It was convenient to access, but due to the construction of the Tropicana , the surrounding bridges were closed. They do not offer baggage storage service either before or after the stay, which was different from what was mentioned in the confirmation email. I would not have booked this hotel if I had known. The room was acceptable but outdated, and I found some trash left by previous guests.

The hotel’s amenity and facility are great. I don’t understand why people put low rating for this hotel. They do set up bottled water in room for you while the 4-star hotel i stayed with in Las Vegas before didn’t. They did their good job at OYO!

I think this is one of the best hotels for F1 Las Vegas GP. The location is good for Harmon Grand Stand sections.

Extremely dirty toilet. The hotel doesn't even send people to fix the rooms.

Love this hotel. Always clean, great View. Not a bad log for places to eat & signature drinks. It's a favorite spot.

I have to say, my stay at this hotel was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If you're thinking about booking because of the low price, let me warn you – it’s definitely not worth it. The elevators were constantly breaking down, which was incredibly frustrating. And if you're in a non-smoking room, beware! I can't imagine why someone would smoke in a non-smoking room, but if someone walks by with a cigarette, your room could be hit with a $500 charge. We actually had an issue with smoke sensor in our room while we weren’t even there, and we got a smoking violation nobody smokes in our room. We had the cleaning lady and The supervisor of housekeeping came in our room and we asked them if they smelt anything and they said no upper management wouldn’t even listen to them. Anything to make a quick buck.and despite reaching out to anyone who would listen, no one was able to help us resolve it. It felt like they were just trying to make a quick buck. To make matters worse, our toilet decided to overflow at 4 a.m., and of course, I couldn’t get anyone on the phone for help. I ended up having to get dressed and trudge down  5  flights of stairs to the check-in desk, where there were at least 10 people ahead of me, all waiting for assistance. It took them an hour and a half just to send someone up to fix our toilet. And when I got to the bathroom, I found it to be dirty and lacking water pressure When it was finally time to check out, guess what? The elevators were still out of order, and we were stuck on the fifth floor. There were at least 25 people trying to get to the lobby, and every time an elevator showed up, it was packed. The stairs only go down to the second floor, so from there, I had to walk outside, around the building, and back to the entrance. It was a total nightmare.  I have to give a shout out to the gentleman that helped me carry my stuff outside and around the building. I don’t know who you are but thank you very much. You were awesome. PEALSE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY I honestly feel like if I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you value your peace of mind, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this hotel. You will regret it!

Horrible place!! All elevators broke at the same time. So I had to walk 15 flights of stairs to my room. Room was also not clean and smelled funny. Had to ask a million times to get staff to clean room!! Do go here!!

Terrible stay. Very dirty rooms. The room smelled like beer and I discovered open beer cans in the room. Only one working elevator

The elevators of the hotel were not working and there were no signs or directions mentioning how to use the stairs. Had to walk a lot to find the way out every time. The rooms were non smoking, but could smell the smoking from rooms next through the exhaust fans. The bathroom facilities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash were not enough. Conditioner bottle was almost empty. They do not accept cash and it was not metioned any where else.

Needs an overhaul. Elevators are just awful and often only 1 elevator worked. Totally ridiculous. Air con didn’t work and I had to switch rooms . Toilet was permanently stained. Staff was good though , parking was convenient and easy (no valet is good!). Pool area is quite good, the obly area of the hotel that does not appear run down. $50 resort fee… definitely nothing to justify this charge

The front desk agent was great but the elevator to the tower did not work the whole time I was there. Big disappointment. Resort Fee and incidental fee is extremely high for a place of that caliber. I am a local that has stayed in many Resorts and this was not the right price range for this hotel. For example incidental hold for the Venetian is $150, the incidental fee for this hotel is $300. Not the nest for and hold hotel.
