This hotel looks more like a house than a hotel, so we were confused about whether it’s accommodation we had booked. But once we entered this hotel, the owner welcomed us warmly and guided us inside the building! Even though this hotel said it didn’t come with breakfast, we were able to eat free fruits and cereals! The bathroom is located outside of the room but one is prepared for each room.

Very clean and we had a great short stay! The host is very easy and polite to talk to. Highly recommended!

About a 20 minute drive from the airport and close to the bus station. The owner is kind, the room was clean and everything you needed was available. The owner was also always available and was able to give recommendations for things to do in Vancouver. The only improvement I would give is more options for breakfast but the main area was comfortable. Overall, great experience with zero issues.

It's a general B&B, not an inn like the photos shown by it, which may disguise the tourists somehow. If you've got enough money and wants to visit other places in Vancouver, I don't recommend B&B those with inadequate facilities inside the room without hairdryer, mugs, teapot and microwave.

Perfect, friendly and close to airport

The room was large, clean, beautiful, and quiet. The landlord was very nice and provided free bananas, apples, and milk. It's suitable for family travel. There are Chinese restaurants nearby and it's close to the airport. The price is affordable.

The price-performance ratio is not high. After you overslept at 11 o'clock, the landlord kept urging you to leave. He said he had to return the sheets in a hurry to welcome the next guest. It was quite impersonal. The price was expensive.

Clean and tidy, quiet. The owner is very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, a bit expensive for the location in Richmond.

The boss couple was very enthusiastic and gave many suggestions for nearby sightseeing and dining. It is very friendly to Chinese speakers who are new to the area. There is no language barrier and you can clearly get information about the attractions you want to visit. I also highly recommend the airport pick-up service. If you are arriving on the first day, I strongly recommend making an appointment to save you the trouble of finding a bus to the city. The hotel is clean, and towels, shower gel and shampoo are provided. There is also a coffee machine and fruit for you to use. It takes only five minutes to walk to the nearby food court, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping.

They have a room that doesn't seem to have air conditioning

The room is small, the mattress is too hard, the bathroom is large and clean, and there is no place to wash things in the kitchen, which is inconvenient. The accommodation experience is acceptable, and the transportation is average. It takes 8 minutes to walk to the bus station.

The environment is elegant, comfortable and pleasant. The room is fully equipped. It is very quiet and safe at night. The staff is warm and thoughtful. If there are any difficulties, they will help solve them in time. It is worth recommending to stay
