This is off the ***** but is a short drive to everything. The photos of the rooms from reviews are pretty old here but surprisingly everything was new when we stayed. Everything was updated and very clean. If you like to play there is an assortment of machined and tables to play. It also has a bowling and arcade on the 2nd floor for kids. Overall a good stay and budget friendly too. The only thing I didn’t like is there was no lock for the bathroom and the door was a sliding type one so there was a gap.

Excellent location! Chose this hotel as it was one of the dropoff location for airport shuttles and Grand Canyon tour 👍
Beside Mirage and opp Venetian. So convenient!
Paid extra for a room with ***** view. Checked in and realised the view was blocked by the advertisement banner (refer pic 2) even though the checkin staff told us our room had a fantastic view. 😓 Was quite upset and husband suggested changing room. So i called reception and they told us to head down for a room change. Showed them the blocked view (refer pic 1) and they changed the room immediately 👏
Room was clean with dated furnishings. Bathroom slippers not provided so pls bring your own.

After staying at Encore, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else! I’ve been going to Vegas since I was 5 years old and have seen the drastic changes the city has gone through for the past 4 decades. I’ve stayed at every hotel on the ***** and somehow had avoided Encore until this stay because I thought the location was a bit away from the center of the *****. However, Encore is now my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a nice view of the Sphere. I could check everything from the tablet in the room and make reservations in a few min. You can do everything within Wynn/Encore. It’s not crazy packed like Bellagio with non-staying guests coming in and out. Its a more private a**osphere with guests staying at the hotel and mostly classy people. Everything inside is built with precision and convenience for guests to jump in and jump out of the rooms for a comfortable stay. Whether it’s going to the pool, playing games, dining, walking to Wynn, betting on the sports book - everything was super convenient. For me, how we spend quality time is more valuable than money we might win. I will stay here again on my next visit.

Location of the property is great, right next to Hermes and other high end shops. Museum of Illusion and Arte Museum are right outside the ******/hotel. Unfortunately their gym hours were modified during holiday season, yet, we will still charged the full resort fee amount. Food court has some good options but wish those shops could have stayed open longer.

Hotel compound is huge and there's a ****** right at the hotel. Food options were amazing, you could basically settle most meals in the hotel without travelling out. It is also connected to another mall/hotel, so plenty of options around. Room is huge and clean, and you get certain resort dollars to offset your dining spend during your stay.

I can't possibly express how extraordinary this property and its staff are.. I took a big gamble and placed 6 of our business team here over a conference week even though it was a brand newly rolled out hotel and ****** (which can be problematic typically until they can smooth things out with a bit of time under their belts) but not here! From the very moment we arrived we have been treated like VVIPs in every single way by each and every staff member across the board starting with extraordinary automatic upgrades for our entire team by the utterly charming front desk clerks to absolutely beautifully appointed two room Royal Suites with fantastic views of The ***** and Sphere. The location for anyone attending the Convention Center is one of the best possible placements on the entire ***** and is an easy convenient walk back and forth. The ****** is one of the nicest that we have ever gambled in with gorgeous custom made and super comfortable table seating (just 5 to a blackjack table vs being crammed with 6) with high caliber dealers and pit bosses. The dining options are absolutely first class and exceed expectations in every way with an incredibly varied selection of options that did not disappoint a single time throughout our weeklong stay. Dons Prime stands out as not only the best steakhouse experience in Las Vegas but was voted by our group as one of the top ten restaurants we had all dined in EVER (and that's a high bar with this well traveled group)... Even the food court was exceptional with fantastic made to order bagel sandwiches in the mornings and fabulous pizza as a quick afternoon snack. The cocktail staff was also some of the best that we have experienced as well .. Special mentions go to the lovely lovely ladies at the utterly stunning Bleau Bar positioned at the epicenter of the ******. The girls that assist you with finding a table at this bar go above and beyond to accommodate in even the most hectic of circumstances and work really hard to stay on top of the table turns to move patrons through swiftly and flawlessly to make way for new guests. We experienced them twice and were blown away by how hard they worked to secure lovely seating for our group both times. I truly can't say enough good about this entire experience and we are now firm converts from our previous favorite Aria and are now 100% Team Fontainebleau any time we are in Vegas. Can't wait to return ! Well done on what had to be one very difficult road to get open and staffed to such a flawless effect.

