I asked for a non smoking room and reserved it in 3 weeks in advance and when I arrived they said that unfortunately they were out of non smoking rooms they were all booked and I got there on time .. It was a unexpected experience I never received that type of service

The room is clean. I asked for a daily clean-up, and the room was cleaned up every day; of course, tips are expected. I booked a ***** view room. I could see the Ceaser Hotel right in front of my big window. The downside of having such a ***** view room is โdiscoโ noise all night long. I stayed on the 12th floor, but I was woken up by the music every night many times per night. There is no coffee pot as expected. A mini fridge is very cold, enough to keep โdrinksโ.
Check-in is about 30 mins on the line, the check-in procedures are quick, about 10 mins. I did not use the check-kiosk to do self-check-in. I used the self-checkout kiosk and it was quick.
The location is at the center of the *****. Very convenient to get everywhere. Food and restaurants are plenty around the hotel.
Please note that if you stay in any hotel on the ***** with ******, you will have to pay additional tax on top of the room rate.

I visit Las Vegas a lot, but never alone. This is my first solo trip and my first stay in Horseshoe/Bally's. I would say this would have to be one of my best trips. Staying in Horseshoe made it even better. When I arrived at the registration desk there were only 1 employee helping customers with the check-ins. There were a bunch of self check-in kiosks, which I don't mind.
The kiosk was straight forward and took me about 5 minutes to check myself in. When I got to my room, I liked what I saw. You get a lot of space and floor to ceiling windows. Make sure to bring your own soap for the foam bath because they don't supply it.
If you're into ******** the ****** is a nice size. Very little options for restaurants and bars in the hotel, but no worries. The Horseshoe is conveniently located to all of the hot spots. Once you exit the hotel you're minutes away from all of the great food and some terrible ones๐

I will definitely stay here again just for the location and of course the cost. I had a great deal because my trip was on the weekdays.

I took my mom for a significant life event and went to the nines with upgrades and it was worth it. She has a really good time in the space. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and even gave her a red rose because it was Valentineโs Day. The staff members were helpful directing us to the elevator to our room, and during check out they asked how it went. We enjoyed the extravagant and grand decorations from ***** New Year as well. I have nothing bad to say and all the excellent compliments to give this hotel. Highly recommend.

We did a timeshare exchange for our week here. Beautiful resort. Spacious, clean, and quiet rooms. We had a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen. The resort is right off the ***** next to Planet Hollywood and Aria. It's an easy walk to Bellagio, Caesar's Palace, Paris and Flamingo. My only complaint is that you can't bring your own drinks or food to the pool. I get it. They want you to buy their own food and drinks, but this is a timeshare resort, not just a hotel. You should be able to prepare your own food and drinks and consume them anywhere at the property, not just your own room. Hence the four stars only. But I would still recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Las Vegas with a timeshare exchange.

At first, the hotel gives off an older vibe, especially with the outdated ******. However, the rooms are completely renovated, with modern decor and a tasteful design, making them very beautiful and comfortable. One great feature is the securityโyou have to present a room key to access the floors with guest rooms, which adds an extra layer of safety. Overall, it was a good experience, especially considering the price.

Being here for an extended stay, I was very pleased to be welcomed by Dre (the front desk receptionist). He is very hospitable, and always has a smile on his face. From coming down to breakfast at 6:30am, to having dinner at 7pm, he is always eager to make our stay more pleasurable.

I really enjoy the live Keno there and the fact that it's one of or possibly the only places in Vegas that runs Keno 24/7.
The ***** are hit or miss. I seem to win a bit more than I lose. The rooms are really nice. I always get a room w a king size bed and a view of the *****. The room has a nice little side area w small couch a nice comfy chair.lose

The hotel made a mistake and charged us more than it should have. When we noticed this, the hotel took care of it and when we checked out we received confirmation that the matter was taken care of.

