Always a pleasure to stay in this hotel even is year by year the hotel become hold and less included facility

The services was good & hotel staffs are friendly/great. Though the room A/C was old & sounds like a dinosaur and the room need a bit more of refurbishing. No room kettle/coffee machine sadly. But still a good value for money.

Great location on the *****. Like how it’s linked to walk to other hotels & the monorail is handy, cuts out a little walking time! Check in easy & staff very helpful. They even checked the notes sent to them via a third party for requests & were very accommodating with that. One downer was the luggage storage after check out. Only one person doing it all which was ridiculous for a busy weekend, therefore creating a long queue & wait time!

When I enter the room, I found a lot of hairs left on the floor especially in the bathroom. That was gross. The next day after cleaning service the hair was still there so they did not clean bathroom at all. They just change the towels. Also there were some stains left on bed sheets and pillows so I think they are not cleaned or changed. Probably because of the ******, the entire building smelled like smoke. For non-smokers, that was terrible experience. Moreover, I left my hotel room key’s paper case on the desk, but after cleaning service I found some memo which said some amount of money. Writing something down to customer’s property is not forgiven. I don’t recommend this hotel for those who care about cleanness and privacy.

Really, really outdated. Very soft bed. Vending machine stole $3. Smells like carpet cleaner. 30 minutes to check in. Would not stay again.

The room was okay and comfortable, only a bit moldy here and there.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, both Royal Tower and Resort Tower, the view of Royal Tower is better but older. Both towers are bit old but worth to stay with reasonable price. Overall staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great place to spend a few days in Las Vegas. The location, atmosphere, security, and vibe are all excellent. The facilities are a bit outdated, but they are still good. The cleanliness is satisfactory, and the staff who handle it are friendly and make up for it. I can definitely recommend Excalibur for a stay!

Nice room but with no microwave or fridge. Good cleanness but the lobby has smoking smell. Easy to checkout. Good gym but closes early. Good location.

Friendly front desk customer service. Room was cleaned, hotel has a variety of restaurants and fast food to enjoy on the upper area. Overall we had a confortable stay.

Average experience

Enjoyed staying at Excalibur. Location was great. Canyon Tours departed from the hotel. Only downside for me was the cigarette smell all through the ****** made it hard to stay downstairs and gamble. But otherwise everything else was great.
