Good for for the money. Took it for walking distance to Sphere. Pool and hot tab were nice.

The room was big and the bed is comfortable, but I can hear our next room people talking and their TV sounds.

I was very grateful for the kind assistance I received when I had problems or made requests. Thank you. From Japan with love.

The facilities are a little bit old fashioned but generally it’s clean n tidy. The room is quite large with a living room. Only if the TV is a digital one.

First 3 nights were acceptable, although, I can't support ********* smell and it is allover the place, including pool area. I prolonged the stay (even submitted a positive review), re-checked the keys and paid new deposit in the evening, but in the morning cleaning came to tell me I need to leave: I said it is a mistake, please check at reception. Next, Ricky, a dark-skinned racist receptionist/manager, came with security to kick me out!?!?!?! I explained that I did pay and prolonged my stay already, he verified and confirmed..., but STILL, instead of admitting hotel's mistake about my checkout date, he continued trying to kick me out, "because HE made such decision"!!!. I said: call higher manager, he responded that higher manager won't be available to talk to me (a lie!!). It is unimaginable! Despite rough times I am going trough, Ricky had no mercy, made fun of me, and was rude beyond the limit, threatened to call police! Don't even want to write about it, but I could not believe this was happening. I said, yes, call police!.... Next, I came to reception, talked to higher manger (who was already aware of my case), he saw I was right, he tried to somehow smoothen the situation, apologized, but..... NEVER, NEVER I would stay again in this rude marihuana-smelly place, which BTW also doesn't clean rooms until you checkout... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

The location is great, but the hotel’s cleaning and front desk service were not very helpful.

Location is excellent, very close to las vegas convantion center. very convinient.

Front desk very helpful and fast check in, only thing is the house keeping doesn't do work well, didn't refill shampoo and soaps.

Cleanliness - the lights were limited and yellow, so it was hard to tell whether the room was dirty or not. Toilet was clean. Location - Very near the sphere so we could see it from our unit. Has a mcdonalds nearby for quick food. Takes about 25mins to reach the main street. Service - there is no service aside from quick assistance at the front desk. If you need anything, e.g. extra toilet paper, you have to get in from the front desk. No breakfast either. Amenities - our room had a "kitchen" area, but did not have coffee maker/kettle or microwave. It had a fridge though. There was also a breakfast counter, but only 1 high chair, which is lacking for a 2 queen bedroom.

Basic hotel, located in the North area of Las Vegas, 20 min. Drive from the airport. Near the monoriel station, couple of bus lines, 15 26 min. Walf to the ***** if you are up to it. The rooms have a living room area W TV. A fridge and counters, no drawer or any other kitchen appliance. It us a clean place. Friendly staff, small ******, restaurant and a. Bar. And a pool Parking lot too. Very friendly staff, easy check in & check out process