PPengguna TetamuREAD THIS BEFORE BOOKING! This hotel tries to charge you double resort fee hoping you donโt notice. We were told we can express check out and just drop the key, and then they will automatically charge your credit card on file. Thank goodness we clicked into bill details at express checkout before we left and found the double charge. We had read reviews ahead of time that they double charge resort fee, but just didnโt think it could be true for a 5 star resort. We had to line up at the check out desk to inquire the situation. The manager at the check out desk, Tony was very rude and blamed it on a system glitch, which sounds like complete BS since why would it even be a possible selection to double charge a room for resort fee in the first place, itโs highly suspicious. We are extremely disappointed in this hotel, they wouldnโt even acknowledge an apology and said that even if we paid they would catch it afterwards and refund our money, lots of walking around the double charge and how itโs not their fault. Even though thereโs a bunch of reviews saying the customer has called and called and the resort wouldnโt give back the double charge. If they had just apologized and said it was their mistake, it would have been okay. The manager made it seem like they were doing us a favor by reversing the double charge. I would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel for this obvious scam and poor service from the manager.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel was average. The room was a bit like a Premier Inn but not as good as there were no tea or coffee making facilities. Water was provided but only in two very small bottles - apart from being stingy this uses a lot of plastic, why can't water be provided in a large glass bottle or have places where you can refill your water in the hotel? I had to move rooms - I was in 20777 Canyon Tower and the fire alarm had a green flashing light which lit up the whole room and kept me awake, it was also cold in the room, I tried turning up the thermostat but it didn't help, and then the light on that kept going on and off too. It would have been nice if there were extra blankets in the rooms. There was also chewing gum in the bathroom bin making me unsure of how clean everything was. The second room 20877 was fine, no flashing light, clean, and warm (photos are of this rooms bathroom). The hotel staff were friendly and moved me with no problem. Also, bear in mind the hotel is close to the airport and the planes are very loud, not the best for a good nights sleep. The Kitchen did a good breakfast.

PPengguna TetamuMy stay at NY, NY was great. The ease of checking in was great using the kiosk because lines were long and we had a long flight. Though our room was down the hall, and around the corner and down the hall and around the corner, it was worth the walk. The only thing was we did not have a microwave or a frig which I believe is because we booked through a 3rd party (not sure). I have stayed at other MGM resorts and never had this but it was okay because we were never in the room due to the convention. The only 2 complaints that I have one which is a minor one is the service we received at the Starbucks near the concierge desk/main lobby was not the best. They forgot my lemon loaf and was confused about it when I asked for it (she was concerned about the points we were using and never took our name). However, the one near the Swatch store was much better, less crowded and more friendlier. Secondly, the feeling I received from one of your guests members at the concierge's desk. I was standing in line waiting to ask a question about airport transportation, and the clerk made eye contact with me and then proceeded to look down at his computer. This went on a few more times. A caucasian couple come up behind me, we spoke and stood patiently waiting our turn and the clerk never addresses us. His colleague walked over to get something from the printer and glanced at him. When he finished, I was motioned to come up to the desk, and immediately the other caucasian clerk called the couple up to the desk. I was a little offended but I simply whispered a prayer that God would soften his heart. Now back to a more positive note....We also ate at Tom's Watch Bar, service was great, food was delicious and the vibes were good. For the little ones and the little ones at heart, visit the Hello Kitty Truck located outside between NY, NY and The Park MGM. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can't get into the MGM or Signature.

NNatalie XThe check in process was quick and even though the hotel is huge there are plenty of signs to find your way to the right elevators and get to your room. The room was really nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. However when we went to use the shower as soon as I touched the handle it broke so I suspect the previous occupants broke it and just placed it back together. I called the front desk right away and they said someone would be right up .... we waited about half hour and then called again and spoke to someone else who said the carpenters dont work at night so no one was coming and they will fix it the next day... we were only staying the one night and she said not to worry when we checkout we wont be charged for it, but it was annoying having a broken shower handle and having to wait around for someone that obviously was never coming. Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be released so hoping they havent now charged me for what was already broken.
We enjoyed the ****** and food options in the Luxor. But when we checked out the next morning they said they would help us out with some vouchers and they sold us on discounted tickets to see cirqu du solei. After we paid for the tickets we were told we would receive an extra discount/partial refund and have to pick up the tickets by going to another location and listening to a presentation. He told us not to answer any questions to make it as quick as possible so should only take an hour. I admit we thought this was strange but he told us the hotel had opened a new resort and this wad just there way of trying to get everyone to see it and hope they will stay in the new resort in the future. So we got an uber to the place and it seemed dodgy, the staff ushered us in and gave us a form to complete, I refused to tell them how much we earned and they didnt like that. So after another lady came over and tried to convince us to tell them they accepted we wouldnt tell them but they said they wouldnt give us the presentation or our gifts because of it. We filled in another form or declaration and managed to get our money back but the whole experience was horrible and was a huge scam. 100% avoid any vouchers or discounts as the hotel staff are just trying to hustle you and get all your information, it is a pyramid scheme trying to sell time shares and we were lucky we got out of it, although it was not an enjoyable part of our holiday and the uber ride there and back was a waste of money.
I wouldnt stay here again. There are nicer hotels and resorts all along the ***** that are in better locations.

