; thus, there were no difficulties at all with communication. When I needed a taxi, they were more than cordial and called the taxi for me.

Close to Gimp airport, and very nice hotel compared to the price. Recommending it

I can’t say I’m pleased but the hotel is decent. Good location as it is directly from gimpo airport. The room is big and spacious but the strange issue we had was the air conditioning which does not stay on which could be disruptive. Even though the front desk did help to resolve it, we had instances where the air conditions resets every 30 mins or so. Other than that, it is a good hotel.

The folks at the Golden Seoul are welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Checking in was quite easy. The room was excellent: neat and clean. One can tell the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. The riverside view from the room was also lovely. Dinner at the restaurant was enjoyable. Presentation was on point and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel is close to Yeomchang Station, well within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel and I will surely be back soon. Many thanks to the staff at the Golden Seoul!

Overall, everything was fine during my stay. The only issue was the warmth in the room, as there was no air conditioning. I had to open the window to get some air, but thankfully, it’s the winter season, so it wasn’t too uncomfortable.

The location is good because the hotel is very close to the subway station. However, a major problem is the air conditioning. The system is centralized, so they can’t turn on the A/C if other guests have complained about feeling cold. My room was very hot and stuffy, making it difficult to breathe, so I had to open the window to get some air. No refunds or cancellations are allowed, even if they can’t turn on the A/C. The furniture is also quite old. Think twice before book this hotel. By the way, staff is very nice and helpful.

The room was big enough for two people, the hotel has many facilities and it looks exactly as the pictures. Downside is that the room was just a bit dusty it is as if there wasn’t anyone using the room for a week and there are not many convenient stores or shops nearby.

Good location, clean and nice breakfast for the cost.
