Hotel berhampiran Lanzhou West Railway Station, Lanzhou

和隔壁温德姆是一家，接站是温德姆的車和司機，很簡潔順利。入住的服務員非常熱情，看到我們帶了小孩，主動升級為家庭房，面積很大，乾淨舒適，還有個浴缸，備了一次性泡澡袋，很實用。（浴缸有點輕，要稍微扶一下更安全）。送站服務是8點開始，如果時間比較緊的話，建議跟酒店確認好時間更穩妥，實際上是師傅8點上班，車開到大門口放好行李出發，還得再加幾分鐘。送站是雲和夜泊的車和司機，因為時間緊，我們和另一組客人已經有點着急了，師傅笑眯眯的讓我們高興的話可以給個好評，我實在是衹能尬笑，寧可自己提早點打個車。總的來説淡季價格性價比還是相當高的，接送站是免費的所以也不能要求更多，根據自己的時間合理安排吧。

Very modern, clean and functional hotel. Best advantage is that it is within walking distance to the Lanzhou West train station. Great location to be based from with easy access to all the nice tourist attractions. The staff also very welcoming and responsive. Would stay here again if I come back to Lanzhou

Love the room design and grateful for the free treats. The location is around 10mins walk to the lanzhou west train station, however during my stay there, part of the road was under construction, so it wasn't the most easiest to get around especially when the round overhead bridge only had stairs. Nearby there are lots of malls and place to eat. For the room itself, despite the cosy ambience, it rirks of smoke smell especially on my first day. At night, it's even worst as the air filter started leaking more cigarettes stench into my room. There is also no hairdryer provided. And what happened to the mountain view room I was supposed to have? The view outside is just the road and some dirty cityscapes. I was so looking forward to that 🫤. I was also locked out of my room after the first night, and luckily one of the cleaner helped me unlock my room and save me from making another trip down to the receptionist. Overall I will still recommend a stay.

我來點評@@@ 正好碰上酒店搞活動，就定了星空房！ 打開了天花板上的天窗卻沒看到星空🌌🌌🌌…就白花花的牆頂…不知道是不是我入住的時間不好😂😂 酒店大堂內飾很國風！服務也不錯，進出門的時候問候很殷勤👍 房間都帶取電卡，出入很便利！不過房間內的空調製熱都不能使用，冬天只有地熱！需要調節温度要告訴前台！ 洗漱區的台盆使用很舒適！ 房間裏有冰箱&小米電子秤，冰箱沒插電，客人可以自己決定用不用！電子秤就不行了！🔋🔋🔋電池沒電了！ 早飯在東塔地下一層，現在當地平均温度都已經零下了。早飯時候只有加熱燈完全不夠，感覺配個電磁爐更好！ 提示：蘭州老街區間內有三家酒店，應該都是麗呈旗下的！本人住過兩家（見照片）早飯都是在璞硯吃的。相同的是，都沒有智能系統；都有電熱馬桶🚽所以橫向來看，璞硯是高奢版，房間裏都鋪了地毯，凡裏而美是平替版，普通地板。

This beautiful boutique was our little heaven and refuge for us during our roadtrip through China. What made our stay outstanding was the wonderful welcome and the invaluable help we got from Suzy, our English speaking host and one of the supervisors. Her English is amazing and she sorted out all our problems and fulfilled all our wishes we had. Rarely had such an excellent support , she made our stay in Lanzhou one we will remember 🙏 Apart from this the hotel is brand new, beautifully designed (we loved the smell in the lobby!!) and had really everything we needed (an amazing laundry room too !!). We stayed much longer than we intended. Thank you so much. Greetings from the “Italians” ;-))

We had a amazing stay. Lovely beds, shower and the food for breakfast was delicious and had such variation! The staff were incredibly helpful. Li Wenqiao was particularly superb!! He went out of his way to help us we any questions and needs we had during our stay (often before we even had the chance to ask!). This included sorting us out car hires in Lanzhou and beyond. Despite the language barrier he made a sincere effort to make us feel welcome and check we understood everything we needed to know. Wang Naipeng was also amazingly helpful! Coming to the rescue when we ordered takeout to completely the wrong place 😂 We wish were returning to Lanzhou again soon, so we could stay in the hotel again! :)

位置可以，能看見黃河，硬件設施也不錯 酒店的位置非常便利，緊鄰白塔山，出行特別方便。周圍還有很多餐廳和購物中心，無論是商務出差還是休閑旅遊，都是一個絕佳的選擇。 房間設施： 房間非常寬敞明亮，設計現代且充滿温馨感。床鋪超級舒適，讓我每晚都能享受到優質的睡眠。，真的感覺賓至如歸。 衞生狀況： 酒店的衞生做得非常到位，無論是房間還是公共區域，都保持得一塵不染。特別感謝清潔人員的辛勤工作，讓我們能在一個乾淨舒適的環境中度過每一天。 服務質量： 前台和服務人員都非常友好和專業，每次遇到問題都能得到及時且滿意的解決。特別要提到的是小潘同志，他的細心和熱情讓我印象深刻。

連住了三天，各個方面都非常滿意。原本衹預訂了一天，續訂一天又續訂一天，喜歡的捨不得離開。 首先進入酒店大廳辦理入住，前台工作人員熱情的倒了一杯熱茶，辦理入住也非常迅速，很快來到了房間。 打開房間瞬間感覺非常開闊，設計佈局都非常自然。 房間裏全智能，有非常可愛的小度，開燈、開電視、開窗簾等，喊小度就可以了，也可以和小度聊天。外賣有機器人送，缺少物品有機器人送，住了三天，機器人來了九次，好喜歡可愛的機器人。 晚上還有夜間水果和牛奶。 早餐更是非常棒，每天都吃撐。不過起床吃早餐也是個困難事，因為床太舒服了。 最後，閑着沒事，畫了一個房間平面圖。畫的不好，隨便玩玩，將就看看。實際面積比我畫的再大一點，我測量的有點誤差。

設施：入住很滿意，房間都是小度智能設施，酒店設計很獨特，預訂時顯示低碳酒店，小度如果感應不到房間會自動斷電，很環保，也很安全，電視很大，可以投屏，馬桶自動加熱自動沖水，房間熱水很快，水流也剛好，洗護用品味道很好聞，很喜歡。 衞生：床品乾淨整潔，衞生乾淨，客房阿姨很温柔，毛巾好用，拖鞋也很舒服，退房前台免費送了一雙，太讚了 環境：大廳環境很好，位置在奧體中心旁邊，晚上夜景不錯 服務：服務沒得説，入住之後前台貼心的問了房間入住感受，還貼心的多送了兩瓶礦泉水和耳塞，有什麼問題都會第一時間解答，非常滿意 當地伴手禮:當地三炮台很好喝，前台多送了兩包，所以必須好評，下次還要來這家店住

I had excellent experience with this hotel. Its staff is very kind and friendly. One staff member even helped us do the laundry and deliver the dried clothes to our room. I have never seen such service at any other hotels. If I revisit Lanzhou, I would choose this hotel again.
