Hotel Lanzhou dengan Sarapan

Stayed here on two separate occasions for a total of 3 nights. The location is great, right in the old town and it’s a lovely area to explore although it’s about 8-10km from the main downtown area (not a problem for me). Staff were very friendly and gave me their WeChat upon arrival so I could contact them if I needed anything. Room was clean and had everything I needed although a fridge would be nice! Decent breakfast too.

突然想起你，打個招呼～ 環境：好吧。正 服務：真的挖到寶了！本來隨便訂一家，結果體驗遠超預期。到店前台主動幫忙提行李，還耐心講了周邊地鐵和美食。房間一塵不染沒異味，衞生間乾濕分離、熱水秒出，床墊軟硬剛好，隔音也好，一覺睡到天亮。打電話要枕頭不到5分鐘送到。早餐中西都有，現煮麪挺地道。這個價位能住成這樣太值了，下次來這座城市還認準這家。

這次通過攜程預訂入住，整趟旅途最加分、最讓人感動的，就是酒店前台小王的服務！全程衹誇服務，真心值得所有人看到，必須認認真真寫一篇千字長評專門表揚小王。剛抵達酒店的時候一路奔波，身心都很疲憊，本來衹是想簡單辦理入住休息，沒想到被前台小王的服務徹底治癒。進門第一時間小王就主動微笑問好，態度温柔真誠，待人非常親和，完全沒有敷衍、沒有套路式的客套，讓人一瞬間卸下所有疲憊。辦理入住過程超級專業高效，核對攜程訂單、登記訊息、制卡講解一氣呵成，速度很快，完全不用久等，極大提升了入住體驗。最難得的是小王特別細心、特別有耐心。辦完入住沒有草草結束服務，而是逐項細緻講解酒店所有注意事項，包括早餐時段、電梯使用、網絡連接、行李寄存、自助設備使用方法，所有細節都講得清清楚楚。得知我對周邊不熟悉，小王還貼心、耐心地介紹附近出行路線、吃飯逛街的地方，給出非常實用的出行建議，服務細緻入微，讓人感覺特別安心靠譜。入住整段時間，我多次前往前台諮詢各種瑣碎小事，不管是人多忙碌的高峯期，還是空閑時段，小王始終保持温柔耐心、態度始終如一。諮詢問題認真傾聽、逐條細緻解答，不急躁、不敷衍、不推諉。遇到我臨時提出的各種需求，小王都會盡力幫忙協調，換位思考、貼心周到，服務特別有温度。中途我有臨時調整行程、諮詢延時退房、諮詢開票流程、寄存多件行李、詢問出行規劃等多項瑣碎需求，小王每一次都耐心對接、高效處理，響應及時、態度温柔，處理事情有條不紊、專業度拉滿。哪怕前台客流量大、工作繁雜，小王依舊保持良好狀態，服務細緻到位、禮貌得體、分寸感絕佳，熱情但不過度，貼心又不打擾，服務質感遠超同價位酒店。最讓我感動的是小王認真負責、真誠待人的服務態度。很多酒店前台衹是機械完成工作，而小王是真正把服務放在心上，對待每一位客人都用心、細心、有耐心，把簡單的前台工作做到極致。遇到問題積極解決、主動跟進，遇事不慌不亂，溝通温柔順暢，讓人在陌生的城市感受到滿滿的善意和温暖。從入住接待、全程諮詢、需求協調到最後退房離店，小王全程服務在線，態度始終如一。退房辦理快速高效，還主動問候入住體驗、温馨叮囑出行安全，收尾服務同樣滿分。一家酒店最好的招牌從來不是硬件，而是像小王這樣真誠、耐心、負責、温暖的服務人員。小王專業、温柔、細心、敬業，服務無可挑剔，真的讓這趟旅途變得特別治癒。真心實名錶揚前台小王，當之無愧的滿分服務！下次再來本地，一定還選擇這家酒店，也強烈推薦所有人入住

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, I had issues in another city so I had to go back to Lanzhou and I made my reservation in the last minute for just one night and the staff were very, very helpful! This was the best hotel we've stayed so far in this trip to China, everything was very clean and new, spotless! The breakfast was very good as well and It is very close to the airport. I want to point one specific staff member that was very helpful, and her name is Cassy, she understood how tired we were after all unexpected events during the course of this day, It was late in the night when we arrived and she always had solutions to help us, she even gave me some tips to what to do in Lanzhou and made updates and answered any doubt I had, she also secured a late check out so we could have more time do rest., Even when she seemed very busy she was able to make time to help us. . I feel so much gratitude for her and the staff. Thanks!

The place is really comfortable to stay in - the pillows are amazing and the soundproofing is great too. Everyone in my family loves it.

This is a very nice hotel right on a pedestrian street lined with food stalls and restaurants. At night mobile food carts get rolled in and positioned along the center of the street adding yet more food choices! In addition to this, just a short walk away is a huge pedestrian shopping street along with an underground shopping complex accessed through street level escallators. Although the hotel is on a pedestrian street it is really just about 3/4 block from a street with vehicle access. This hotel is a bit difficult to find though, because individual street address numbers are difficult to find. The best thing is to look for a huge Hanting Hotel logo on the right side of the pedestrian street as you head up from the traffic street along the river. The sign is blue with a white horse! The entrance to the hotel itself looks more as if you are entering a coffee shop because of the street entrance signage. But power past all the tables for people having coffee, and you can find the hotel front desk at the back. As mentioned before, the hotel is quite close to the Yellow River and just a short walk to the ”Iron Bridge” (AKA Zhongshan Bridge) and all that neighborhood offers! One drawback to the hotel is that to get into the entrance there are some narrow steps. Level entrances are always best! Yet, I would definitely stay in this hotel again! (And when you are in Lanzhou, be sure to try Lanzhou Beef Noodles!)

We arrived very early in the morning and could directly check-in which was really good gesture. Hotel has good location, the main attraction are 5-15 minutes walking distance. Rooms are clean. Small suggestion would be to add some hangers in the shower for clothes and towels

they are so helpful even when i want to order food delivery and dont have phone number. the room is so spacious and modern. it is also near train station

The location is nice, very close to every tourist spots and train station. They have transfer service from the hotel to the train station. The service is just like other 4-5 star hotels, nothing bad nor good. Amenities are quite new and clean. The best part of this hotel is still its location.

The hotel is close to a high speed train station and underground station. Very convenient for traveling. The hotel also provides transfer to and from the High Speed Train Station. It is not too short to walk to with luggage but too short for a taxi ride. Hence, the transfer takes away this embarrassing problem. Generally I like the hotel. Breakfast is very good indeed. The ladies at the Reception were helpful but could be more friendly with a smile. They seem too official.
