the hotel is nice and comfortable and the location is good considering you can easily walk to the *****. The food was very marginal and the resort fees nearly doubled the price of the stay although nobody was using the pool and the ”resort” was no where near the price charged.

Beautiful revamped hotel. Overall a fantastic experience! Gave us a complimentary birthday upgrade to a beautiful huge suite in the ruby tower. They have a couple of towers, but ruby tower is the tower you will want to be in, w a close by self parking garage connected and a more dedicated check in lobby. You also get direct lift lobby access to the gym, pool and juice bar.
Hotel was connected to the ****** floor and direct access to plenty of restaurants. We tried 1 of them and even though pricey, it did not disappoint.
Service was decent for a hotel of this size. Rooms were well designed and quite high tech.
Just remember to not touch the sensor activated mini bar at all cost - unless you want to pay through your nose.
Saw that you could order room service and the prices were similar to the restaurant prices we went to, so that was quite nice. Views were ok, not the best but acceptable, we faced the pool and given it was low season, it wasn’t noisy at all.
The carpark felt fairly safe, we noticed security patrolling a couple of times. There is a valet parking option if you like. Great option to stay at as the other hotels on the ***** all charge crazy daily parking rates.
Location from the ***** is way nearer than it looks, an easy straight road walk down for about 15-20 mins, and you’ll get to the miracle mile shopping centre and the *****. Once you’re back at the hotel, you are away from all the crazy and in a very safe space.
Will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!

Отличный отель за нормальную цену. Отель для отдыха (тихий, спокойный), но совсем недалеко от улицы стрип (главная улица Вегаса для туриста). Пешком минут 7. Номер был прекрасный, полностью оборудованный для проживания «как дома». Укомплектованная кухня (включая тостер, посуду и всё что надо). Завтраков нет! Но рядом есть кафешки для завтрака. Большая бесплатная парковка. Очень было приятно, что депозит вернулся мгновенно после выезда! Что для Американских отлей редкость.

When we checked in, went to the room, there was a pink caulk like soap on the bathroom door area,the sink plug was not attached to the stopper, so I had to use my tweezers to pull it back out. Then when I dropped one of my shoes on the floor by the ac, there was someone else's clothing hook/tag on the floor. I was contacted on my phone by someone from the office about my stay, I did let them know but nothing was done about it. Then on Monday morning the elevators were very busy, we tried to find the stairs, they were emergency only from the 2nd floor. Finally we went down the back stairs to the basement floor by the gym,nasty ac units on the way smell like a nasty hell hole. Tried to speak to the housekeeper on how to get downstairs but she acted like she didn't speak english. If it wasn't for the location we would have left. We were going to the Football game.

Very cool decor and feels new and clean.
Breakfast was perfect with eggs, bacon, oatmeal, fruit, bagels, toast and more.
Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and had a good location, the problem was that I couldn't use the hair dryer because the electrical connection was damaged (it had signs that something burned) and for safety reasons from a fire I couldn't connect anything, but I had a concert and I couldn't do my hair 😔 the bathroom faucet couldn't be closed and the whole night it was leaking water, very sad so much waste of water, I told the cleaning people, but they only said to close it tightly But I'm sure that wasn't the problem, and the electrical connection, which had already been reported but had not been fixed🤷🏻♀️these problems are a priority in my opinion, and apparently the hotel doesn't care Even though I have such prestige, my stay was frustrating. I really hope that someone from the administration reads this comment and does something. My room was 309 on the 5th floor. Thank you

PPengguna TetamuMy stay at NY, NY was great. The ease of checking in was great using the kiosk because lines were long and we had a long flight. Though our room was down the hall, and around the corner and down the hall and around the corner, it was worth the walk. The only thing was we did not have a microwave or a frig which I believe is because we booked through a 3rd party (not sure). I have stayed at other MGM resorts and never had this but it was okay because we were never in the room due to the convention. The only 2 complaints that I have one which is a minor one is the service we received at the Starbucks near the concierge desk/main lobby was not the best. They forgot my lemon loaf and was confused about it when I asked for it (she was concerned about the points we were using and never took our name). However, the one near the Swatch store was much better, less crowded and more friendlier. Secondly, the feeling I received from one of your guests members at the concierge's desk. I was standing in line waiting to ask a question about airport transportation, and the clerk made eye contact with me and then proceeded to look down at his computer. This went on a few more times. A caucasian couple come up behind me, we spoke and stood patiently waiting our turn and the clerk never addresses us. His colleague walked over to get something from the printer and glanced at him. When he finished, I was motioned to come up to the desk, and immediately the other caucasian clerk called the couple up to the desk. I was a little offended but I simply whispered a prayer that God would soften his heart. Now back to a more positive note....We also ate at Tom's Watch Bar, service was great, food was delicious and the vibes were good. For the little ones and the little ones at heart, visit the Hello Kitty Truck located outside between NY, NY and The Park MGM. I would definitely recommend staying here if you can't get into the MGM or Signature.

