Ulasan Hyatt Place Las Vegas

I am lucky that found out later they had double-charged me by checking my bank account. Also, some of their staff is not welcoming.

Awesome place, not fancy place but very nice pool for kids. We had fun.

You could hear very loud noise because of a lot of plane flying over.

Great place for the price which can accept pets. Close but not so close to the *****

Upon arrival at the hotel, the first thing that SHOCKED me was the number of crickets that was surrounding the hotel. It was a very terrifying experience as the number was so many that you can avoid it at all. I have booked the hotel for the location and the shuttle bus to the airport. but i was told when checking in that there is no more shuttle service to the airport and none of this was communicated to me before my arrival and after my booking. We have booked the hotel due to the shuttle services available and the staff simply told us it was too bad that shuttle service is cancelled and i have to take uber myself. NO empathy at all to their guest. After checking into the room, it looked clean however the carpet was terrible. i have never been to a hotel worse than Hyatt Place. After walking bare footed for 3mins. my feet was black. The carpet was so dirty that it look like no1 has ever cleaned it. I will most certainly stay away from this hotel due to the bugs, staff and the cleanliness.

展會期間，除了稍微貴一點，其它沒毛病。離機場10分鐘內車程，離展館也是差不多時間，適合出差入住。唯一一點由於在馬路邊晚上偶爾還是有點吵，不過酒店也配了耳塞，下次來拉斯還會考慮住這家。

酒店還不錯，去展會挺方便的，環境和設施都挺好的，早餐也還可以，但前台一位胖胖的先生比較讓人無語，我訂單明明是兩張床的兩間，他先是衹給一間，後來經提醒知道是兩間了，結果給我兩間大床，去找他態度很不好，説沒有，還好攜程很給力，直接給我溝通好了，第二天給換了房間，態度非常好，前台一位小美女態度就很好，很爽快的給我提供了幫助，很開心

酒店確實不錯，下次還會再來，房間大，很乾凈，早餐也不錯，離展館近，還可以幫忙收快遞，前台很熱心，可以借工具拆快遞，還會再來

房間還可以，就是空調特別大聲調不了，睡覺之前得拆下來，還有安排的房間在頭上，過道的空調也很大聲

距離會展中心距離不是特別遠，打車10分鐘就到。含早餐，比較方便

HYATTの名前の割には建物設備がとても古かった。特にテレビシステムがオンデマンドじゃなかった。