Great place to spend a few days in Las Vegas. The location, atmosphere, security, and vibe are all excellent. The facilities are a bit outdated, but they are still good. The cleanliness is satisfactory, and the staff who handle it are friendly and make up for it. I can definitely recommend Excalibur for a stay!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe hotel was clean and decorated. The location of the hotel is excellent, you go through the mall straight to the *****. The hotel made a mistake and charged us more than it should have. When we noticed this, the hotel took care of it and when we checked out we received confirmation that the matter was taken care of.
PPengguna TetamuREAD THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you don’t notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didn’t think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, it’s highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldn’t even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how it’s not their fault. Even though there’s a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldn’t give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.
PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was average. The room was a bit like a Premier Inn but not as good as there were no tea or coffee making facilities. Water was provided but only in two very small bottles - apart from being stingy this uses a lot of plastic, why can't water be provided in a large glass bottle or have places where you can refill your water in the hotel? I had to move rooms - I was in 20777 Canyon Tower and the fire alarm had a green flashing light which lit up the whole room and kept me awake, it was also cold in the room, I tried turning up the thermostat but it didn't help, and then the light on that kept going on and off too. It would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the rooms. There was also chewing gum in the bathroom bin making me unsure of how clean everything was. The second room 20877 was fine, no flashing light, clean, and warm (photos are of this rooms bathroom). The hotel staff were friendly and moved me with no problem. Also, bear in mind the hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, not the best for a good nights sleep. The Kitchen did a good breakfast.
PPengguna TetamuMy stay at NY, NY was great. The ease of checking in was great using the kiosk because lines were long and we had a long flight. Though our room was down the hall, and around the corner and down the hall and around the corner, it was worth the walk. The only thing was we did not have a microwave or a frig which I believe is because we booked through a 3rd party (not sure). I have stayed at other MGM resorts and never had this but it was okay because we were never in the room due to the convention. The only 2 complaints that I have one which is a minor one is the service we received at the Starbucks near the concierge desk/main lobby was not the best. They forgot my lemon loaf and was confused about it when I asked for it (she was concerned about the points we were using and never took our name). However, the one near the Swatch store was much better, less crowded and more friendlier. Secondly, the feeling I received from one of your guests members at the concierge's desk. I was standing in line waiting to ask a question about airport transportation, and the clerk made eye contact with me and then proceeded to look down at his computer. This went on a few more times. A caucasian couple come up behind me, we spoke and stood patiently waiting our turn and the clerk never addresses us. His colleague walked over to get something from the printer and glanced at him. When he finished, I was motioned to come up to the desk, and immediately the other caucasian clerk called the couple up to the desk. I was a little offended but I simply whispered a prayer that God would soften his heart. Now back to a more positive note....We also ate at Tom's Watch Bar, service was great, food was delicious and the vibes were good. For the little ones and the little ones at heart, visit the Hello Kitty Truck located outside between NY, NY and The Park MGM. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can't get into the MGM or Signature.
GGiulia_xx_The room was modern and clean and the bed very comfortable. We loved the swimming pools! A lot of dining and shops options as well. We definitely recommend this hotel!
EExpatMade my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.
AAmerican solo travelerThe good: fresh crisp bright white linens, the buffet, the customer service, pool, parking facility with active security presence
The bad: bathroom cleanliness upon arrival (better after first day room freshen up, though), the elevators (stayed in Purple Elevator section… 2 didn’t work, the two that did were shaky and took forever), no in room refrigerator, phone didn’t work,
Overall good stay. Would return
PPengguna TetamuI liked the location of The Orleans because it was off-strip and easy to get to and from it. For the most part, there was enough parking except on Friday and Saturday night when the ****** was pretty busy, but there was still parking to be found. My check-in was a little frustrating because there was a large line at the guest desk but only one clerk checking guests in. There was a second clerk overseeing some self check in kiosks. I went to an open one, but the clerk was helping two other guests who were having trouble checking in. The instructions for the ID scanning were not clear so I struggled with getting it to work. When the clerk finished with the other two struggling guest, she walked away. Another guest helped me figure out the kiosk access and I was able to get checked in. The ****** smelled very heavily of cigarette smoke. I understand people are allowed to smoke in casinos, but i didn't notice such a heavy smoke smell in other casinos I visited, and in order to get to and from my room, I had to walk through the smokiness. I just chalked this up to being Vegas. The hallways and my room were clean. The room was nicely decorated, except the bathroom. The bedroom looked fairly new, but the bathroom had old tile, old fixtures, and the bathtub had old caulking that was cracking and moldy. My sink had a backup issue and smelled bad. The AC unit was did not seem to be functioning because it would only kick on at lower temps causing the room to get really cold. On Friday night, as I was returning to my room, a security guard sitting near the elevators asked me where my door card was. It caught off guard because there were many other guests coming and going from the elevators. I had a couple items in my hands and my door card was in my wallet. I told him I had it and he abruptly told me he needed to see it as he was leaning back in his chair behind a podium style desk. It took me a few moments to get the card and I showed it to him. He said, ”ok”, with nothing else. I was a bit surprised and a little embarrassed because people were looking at us. His abruptness suggested I shouldn't have been there. Plus side... there are some fast food options in the food court. The Fudd Ruckers offered breakfast items at a decent price. I picked The Orleans because it had a good rating and decent prices. I won't stay here again, but I can see why it can a value hotel to stay at.
EEricI recently had the pleasure of staying at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the vibrant atmosphere and the iconic setting. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, setting the stage for a fantastic stay.
The room was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, with breathtaking views of the Las Vegas skyline. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, making it easy to relax and recharge after a day of exploring the *****. The room’s amenities, including the large flat-screen TV and fast Wi-Fi, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.
One of the highlights of my visit was the incredible range of dining options available at The STRAT. Whether I was in the mood for a quick bite or a gourmet meal, there was something to satisfy every craving. The STRAT Café offered delicious, well-prepared meals, and the Top of the World restaurant provided an unparalleled dining experience with 360-degree views of Las Vegas.
The ****** was lively and full of energy, offering a wide variety of games and slots to keep me entertained for hours. The hotel’s entertainment options were also top-notch, with great shows and attractions that added to the excitement of my stay.
Of course, the absolute highlight was the SkyPod and the thrilling rides at the top of the tower. The views from the observation deck were simply stunning, and the adrenaline-pumping rides were an experience I’ll never forget!
Overall, my stay at The STRAT Hotel, ****** & Tower was everything I could have hoped for and more. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exceptional dining, exciting entertainment, and world-class views made for an incredible Las Vegas experience. I highly recommend The STRAT to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Las Vegas, and I can’t wait to return!
