The rooms have a certain smell and are not properly cleaned. Location is good though.

Receptionist was rude to us and gave attitude. Insisted that i had only booked one room but later on only found the other room tht i had booked as well. NO HOT WATER to shower in, mosquitoes everywhere, baby cockroach came out a few times, bedside light was not working, TV not working as well, room does not ever look like the rooms that they have posted on the website. Only positive thing about the hotel is the security guard, night shift security guard is probably the only nice guy in the hotel. Would probably only go there to visit the night guard but would not stay there again. Horrible experience -10/10.

Went to Ilocos Norte for a research work and Viven hotel was highly recommended by my colleagues. Since my team only need to work on a few things in the area, we stayed overnight only. It looks like the hotel is a bit old but it still well kept. Staffs were all accommodating, rooms feels safe and secured. The hotel is perfectly located near the mall which makes it easy to run errands if needed. Anyhow, I hope to have the chance to go back to Ilocos Norte and if that happens, I will definitely stay here again. PS. I was not able to take any photos for my team was dead tired when we arrived and had to be early the next day for work.

Unpleasant, very hot room, not even allowed to have 2 key cards without a price. Untidy cr (no tiles) - the worst stay in my business travel. If you are a traveller, this hotel has no parking lot, though they will allow you to park along roadsides in front and across the hotel. Hotel crew from front desk down to the guards must have a proper training to improve their hospitality.
