This a new hotel, good location, great breakfast selection and quick and friendly check in at reception especially the Xiao Wang, Xiaosun and Xiao Zhang gives a helpful and detailed how to tour Qinghai.

Beautiful hotel and surrounding location, quiet and relaxing atmosphere, rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very accommodating.

Qing Hai Lake is beautiful, even when it's frozen in the winter. Room service was timely and the breakfast was fresh & healthy served with a cup of frothy warm milk. The best view was over the lake right after sunrise.

The service, management of the hotel was awesome. We welcomed by warmed reception team. They arrange nice room with lake view which makes us crazy:)
The lobby bar and the staffs are very good. The location of the hotel is also great If you have car:)
However the only part which we did not like is the management of the restaurant. We decided to have dinner at hotel’s restaurant for the 1st night but th foods are very expensive, service is very slow. Its totally different atmosphere and feeling compare with rest of the hotel complex.
But we still enjoy very much and planning to come again…