DDeanThis is one of the most confusing, poorly signed hotels I've ever been to. Vegas is a busy place and there's so much confusion as to where to go, which section your room is in, and how to get to the parking. The parking is like a maze of poorly signed confusion. The staff are also overwhelmed and don't always have time to help you properly. No room cleaning unless you specifically request it. The one good thing is its location North ***** opposite Ceasers Palace which has better signage and isn't as confusing.

Gimnasium serba lengkap, tetapi kaunter penerimaan tetamu perlu bercakap dengan bilik sebelum ia boleh dibersihkan. MMizz KWe had a really great time. It was just me and my 12 year old daughter for a little staycation. There were a little things here and there and Iโm not trying to be a Karen. The tall lamp near the window didnโt work. There were fingerprints on the windows, there was dust everywhere. The mattress was not that comfortable. It seems very stiff to me however, itโs probably because Iโm used to my premium mattress at home . I woke up with an extremely sore back . They have a coffee machine there for you to use and they put water next to it but they want you to pay three dollars to use that water to make your coffee which doesnโt make sense and then when I asked the maid down the hall if you have the small little bottles of the Aliante Water. (which were placed in a previous room when I stay there a month ago.) they said no thereโs the life water there for you to use- again three dollars. Yes I guess I could go to the bathroom sink and use bathroom water to make my coffee.
๏ฟผ then of course the pool -we get downstairs to go in the pool and the water was so cold. My daughter refused to go in it., the reason why we booked a staycation was to have a nice pool day before it started getting cooler in Vegas. Like it wasnโt heated at all. We ended up staying in the Jacuzzi spa the entire time. And itโs funny because I noticed everyone that showed up that day to use the pool took a step in the pool and took a step right out of the pool and looked around like this is absolutely freezing and there was hardly anybody in the poolโIโm sure it ruined a lot of peoples day.
Other than those minor little issues we had a really great time. The food at FARM was really great, my daughter loved the robot bringing us the food. And they make really good freshly made chocolate chip cookies โค๏ธ๏ฟผ

KKazplymFabulous stay in the heart of vegas. We loved our stay here, the staff are all friendly and welcoming, the rooms spotlessly clean, the beds so comfortable, the showers hot with great pressure. Location is perfect, literally 15 mins walk into the ***** and because of this really quiet at night.the rooms must be soundproofed, because I havenโt heard any noise from other rooms, the occasional bit of traffic noise or someone talking in the corridor is all i have heard but we are on the 3rd floor so maybe its noisier downstairs, im not sure. There is a 7 11 just 2 doors up and with a fridge and coffee maker in the room this was perfect for us.
The ****** is a building beside the hotel so no noise from there either. It was my first time in a ****** and the staff were really helpful at the tables giving me tips and were so patient with me until I got the hang of it. The clientele appear to be a lot of locals who are also really nice and helpful. I would strongly recommend this place to everyone, especially first timers.
The food and drinks are reasonably priced for the area, $4 -$6 for a beer compared to $9 _ $12 everywhere else. You also gets a discount in the restaurant if you are a hotel guest. The steak special was delicous served with greens and potatoes with soup or salad.
Isabella the manager on reception was especially helpful when we had a problem with our bill which was a system glitch that had already been identified. They were aware of the problem and it was being sorted but she was so sweet and set our minds at rest. We didnโt get any maid service while we were here, maybe it needs to be requested? We didnโt mind though and reception were happy to hand out extra water, coffee cups etc.
Every staff member from security, reception, ****** employees were friendly, helpful and chatty I can only think this is also a great place to work.
