Good only if you wanna stay for a night going to airport because it's nearby, the place is clean the only downside is that the tv wasn't working.

Nice hotel, good service, cheap price.. Outlets and malls around (300 m) Airport (10 min taxi , 200P)

Only tissue roll and towel is provided. No TV and telephone to call reception. Door lock and toilet seat is faulty and water is very slow. Soap dispenser does not have labels, you wont be able to know which is which. Water dispenser is provided only at the main lobby, you have to go down and get if you need it but you have to bring your own containers. Room is small, not accommodating for travellers with kids. Location wise not that bad as there are malls nearby. Near to airport but not a value for money. In summary, needs a lot of improvements. Not coming back.

Rest Room was not clean. Aircondition was very noisy. Towel smells musty. I don't want to visit again.

It’s good for its price!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped foot into the grand lobby, I was embraced by an atmosphere of elegance and warmth.

Aircon was too loud and not cold enough. Had to call front desk twice just to clean the aircon. Front desk person was unapproachable and rude as well. Bad customer service, definitely not going back there again.

Elevator need to fix

The room stinks terribly and is terribly dirty. I do not recommend this hotel. There is simply no brush in the toilet, there is no question of paper.

Security guards we're very nise.strong. And muscular. Thank you for carrying my bags. New elevator was a great addition.room was small but clean

Too noisy. The rooms are OK but there is much noise from the road, motorbikes trucks etc. doubt u can sleep! The front desk super friendly!

Badly located and inconvenient. Far from everything. Room smells and no coffee shop and restaurant in the hotel. Bad service and experience. Not recommend this hotel.

I booked beyond their day'a check in time (14:00-20:00), then Trip.com app booked me on the same day when I booked 21:51 of jul. 28. And the instructions didn'f even highlight that I booked on the same day. Other apps do warn me or notify me whenever they have this situation (booking done beyond the check in time). Other apps even automatically set the booking day to next day (since the booking time is beyond the check-in time frame). I am so disappointed! I have asked for assistance to rebook on other dates, or have a refund, but to no avail. They unfortunately have some no refund policy. Called the hotel but they are as cold as ice in wanting to help me. It's very unfair. So disappointing!