EExpatMade my annual visit back to the US, and this hotel was in the middle of where I needed to be. Once the former Lucky Dragon which did not have proper permits at the time, it seems that Ahearn family is utilizing the space as good multi-purpose. They ventured into a steakhouse, cafe eatery, chocolatiers, a performance dinner theater, and conference venue. The hotel rooms are comfortable, and the staff is quite friendly and professional. The lobby bar closes quite early but The Mint and Golden Steer are next-door, which brings in a lot of locals. I did not try the steakhouse in the hotel, though it’s definitely a solid venue in appearance. There are shopping plazas down the street, but there’s no microwave in the room. There’s not really a point to buy anything to cook. Food is available within the hotel during their opening times, and their breakfast is of a simple yet filling choice of three. I got the avocado three straight days in a row. Mimosas and Espressos blend well with bar options. One of the security guards gave me the background of their conference venue. I was able to buy some books from the very small gift shop. My suggestion is the gift shop can up a notch. I didn’t really use the pool, but the space itself is nice because it’s shaded a good chunk of the day. The position of my own room allowed me to turn the air conditioner off. All the toiletries are in the room, and the housekeeping staff is accommodating if you need anything. I stayed here and the Jockey Club within the first week of the visit, and both hotels are within the same price range despite different locations. Definitely the most logical place to stay if visiting local friends, as I do so on Burner Mondays at The Phoenix. Ahearn has a comedy, singing, and magic show offered with their room. The classic cars near the front lobby were really nice to see. Great job so far, and I look forward to seeing what else they implement there for my next visit.

GgchuWhat we loved most about this hotel was its central and super convenient location right on the Las Vegas *****! It is close to all the action, like the Bellagio fountains and plethora of bars and restaurants. The Linq has digital kiosks that allow you to bypass the lineups at the front desk and check in/out yourself. We even loved the check out email that was sent to my cell phone on our last night allowing us to start the check out process from our room. Speaking of room, we had 2 double beds which were comfy and the room was quite spacious despite not having a view. There were plenty of charging outlets conveniently located in the room; however, only 2 devices could connect to the wifi for free per room and that was kind of a bummer. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot; it also included liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner. Our room lacked a fridge, even though there was a space for it. We didn't make much use of the safe. Overall, we had a great night's sleep and the sound insulation where we were was perfect.

AArtlasThe hotel is situated at the beginning of the ***** and is connected to neighboring hotels. You can access them via an indoor walkway or a train. The room itself was spacious and clean. The only issue I encountered was unreliable WiFi, and there was a brief water outage for about 10 minutes. Overall, I recommend the hotel. 😊

EeM.MSuper modern place, with an amazing view of the sphere. Clean enough, quiet, downstairs full of options for entertainment and restaurants or shopping. The room is quite big and the iron was inside the wardrobe. Good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Parking available close to the building, tricky to find something on Friday/Saturday but it's normal for all casino's in Vegas for those days

The cleanliness is satisfactory, and the staff who handle it are friendly and make up for it. I can definitely recommend Excalibur for a stay!

PPengguna TetamuThis is my second time booking this hotel because we had so much fun the first time we booked. I booked for 3 people this time, and my mom had a wonderful experience!
She was very pleased with how large the room was. She got her own bed, the TV was large, and she had plenty of room to do her activities without bumping into me and my husband. She felt so comfortable. My only issue with the place is not all of them are updated, so the bathroom is a little bit older, but nothing to gripe about. I love the couch by the window.
There are few things to do outside the hotel, but you will need to travel at least 10-15 minutes if you want to get to the *****. It is an off-the-strip ******, so account for time it takes for you to get to your destination. Overall, I will always book this place whenever I went to stay in Vegas for cheaper.

JJoe SnuffyVery good location, away from the ***** and closer to Fremont areas and local eatery, not too far from Chinatown. Better price, however parking is much to be desired. Good discount for Tower access admission, Strat Cafe open almost 24 hours for all meals. Very affordable price.
